I asked the receptionist to lower the A/C, she refused then went back to texting on her cell phone in front of me! They do not validate parking, and it's expensive. IF you would like the worst possible service of any office in Santa Monica, Ca this is your place. There is a girl there named Tanya who is so awful and unprofessional that I cancelled my appointment after her despicable behavior and went to Tower Imaging which I have been to many times. What a difference. I asked three times to have a supervisor call me and that never happened. Didn't take me long to figure out that this place is sub standard on every level and I want my level of care to be much much higher. I will tell everyone I know to never ever go there if they care about their health and well being. I never write reviews but felt it necessary due to their behavior. I have made several attempts at being getting an ultrasound referred by my Dr. I'm beginning g to think they are all incompetent. All appointments were made months in advance and I've driven there to be told that the Dr. Has not given the right code. How am I supposed to know that! I think they over book and they will cancel anyone by telling them this. The receptionist also stated that my referral had expired when I had the referral in my hand stating it wasn't expired! Literally the worst place you'll ever deal with. I got a procedure done here a year ago. I called before the procedure to ensure what I'll have to pay and they mentioned it will be a $120. I asked them to notate it in my account to ensure I won't have to pay anything else and they said they did. Months later, I get a bill for $510. I call their billing line and find out they've been sold off and changed their systems and don't have the note they've provided any longer, although someone previously on the phone slipped they did. After calling and promising they'll call me back dozens of times, they said there is "nothing they can do" and keep sending me bills. I'll now be notifying my doctor of this experience to make sure she'll never send an additional patient to them (she is local and this was her to-go place for many years). I should also mention I've been a patient of theirs for over 7 years and never dealt with such incompetent management EVER. Stay far and away! read more

The worst and most painful Mammogram I have ever had! I wish I knew the technicians name. Not only was it incredibly painful, not just uncomfortable like they always are but the technician let me leave to be called 5 days later to be told the pictures came out blurry!!!!! This is quite possibly the WORST business I've ever encounter. They will try to make you pay out of pocket for procedures that are covered by your insurance. You'll spend MONTHS working on correcting what you actually owe only to have them submit collections reports to your credit right before the amount is resolved. Check out the Better Business Bureau on them - they have an F rating and literally all the complaints are the same as mine! How can they still be in business? read more

WOW. I've never been to any medical office with this level of services. I had to change my appointment TWICE within the same hour of my scheduled appointment. I was greeted by a nice lady over the phone that helped me re-schedule both times without any hassle. Once I got to the center, it was a breeze getting through the paper work and I was led to the room for my MRI right away. The technician came over and told me exactly how long it was going to take and asked what type of music I'd like to listen to during the MRI. He said, "Any music you'd like. We've got Pandora." LOL! I would have made an MRI playlist on Pandora should I have known! Parking was easy with validation. I wish I can say I'd love to come back, but hopefully NOT :) read more

Kindest most patient staff I have ever experienced. An elderly man came in confused thinking his appointment was here ... couldn't understand that it was across the street since he'd been here before for an appointment. The lady at the front desk spoke to him with such patience and care, understood him, and left to escort him to the correct office across the way for his appointment. It took them an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time to get me in the MRI machine. Then once I was finally situated they took another 30 minutes trying to get the machine to work, which it never did. The machine is 20 years old and outdated I wouldn't recommend coming here, there are better facilities around. read more

I took my daughter here for an MRI and if you're looking for professional service I would not recommend Resolution Imaging for these reasons: The departments do not communicate with each other. They called my daughter the day before and said not to drink even water before she has the test. When she got into the MRI room and they tried to put the needle in her hand they said she should have been drinking water because now she was dehydrated and it has a difficult and painful experience trying to get the needle in. When we arrived was a bit anxious so they showed us the MRI room which was a new machine that is more open and told her she could use headsets and listen to music. A less claustrophobic experience they explained. However, when the staff in the back called her in they took her to another room with the old unit. No one in this facility seemed to communicate with each other which made the experience, stressful, scary and painful. Totally unnecessary. I would never go back for any test treatment at Resolution Imaging as communication amongst departments as well as to patients is an extremely important for successful and healthy service and peace of mind. If customer service was this good everywhere, we'd all be happy Yelpers. I was a little nervous, not quite sure what to expect but the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff immediately put me at ease. Right from the receptionist who was warm and welcoming to the technician's (Walter and Erick) you knew that you were in good hands. At the end, I met Dr. Krasny who has a wonderful disposition himself, went over my results and answered other questions I had. They were quick efficient and very through. *Bonuses* (As if awesome service wasn't enough) There is this amazingly comfortable Lazy Boy style rocking chair in one of the rooms. It's like sitting on a soft leather cloud; kid you not. I couldn't find a way to sneak it out of there without looking conspicuous. Also when your procedure is over there is a table with snacks and water. Judge me all you want, but it doesn't take much to make Sparkle happy. read more

I had an appointment for MRI. I arrived on time but the receptionist told me that they had to give my appointment time to another patient and no reason given. I was very upset but because I had an appointment with my orthopedic doctor in 4 days, I took a next day appointment. They assured me that my doctor will have the result before my appointment. This never happened and my doctor did not have the result when I saw her. Also they did only 4 sequences for my MRI, when usually 6-7 sequences should be done!! Came here to get an MRI so my neurologist could figure out why I've been getting bad headaches. Had never gotten one before, they gave me earplugs because it's pretty loud (I had been to a rave the night before so nothing out of the usual for me). There's a slanted mirror above your face so it literally looks like you are in an open machine which was pretty cool. It took about 15 minutes for the images and they sent them to my doctor right away; I got my MRI at 11 AM and by 4 PM he called me saying he read them and the results were normal (yay!). Also they validate parking, which is a godsend if you have ever experienced any other medical building parking garage that charges you like $20 an hour. read more

The only word that best describes RESOLUTION IMAGING and the staff is SPECTACULAR. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left everyone was super. I was in tremendous pain and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Robert Krasny took me into his personal office and showed me the results of my scan in detail. I am in full agreement with another yelp reviewer that the best way to sum up this practice is SPECTACULAR. The front desk staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful, (sadly a rarity in today's medical community). The doctors and technicians were equally competent, but moreover, they were compassionate and friendly. They took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, and practically held my hand through an uncomfortable procedure. I felt like I was in the care of loving family members. No one wants to have to come to this place for testing, I'm sure - but the doctors and staff at Resolution Imaging make the experience bearable. Five stars all the way. read more

What a pleasant, easy experience! I scheduled an MRI with Resolution and they were very helpful with answering my questions over the phone. It was my first MRI and the tech talked me through the whole thing, checking in regularly to let me know how much time was left. Each and every person I interacted with at Resolution was helpful, patient, and kind. I really can't find a single thing to complain about. Truly, I am wowed by the service here. And they asked for only $50 upfront while another imaging company nearby asked for $150 (and has a shoddy reputation). I am so glad I pushed my doctor's office to transfer my referral to Resolution, rather than the other imaging center they initially wanted to send me to. If I ever need imaging again, I know exactly where I will insist on going. read more

SCAM. Stay away! Paid the amount in full before my MRI was done and now month later I received a bill for nearly $4,000. Cannot get anyone on the phone or via email. Also noticed that every document from them has a different company name listed. Just Google them or Beverly Radiology Medical group and you will read tons of stories of the exact same issue. read more

She recognized that it's an issue with the insurance company and that the patient unfortunately in many cases gets caught in the middle. She sincerely apologized and resolved my issue 100%. read more

This facility needs to get its bookkeeping act together. I paid in full for my MRI and 6 months later I received a bill for the full amount again. To add insult to injury, the wait time for their billing customer service is over 30 minutes. Don't go here. Not worth the hassle. Absolutely horrible on all accounts. This isn't my first rodeo for an MRI and they were the worst experience from the minute I entered to 6 months post treatment where I keep getting billed for unauthorized services. They were 1.5 hours late for my appt, with an hour of that involving me sitting in a robe in the back just waiting. Now I have been fighting with them for 6 months regarding an unauthorized charge on my account for $600 after the insurance paid them in full for authorized services (yes, everything was pre-authorized). When I pressed them for what this service was and why it was performed but not covered, they said I need to call my doctor to have him re-write the script to include a formal request for it on the script so it would be covered. How can they perform a service without a formal Rx and then come back to me after the fact to ask the doctor to re-write the script?! After a frustrating day of calling around, trying to find an imaging center to do an MRI on my knee, I found Resolution. The phone was answered by a human who was able to quickly tell me exactly what it would cost and that they could see me the same day. The staff was friendly and efficient.
