I was unable to restart the oil burner, so I called to request a tech visit to restart my system and I was told someone will arrive today to restart my system. After several hours of waiting and its the coldest day in the last two years today, I called back to find the office was closed. I spent several hours troubleshooting the system and determined the oil spray nozzle was clogged. Had to visit Lowes for a replacement nozzle and thanks to Youtube I was able to replace the old one and restart the system. The tech never showed up! Being today is the coldest day in the last two years, they must be very overwhelmed and couldn't meet demand. They could at least inform the customer of this to avoid a bad review.

I was assured they kept a record of it and would contact me for scheduling the service. No one from the company ever contacted me. ~I contacted Abbey Plumbing to schedule the service. I was initially scheduled for 7/10 at 9am-10am. Dan Abbey called at 8am indicating they weren't coming. Strike one! ~I was rescheduled for 7/22 at 7:30am-8am. No one ever showed up or called to cancel/reschedule. Strike two!! ~I was then rescheduled for 9/22 from 10am-2pm. At 1:20pm Dan Abbey calls and says his guy is running late and what my timing was like. I reminded him my time frame was 10am-2pm and that he had until 2pm or would have to come back after 4:30pm. Dan agreed upon that and was going to call me back. Since I didn't hear from Dan I called him at 4:46pm. Dan needed to call "his guy" and figure things out. No call back by 5:17pm so I called Dan. Had to leave a voicemail message. Around 6pm I spoke to Dan and he indicated "his guy" went home at 5pm after he finished a job. So Dan agreed to come himself after he sorts some things and would call back. I believe it was after 6pm that Dan called back and said he can not make it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Dan rescheduled for today, 9/23 from 10am-11am. He shows up at my door 10:59am. Performs the necessary work which took all of an hour. ~Apparently Dan Abbey and Abbey Plumbing & HVAC could not find 1 hour from 7/10/2015 to 9/23/2015 to service my water heater. ~They have frustrated & inconvenienced me for the last time. I find it hilarious that their emergency 24hr service line is not in service.

First time utilizing the company. I understand the…read morechallenges of having a company but in all honesty the service was not at all what you expected. Had a sewer leak on our laundry room. They came out the next day, told me that they cleared the sewer line and that was the cause of the leak. I did politely explain that there was more than just a drain that was backed up and they said that that was the main issue. Next day the water was back in the laundry room. The owner said he was gonna come out and look at it, but instead the next morning they sent an apprentice who was on the phone with somebody being walk-through what to do. And to top it off, they told my wife we don't do this kind of work. You'll have to find a different contractor to fix the leaking sewer pipe. They Had no problem collecting the payment for not fixing the issue at hand. I was really hoping to give this company a good review. tried to speak to the owner and he completely blew me off.
