If I could give 0 stars I would. Got this hotel through Priceline's Pricebreaker deals where the name isn't reveled until after you book. Reviews looked ok but for some reason I couldn't find this hotel on Yelp. Turns out, they have "Resort Partner" in front of the MiCasa Name. Anywho, checked today, Saturday 10/27/23 for a two night stay and went to my room. The place looks dated and run down from the outside but I thought , hey let's just see how the rooms look. Got inside room 255 and this place was a total dump. A dead roach on the corner of the room, walls dirty and overall in disrepair. I would not let a dog stay in this hotel. I went back to the front desk and promptly checked out. I was told to contact Priceline which I have and a case has been opened for a refund. Stay far far away from this hotel. 0 stars. I booked a room with two queen beds and was put in a king with the explanation there were no queen available. The room was full of black mold and the windows screwed closed. The hot water tap would not turn on, so washing your hands was out of the question. There was a sign that said maid service every thee days. I called the front desk on the fourth day to get clean towels. No one answered after 35 rings. I walked up front only to find Juan playing on his phone. The hot tub and pool was closed the entire week with a heat index of 108 degrees. Upon check out on the 26th, there was no one at the desk. The girl putting out food did not speak English and could not find anyone. There was a bucket on the desk saying to leave your room key. Booked this place from hopper deals. I didn't have time to read reviews as it was a last minute trip but this place is an F on cleanliness. Roaches everywhere.... It started off with 2 in the bathroom and another on my bed. Lastly, a corner of them...they also wouldn't refund my early check in because I stayed there from 9am-3pm. I basically slept because I just got off an airplane flight. The battle for the refund was terrible. She explained that since I was there from 9am-"5pm" the manager would not refund me $50. I get it...being a manager isn't easy but basically my whole day was wasted on vacation...had to move hotels, slept with cockroaches, and not the best customer service. I stayed here for a month while I was waiting on my new apt. There were problems from the get go. The front desk agents are all rude except the skinny Latin girl in the morning. They don't allow food from outside the hotel at the pool. I've stayed and worked at other places that allow outside food and drinks. They assume everyone speaks Spanish. My air condition went out and I had to go downstairs to the front desk 3 times to get it fixed bc my phone was broken in the room. They never fixed the phone. The room is invested with roaches. The breakfast is mediocre at best, it literally made me sick and I got food poisoning. Bar food is mediocre and overpriced same for the drinks at the bars. The sheets were shedding it was disgusting. Rooms were big and there was a fridge and microwave Lower price point for area Close to Sea World attractions (Not Disney) Beds we're comfortable Cons: older hotel so there was a strong mildew smell Room had bugs (saw multiple roaches) Not well maintained- light fixture in bathroom was falling down and things like that Housekeeping came in while we were gone. Room did not look clean but our towels that were hanging in the bathroom were taken and not replaced... so we had one towel for three people No soap to wash hands in the bathroom Breakfast was not great and there isn't much seating in the dining area. We opted to go somewhere else for breakfast after trying it once Conclusion: wasn't the worst hotel but I probably wouldn't come back again. I would pay more for a better hotel. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Whatever you do, do not book here I am unfortunately here now 11/1/24 till 11/3/24 It is disgusting, old and run down. The room smells old and musty the pull out couch had no bedding and when you went to the front desk to get some bedding she's like oh I don't have any I can bring it in the morning. Obviously we needed it now if I am asking for it duh. I had to take the 2 top sheets from both double beds to put on the pull out. There is only 2 towels in the bathroom and they are small and look like they have been in use for the last 10 yrs and if you ask for more of those they don't have those either. All of the bed linens that were in the room are stained and have a yellow tint to them. I pulled back the comforter and there is old blood stained on it I threw it off to the side. Thank god my kids brought their own blankets they are wrapped up like burritos in it. If I could have not stayed here I would have not stayed here but we came with other people. I have seen multiple roaches in the bathroom. The carpet is disgusting and stained no 1 will walk on it without shoes on. The phone in the room is disgusting and doesn't even work. Please please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. This hotel is HORRIBLE. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier, so communication was difficult. The hotel itself is ran down, and the rooms are not cleaned after each visitor. Mi Casa Hotel I don't recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever. This place isn't a hotel or resort so I'm not sure why it charges fees like it is. Motel 6 could've done a better job than this place. This motel is an insect's fantasy. Nonstop bugs within my room. A plethora of cockroaches, mosquitos, Gnats, and flies paraded through my room. There were rats on the outside and cats everywhere. The beds look dirty and so were the beddings for it and once I lifted under the sheets, there were stains and strands of hair under the sheets. I was so disgusted and bought bed sheets for a "Queen Bed" that we booked there. Come to find out that it wasn't even a queen bed, more like a full sized bed and they charged us extra for two queen beds. The bathroom has a gross putrid smell of moist mold . To be exact our room wasn't clean and we didn't even want to touch the carpet with our bare feet or even lay in the bed. We couldn't cancel because we booked it through our credit cards. Constant stomping, pounding, thumping from the second floor which was construction and it started at like 4am. You have people sleeping in their cars. The doors are not safe and don't lock when they are suppose to and you have to double check to make sure it does. They won't clean your room until the 3rd day and it must be requested before 9am. As if they cleaned the room good the first time prior to arrival. To many people at the breakfast area and no where to sit or walk or stand and they just stare. I would say the cleanest part of this motel was the front office. Everything else is neglected. All of their budget went to that stupid pool and tiki bar that nobody goes to. They should've invested in buying better locks, towels, bed sheets and beds for this Motel. I also came up to the front desk for a utensil and the staff obliviously ignored me and continued his conversation until I rudely interrupted him. For all the good reviews on here you guys are sincerely dirty because I didn't see the same thing you saw. Maybe you're used to living dirty but I am not. This place should be shutdown. I would've had a better experience sleeping in my car rental. Place is like a mini New York. You don't have to travel far to New York for the experience. i am writing the review in real time as i'm staying here. first night wasn't so bad. second night, roaches start arising from the crack and crevices of the room. my friend and i asked the front desk for more towels (bc they only provided 3; 2 body that were still small and one slightly smaller) & she stated "she can only provide is with one more". this hotel has SO MUCH POTENTIAL! but because they aren't trying to take measures to make it better, they will slowly but surely start to lose clientele. & i wrote a review on google. 2 stars was me being generous, it really deserves 1 star read more

1st night 1 towel for 4 people for pool. Was told to use room towels at pool. She would supply new ones. Used them then came time to shower. Front desk stated they just got the shift and there would be nothing until 4am the next day. No towels til tomorrow. No sheets for pull out bed. None til tommorow. Safe battery died stuck in room because car keys was in there Maintenace was to come before 10:30pm. He went home never came. Came to my room at 2am wanting to get in and try while my family and I was already sleeping. Didnt get car keys until the next day. Missed out on Ice with visiting family. Child meds in the fridge woke up to give morning dose after last night headache. Bugs all in it and around it told Mgr. Her reply why did i have something sweet in fridge. Showed her pics and video of everything mentioned she didnt care. Asked for refund was told cause i did through Hotels.com nothing she can do take thee room switch or find a different hotel! Toilet was leaking showed her video and pics she stated i shouldnt have put towels there so she couldnt see a wet floor. I informed her the Maint guy dried it to trouble shoot.
