For a Wyndham affiliated hotel, this was undoubtedly the worst AND FILTHIEST hotel we have EVER STAYED IN. We arrived late after a very long drive from San Diego. We basically just passed out when we got to our room. In the morning, first off my back was killing me from an extremely hard mattress, the pillowed were all bunched up like they had been washed and I noticed a mildew smell. I started to smell the sheets and to my dismay, IT WAS THE SHEETS!!!! Gross is all I've got to say. Next, I went to the shower/bathtub and turned on the water. While I was sitting there waiting for the water to get warm, I looked around the bathroom and noticed rolled up candy wrappers underneath the vanity and some kind of plastic cover laying on the ground. As I went to step into the shower I noticed brown things floating in the water. I looked around closer and saw the most horrific thing I've ever seen in a hotel room. The shower curtain had mold and mildew on the bottom of it. It almost made me get sick, honestly. Needless to say, I did not take a shower. My husband took pictures and went directly to the front desk to report the issues. He advised them that we would be gone all day and expect a top to bottom clean of the room, new sheets and comforters and a NEW shower curtain. He was advised that this would be done. We returned 5 hours later and to our surprise the bathtub was wiped down and a new shower curtain was put up. NOTHING ELSE HAD BEEN DONE!!! The trash in the bathroom was STILL on the floor, sheets were not changed. I started to look closely at the rest of the room. The floor were ONLY vacuumed in traffic areas, the chairs were not moved and there was bits of food, sunflower seeds and dust bunnies under the table and chairs. The headboards and light fixtures were COVERED in dust. Absolutely disgusting . I called down to speak to the manager on duty and she apologized for the housekeeping and advised that they haven't been doing the best job lately. She advised that she was going to call the owner and see what could be done. We waiting an additional 2 hours for her to call back to no avail. We called Hotwire and they were amazing. They offered that if we could leave within 30 mins that they could they w refund 2 of the 3 days that had already been paid. They even gave us the difference between the rates at this disgusting place and the new hotel we found. We quickly packed and left the hotel. Before leaving, I stopped by the front desk and spoke to Tina and the manager that was supposed to call me back. I asked her to go up to my room and look for herself. She came back down and said, "it's a little dusty" . I asked if she had looked under the vanity at the trash I told her about and she said no. Then asked if she looked under the table and chairs to see the food and dust bunnies, again she said no. I advised her how disgusting this was and all she said was sorry. I asked for a refund of the 1 night and was given the answer, "I'm sorry." Honestly, we gave this hotel a second chance to make things right by cleaning the room properly and when that was ignored we had no other choice but to leave. I am BEYOND WORDS that this manager did not take us seriously and at least refund us for our 1night stay. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You all have been warned !!!!!!!! They wanted to give an $11. discount which I felt was insulting , they ended up giving a $30. discount. they were not apologetic at about it . beautiful property and clean room , please check the safety of the room and make sure things are working before you unpack if you should decide to stay here .

Instant five Asian appreciation points! Each area is labeled so you know where to put things back. The entire house is clean and very organized yet you feel a sense of your own home comforts. The attention to detail was stellar - kids nood, cute bunk beds, dining areas, large kitchen, claw foot bathtub, shiplap, I can go on and on. I even told my sisters-in-law that every room is like a pinterest set-up of all the room configuration you pinned. It made me want to really live there or find me a nice cottage in Saint George. This house -- simply love.

We stayed here for one night during our visit to Zion National Park they have plenty of parking and will it. It is easily accessible from the highway. The check-in process is pretty easy, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and maintained, and the restroom is super clean and nicely maintained. The Wi-Fi connection is great. There are a lot of convenience stores that are closer, then lit of restaurants and food delivery options. The breakfast buffet is comparable to other Comfort Inns, definitely worth the price and good breakfast. The bed arrangement for four was perfect with two beds . During the checkout, the staff did ask about our stay. I will definitely stay here again if I am traveling this way.

The sunsets were marvelous. That unparalleled view alone would have gotten our highest review, and it certainly left a permanent memory (with photos!). Inside, we found more than we needed or expected: a full kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, coffe maker--including coffee, sugar, and lots else), dining table, bar chairs, sofa, bathroom, spacious bedroom (with WiFi, TV, streaming services, CD player, etc.), a very comfortable bed, a selection of books, even a wall-sized map of the U.S... topped by very original artwork!
