The price was much more reasonable buying it in December and I believe I received great value in this bicycle! I have been riding the trails, on my college campus and around the neighborhood with no problems. Today Dale helped me be prepared for the expected tire blowout with tools and a spare tube to change it with. Also, I purchased a very low profile bag for under the seat to help keep the these live savers on the trail. Finally, Dale showed me the different lubricants to use on the chain. I purchased the oil and he gave me a little instruction on how to best apply it. Knowledgeable people with great customer service is a combination that I appreciate from Dale and Syracuse Bicycle!

The guy who examined my bike for repair was distant and not engaging or seemingly knowledgeable. This is always important when buying a bike, and they made my girlfriend very comfortable when she was working her way through her decision. To make things a better fit, they gave her a good deal on a quick modification to the bike that was done while we waited, so she could try out the fit. Any bike purchased here comes with 2 years of tune ups for free as well as a bottle and cage - can't beat that! While it's crazy to find three bike stores within a half mile of each other, this is the only one you should visit while in New Hartford/Utica area.
