We had a great experience in the Restaurant to Be Named Later at Miller Park / Am Fam Field. We bought 4 outside table tickets. We got the full baseball game experience but without people climbing over us and we never had to wait in line for concessions. The view was good. The park was crowded but the restaurant ran out of anything nor did we wait long for anything we ordered. The nachos were good quality and tasty. Our server was on game; we never waited long for anything. Prices are baseball stadium prices. Not cheap but not out of line. We would definitely buy these tickets again. read more

So disappointed with this place. The service was terrible! We saw our server, Jillian, every 20 minutes. Seriously... I started running the stopwatch on my iPhone and it was literally 20 minutes. We got to a point where we actually walked to the bar to order our drinks rather than waiting for our waitress. Ugh! We should've known from the very start that our service was going to be sketchy. Our waitress recommended a drink for me and I asked if it had pineapple in it. I am allergic to pineapple so ordering anything with it could be a trip to the ER. She said "no" so I took her advice and ordered the drink. As I started to look through the menu, I saw the drink she recommended and it did indeed have pineapple in it. I quickly ran through the restaurant in search of our waitress to cancel the drink. How does your waitstaff recommend a drink without knowing what's in it?! Next we ordered the brisket nachos. The entire table agreed they were amazing. The chips were crispy and the cheese and jalapeño added just enough heat. The brisket itself was very tender and juicy. For dinner we ordered 2 chipotle chicken sandwiches, street corn elote salad, and a cheese burger. The chipotle chicken sandwiches were cold. My DH ate his because he was hungry. I sent mine back and changed my order to chicken wings, knowing they had to be fried and delivered hot. The wings were meaty with good flavor. Our friend said his burger was luke warm (5 out of 10 stars). The salad was was very good and my friend said she'd order again. It was my birthday and the table was sent doughnuts with ice cream, which was VERY nice! However, we weren't provided with any silverware and had to eat the desert with our fingers. How is silverware even an afterthought? Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing considering the restaurant was running at 25% capacity. Automatic three stars for the view from the outside deck. Great place to stop for small bites. Service be it not the best is indeed quick. Decor is fitting, the layout of the restaurant subpar however I have been here when it was TGI Fridays and it was "Miller Park" and it's much cleaner now. It's a play on the phrase for when teams make trades and acquisitions and the players are yet to be named/determined. Now you know! Opening March 6th, you can find many special promotions and daily discounts on drinks and food. In fact, the first 100 to attend the grand opening on Friday will receive 10% off their bill for every visit this season (non-game days)!!! Lucky for us, we were able to try a little of everything from talented Executive Chef Adam Miller. Before diving into all the delicious food options, we started with the super tasty Monarch Trail Margarita. What we tasted: Pan Roasted Salmon Double Play Burger Liege Waffle Sundae Hand Breaded Cheese Curds Irish Sausage Korean Cauliflower Pollo Verde Crispy Fried Brussel Sprouts Street Corn Elote Salad Our favorites were definitely the Double Play Burger and the Pan Roasted Salmon. With the stadium at reduced capacity it was a treat to be able to walk in and be able to snag a table with a solid view of the field during a Brewers game. Relaxed atmosphere with a fun ballgame themed menu. We were seated at a high-top table along the glass windows overlooking the field. No reservation was required. There were 3-4 tables wide open on the outside porch section. We asked if we could be seated out there and were told no that was for groups of 4 or more. We arrived at the restaurant at the top of the 5th - after a certain point in the game, if there are tables out there available I wish they would just open it up to first come first serve regardless of the number of folks in your party. Our server was super nice and accommodating. The drinks were delicious. Highly recommend the Eastsider cocktail. The loaded nacho app was phenomenal. It comes with shredded pork which they were easily able to provide on the side so the vegetarian (yours truly) could get in on the nacho action too! read more

The drinks are great, a bit overpriced but the food is trash. My wife loved her paloma and there's a good beer selection focused on craft. The food has a lot of problems. The chicken strips were more like big nuggets and they were fatty. How do you even get fatty chicken? Ew. The fries were the same thing they served at my high school in Illinois and that's not some reminiscing I wanted to do. The bbq sauce way too sweet and the cheese curds were sad little things. I bought tickets to sit here for a ballgame while the Dodgers were in town. Food and service were both great. We had a very attentive server who was quick with refills on drinks and checking on us. I had a chipotle chicken sandwich with fries, which was paid for with the $30 food credit with buying the ticket to the game. My only issue was I wasn't aware when buying the tickets it would be inside, I figured it would be on a patio. Absolute nightmare. Tuesday Aug 4th, 1:10pm game; my daughter and I drove from Madison to check out a Brewers game on a whim. TicketMaster screwed up our tickets and we had to buy new ones at the gate; not the restaurant's fault, but started the frustration. Here we go: We were told there was a 45 min wait, so despite both of us being extremely hungry, put our name in and waited. We did some shopping and came back about 25-30 min later. After seeing several empty tables and asking numerous times when our table would be ready, we were finally given a table about an hour and 10 min after we checked in. The table we were sat at was empty for at least 15 min of our wait, so that tipped the scales. It took forever for anyone to even come to our table to take our drink order. A manager at the front who sensed my frustration when it took so long to sit us, also noticed no drinks in front of us, and came over to ask if anyone acknowledged our presence. A few minutes later, we finally got a server and were on our way to finally getting food. The staff bringing out food around us had absolutely no idea where the tables numbers were and carried food around the restaurant looking for the correct table, asking guests if the food they had was in fact theirs. The wings we ordered with sauce on the side came with no sauce at all. Easy fix, but irritating the kitchen cannot follow simple directions. My burger came out and was so dry I wanted to send it back, but sucked it up and ate it just to get the hell out of there. Avoid this place. read more

The food was just ok-nothing I'd go out of my way to go back for. Had the walleye fish fry for $17 which was a lot for what it was. The fish was crispy but lacked seasoning. Not a fan of the red shredded cabbage slaw and prefer traditional tartar sauce vs aioli. We shared an appetizer of roasted Brussels sprouts and they were flavorful. For opening day of the restaurant the service showed no enthusiasm, was sub-par and the staff was uninterested and unaware. We felt mostly invisible. It's very rare that I leave a 1 stay review. I had such high hopes for this. There were 2 adults and 1 kid that came on a Thursday night. It was not a game day, so therefore not many people at all. There were at least 5 employees standing around and only one other table with people. Our waiter came over and took our drink order (after not knowing what kind of beer they had on tap and told me to look it up or he can go find a paper menu). Fine, I was trying to do that but I couldn't find it. Ordered two tap beers and a lemonade. After almost 20 minutes and my son asking when our food was going to come, we decided to leave. We hadn't even ordered any food yet. There was literally one other table. I walked over to the bartender and said no need to fill our drink order, we were leaving. He looked equally confused. Great food!!! The tot appetizer is fantastic and so big it could be a meal by itself ! Both of the guys said their burger was one of the best they have ever had - cooked perfectly! I had the pollo street tacos that were amazing! Service was very good! Also we were seated at a window so we got to see the roof open & people working on installing some seats in the stadium. We had to go check out the new restaurant for the grand opening! The staff was amazing. My River Walk Paloma was probably one of the best cocktails I've ever had. The bartender even "bunt" our grapefruit wedge and rosemary! So delicious. We tried the street corn elote salad, cauliflower street tacos, bbq loaded tots, Korean cauliflower, cheeseburger and maple bacon cream puffs. Everything was fantastic and we all said we'd order them again. My only caution is the Korean cauliflower is spicy so if you don't like spicy food, you may not like it. read more

Came here today for dinner right when they open for the Cubs versus Brewers. We have visited previously when it was a TGIF. I definitely prefer the old TGIF. They were not set us outside they said it was only for people that had paid where Fridays used to allow you to have dinner there before the game. Any tables by the window right by the window were only for four people but they did accommodate us and gave us a nice high top with a nice view. The service was good. I ordered a Prosecco it came in a LaMarca bottle a small one; I poured into the cup which was pretty small and it didn't even fill out which I thought was strange so my thinking was this was not a full bottle. I took a sip it was not Prosecco( it was flat and tasted more like wine and I had my husband taste it to confirm and found this to be completely odd and kind of concerning. Second red flag was the soup was supposed to be chicken tortilla. I saw no Chicken and I saw no tortillas; it was basically spicy minestrone soup. My husband said his food was average. I had chicken wings and they were cooked well whereas I felt like the skin was crispy which I don't like greasy and these were not but I thought the flavor was pretty bland. read more

Service was horrible. To start, my wife and I were quoted a wait time of 30-45 min. We placed our name on the list at 6pm. We literally moved up 2 spots in 35 minutes. When we got a text saying our table was ready, we headed up to the host stand and the "host" literally just stood there. Didnt seat us, nothing. Finally when our table was "ready", they sat us, only to find out, the busser was still spraying/cleaning our table down. As we were sat, we had nothing on the table, no silverware, nothing. The "burger to be named later"(meal we both ordered) was definitely not worth $16. I've dined at this restaurant when it was called TGI fridays, and it was MUCH better. This is my first and definitely last time I will dine here. Would not recommend. Overall service was lousy. read more

Do not waste your time on gameday! Despite a small crowd on a Tuesday night and many open tables, the service was terrible and our order was messed up. In a modern ballpark with Point of Sale systems all over the place, you would think this place would do the same but our waiter wrote down everything on a pad of paper so the delay in getting everything in was compounded by him walking everything back to the bar and kitchen. Despite getting to the place at 5:25, we missed the first inning of a 6:40 game so you can do the math on how long it took. Please note that we only had one round of drinks and it still took them that long to simply put out two reubens and a hot dog. When you run a place and know exactly when people are going to arrive, you have to do better with your staffing!! PS: I did leave a decent tip for the waiter as he was servicing about 7 or 8 tables at once while the idiot managers just sort of sat around and did nothing to help. read more

This is a great place to stop in the off-season as well as game days. We had dinner here in March and the service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and food was good. My only complaint would be the limited menu, but I have seen this at many other restaurants lately. Keep this place in mind for a sports bar option. read more

Worst food ever..........couldn't even cook a burger. Sever was over booked and it took forever to get our food.

So our experience started out well but went downhill quick. Our server was new that was fine and completely expected. We ordered the cheese curds those were very good and we got quickly. However after that it took forever to get our food. The waiter said 4 to 5 minutes came back by 10 minutes later and said I'm so sorry it will be another 4 to 5 minutes. We said okay. In the meantime people who set down after us were getting our food. Then he came over to double check what we ordered. After that it was about 15 more minutes until we finally got our food. It was blamed on a backuped kitchen. I don't know if that was true or not. What I find unforgivable is that never once did the manager come by to apologize. He went to all the tables around us to ask them how their food was but not us. I asked our waiter if the manager was not coming to our table because he knew we were annoyed. Our waiter said yes. That is the part of the experience I can't accept. They would have got my business again and I would not have written this review if the manager would have came by to apologize. The first time since the place changed from Friday's. they have several things to work out if they are going to be able to keep this place open outside of actual baseball games. Took several minutes for our party of 4 to get seated during lunch. The waitress came by quickly to get our drink order - which was good. The food was fairly good - nachos were great - burgers good - chicken tenders nothing special. $4.00 sodas and the waitress was nowhere nearby for refills - not acceptable. Took 20 minutes to get our checks; another 10 minutes to get our change/credit card slips. Prices are way too high!!! Going out for lunch for a burger soda and fries should not cost $21+ As long as you have 90-120 minutes for lunch you will be fine!!!! Quite a bit of improvement needed.... read more

So disappointed and will never come back. On Saturday October 23 around 3:00pm we brought friends visiting us from Massachusetts to the restaurant for drinks and to see our beautiful satdium. There were very few people there. My husband and his friend went to the bar to check out what kind of beers they had. My husband asked one of the girls working there if she could turn on the Badger game, her response was "I don't like sports". My husband then asked the bartender who explained that they didn't have the Big Ten Network. They never asked if we wanted a drink and then disappeared to never be seen again. Our group of five sat at a table and waited for a server. After several minutes the hostess walked by and asked if we had been waited on and we said no. On her way back to the front of the restaurant she said someone would be with us in a minute. After another 10 minutes of no service we left. We were there for about 30 minutes total. As we walked out the hostess saw us leaving and never said a word. What an embarrassment this was to my husband and I. read more
