Resting Rainbow was so kind to us.We lost our precious Sammie, he was a Papillion and he would have been 13 years old on June 21,2026. He was so loving, smart and just a sweet baby & had so much life still in him & he didn't look 12 years old or act like a senior dog. He passed on May 21,2026 exactly a month away from his 13 birthday. He passed from congestive heart failure. He was our sweet baby boy that we LOVED so very much and he left behind his Daddy, Mommy and sister Chloe who is a 14 year old Papillion. They loved each other so much too and they were partners in crime. Resting Rainbow took care of Sammie's remains and was so respectful too. When we went to pick him we walked in and their place was so nice and very clean too. They have all options for you fur baby. We asked where Sammie was cremated at and they showed us. They didn't hide anything from us. We chose a private cremation. And seeing it all put our minds at ease. The two gentlemen that work there were so kind too. You speak to the owners too and they go over everything with you. They are a married couple and so very kind and understood what we were going through. Let me start by saying, I would give five stars but, the guy at the front desk seemed like he did not want to be there. The lady who brought me Bella's ashes was so sweet. She was so caring and it felt like she was grieving with me. Such a special person. I feel bad I cannot remember her name. During the entire process, you were informed via text the whole time. On my sweet kitty Loki's 17th birthday we found her curled up in her bed, gone. I was devastated as was my adult son, she was our emotional support animal, we bottle fed her and had such a strong connection...truly devastated. My fiancé found Don at Resting Rainbow. What an absolute blessing he has been, from the time they picked her up to when she was returned to us amazing communication and such care in the communication. his is Rocky balboa. He passed away April 5, 2026 on Easter Sunday. Out of all the places I tried calling they were the only place that was open on a Sunday. That alone was great. The best part is how caring they are. They let you have quality time parting ways with your pet. They explain the whole process stet by step. All our memorial pieces are done with them. Some came in the package some we added, but the fact that we could do everything there without having to go anywhere else is a positive. The Martinez family thank you. I want to thank Luis and Meylen for all their support and compassion this past week. This was a very difficult time due to I had to say good-bye to 2 of my " little ones" Tugger and Missy.
