They have raised their prices considerably for regular drycleaning and repairs. They do decent work, but there customer service STINKS. Womens clothes can cost up to $20 a piece for drycleaning and I had my husbands pants hemmed to the tune of $16 a pair. This wouldn't normally have been a problem, except that they changed their price from the ticket after we dropped them off. They held his pants hostage as they jacked up the price by almost double from what my receipt said. When I questioned them, they yelled at me and said I was cheap. I paid and vowed never to walk in there again. We spent an average of $50 a month there, so it's their loss. My advice: Go there for only special garments or repairs. The Price? 1.45 for shirts 5.50 for pants $1.45 for shirts is great. $5.50 for pants? I'm not so sure... (the only other dry cleaner I've used was a local shop in Ellicott City, MD where drying cleaning was under $1... I was so spoiled) My stuff came out completely clean, but I didn't have any particular stubborn stains for them to get out. I noticed that they didn't crease my shirt sleeves, which is something I never paid attention to before but I definitely notice now. I'd much rather they do that... the shirt seems much more crisp with the creases...just a matter of opinion I guess. The garments were packaged and hung in the usual dry cleaner way. They take plastic for orders over $10. If you drop off your goods before 10am they guarantee them to be done by 5:00pm the same day (They're open till 7 I believe.) If it weren't for the pant prices and the sleeve creases I give them 5 stars. Overall they seem to be a pretty good dry cleaner. read more

Hands down, the worst customer service ever! They gave my clothes to some one else. When I asked what their plan was to get it back, they asked me to pay up front and they would call when they got it. Pay upfront!?!?!? Are you kidding me!?!? You lost my clothes and are having difficulty getting them back and still want me to pay.....no thanks. Rude. Very rude. I strongly advise people to find another place to go to. Good customer service and fast!! This cleaners is a high end place and does great with my shirts and dry cleaning. The manager there is busy so she may come of rude but she knows what she's doing. They press my shirts really well and get stains out of most of my clothes. Definitely recommend over the 1.99$ depots. You get what you pay for!! read more

Up until this recently I was satisfied with these cleaners, however that changed this morning when I picked up my shirts and a sports coat. One of my custom-fit shirts was completely stained in some bizarre black and brown (looked like ink) crud. The woman there told me that they hadn't washed it b/c of the stains. OK, my shirts go from my back to the hamper to the cleaners. There were NO stains on this shirt prior to me dropping it off. She blatantly lied to my face. Nothing I can do about the shirt they ruined now but I'd like to encourage anyone reading this to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

This cleaners is one of the best. Always professional and willing to get you your dry cleaning as soon as possible. I have never had an issue with their work. They do their work in house so nothing gets lost like other dry cleaners I have used. Their sewing skills are great. My husband ripped his winter coat and they repaired it to the point that it was hard to see where it had ripped. They replaced the lining in my winter coat and it was an excellent job. Absolutely Awful. Use at your own risk. They have ruined several of my shirts in the past, but I have continued to use them because of the convenience of their location. Recently, I had an experience that broke the camels back. I brought in 6 shirts to be washed and pressed. They ruined 3 out of the 6. One was 2 years old, so OK, it had had it's time. The other two were practically brand new Brooks Brothers shirts. Maybe 1 month old. At $75 apiece I was not happy. When I asked to be reimbursed, they refused. They said it was not their fault. All 3 shirts had the exact same rip in the exact same place. When, I asked if they thought it odd for all 3 to randomly rip in the same spot, the owner put his hand up in my face, said he wasn't talking to me any more and walked away. Then, I asked for them to reverse the charge for the cleaning at the very least. They refused to do that also. Saying they cleaned the shirts. I have never been more angry at a service provider in my life. I used this cleaner a lot. They made lots of money from my business. Their lack of customer service was appalling. I will never, ever go back. FYI, on the flip side. I took the shirts in to Brooks Brothers and told them what happened. They exchanged the shirts no questions asked with no receipt. Do not use this cleaner service. If they ruin a garment, which happened to us, they will not take responsibility. They are rude and abrupt with customers. We had a mens dress shirt come back with 5 holes all over the front. When I returned to complain the clerk was rude and dismissive. She eventually acknowleged the damage and said to leave the shirt and they would provide an exact replacement within two weeks. I waited two weeks to hear from them about my replacement shirt. Never got a call. When I returned, the clerk said they weren't taking responsibility, that we must have brought the shirt damaged. Seriously? My husband works in an office. The shirt looks like it was hit with shrapnel. I wish I could upload a picture of the holes - they are obviously from a machine. It is shameful that a business could treat customers this way. If you trust your clothing to this company, you are a fool. Maybe they are 10 cents cheaper than the competition, but if they ruin a garment, they will rudely decline all responsibility. We should not support businesses that have such unprofessional business practices. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! They are horrible, both in quality and in customer service! I had two pants hemmed and told them I wanted them the same length. One came back about an inch too short. When I called and brought this to their attention they said the material they took off was the same length and they would show me the scraps. I explained that it doesn't really matter if the scraps are the same length - it is the pants that need the same length! They hung up on me - twice - two different people! I am definitely disputing the charge and may even make a small claims suit. The way they conducted business was near criminal and they should be out of business. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I used to love this dry cleaners before it was sold a few years ago. Agree that the customer service STINKS. They lost an expensive item that I left there for drycleaning. When they could not locate it, they responded that it was worn and not worth the amount that I had paid for it. Not sure how they could make that assessment since they couldn't even locate the item. One would expect that they would have been extremely apologetic for the mishap, but that was not the case. And they are definitely overpriced compared with other local drycleaners. I wouldn't mind paying extra if the quality of the customer service was comparable to the prices. read more

First, the quality of work is lacking--I've had shirts come back with stains that weren't there before, missing collar stays, and bad pressing jobs. But the worst is that they damaged my best suit--it is still wearable, and the damage is not readily visible unless looking up close, but it was very expensive and high-quality. Then they did not honor a deal they offered to make up for the damage. Further, the woman working there is unfriendly and rude--anyone who has ever been there understands what I am talking about. Finally, I have come to realize that their prices (on cleaning and alterations) are crazy high. Expensive for hemming, but the clincher was that my skirt came back wildly uneven. Will not set foot in this shop again. This was my first time using this cleaners and I will NEVER go back. I picked up the dry cleaning and when I got home realized 2 pairs of brand new $100 pants were missing. I went back and I've never dealt with such horrible customer service. The woman called me a liar, refused to look for my pants, wouldn't even refund me for the amount I paid to get the missing pants dry cleaned, and when I got so frustrated I almost cried she literally said "you ugly, you leave"...I just filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back and will be reporting them to the BBB and police. read more

I stopped using them a few years ago because they were so rude and too expensive. But, I happened to be in that mall and I thought I would give them a try again because they are closer to my house. I only wanted two sweaters pressed. They didn't give me a price when I dropped them off, but I went ahead and left them. Big mistake! When I went to pick them up, they charged me $20 to press two sweaters!!! I didn't ask for rush service either; it took three days. I asked why so much and she made some comment about the material, which is cotton. These were not silk sweaters with fancy buttons. These are basic cotton sweaters that weren't even that wrinkled. She was so rude about it. I can see why they aren't very busy too. Never again! I'll keep going to my other cleaners where they are much nicer and provide the same quality at a more reasonable price, even if it is farther from my house. read more
