The only problem, and that's the reason that I only give 3 star, but not 5 star, is there is this one person in office, Lori. She's really hard to work with. She has an attitude. I had some question about this invoice. Some numbers initial didn't make sense to me. But the way she handles things with attitude, she gives me this tone while speaking - she is too much frustrated and frustrating customers too. If i am paying $8,000, i will ask question.
