You can't find their people on LinkedIn or ZoomInfo - they know they are fleecing insurance companies. For the record, you're in one mental state when an emergency occurs. You'll use Google to find that solution, thinking you're in good hands for the finish work. The remediation was indeed done quickly, but the repair is a completely different animal. $20k bid for drywall & paint. No. Do not go with BCC because you think they are the only "finisher" for the project. Not the same company, even though they are probably owned by the same group. We chose Real Deal Painting & Maintenance for the finish work, and they were able to complete the job before BCC could even get a budget approved by the insurance company.
