We got a roof replacement quote from one company with the cheapest option being $22,000. We wanted multiple quotes so, after looking at Yelp reviews, we contacted Cornerstone Roofing. Mike (from Cornerstone) came today to give us a quote. After getting up on the roof, he came down and let us know that our roof looks great and does not need to be replaced. He explained what materials he saw that showed it was a newer roof and listed all the features that were put in when it was replaced. He gave us the name of the shingle company and let us know we probably still had a warranty through them. He even followed up after he came, saying he looked up satellite images and the roof was probably replaced in 2016/2017. I had already contacted the shingle company to ask about the warranty and, Mike was right, the roof had been replaced in 2016. We now have a warranty we can use if an issue with our roof comes up and we know that we do not need to replace our roof for many years. Mike saved us a minimum of $22,000. I can't speak to the quality of Cornerstone Roofing's work (only because we didn't end up needing it) but I can speak to the honesty, integrity and knowledge of their employees.

Only Elite took the time to not just look at the leak but also (hearing that the roof was 24 years old), did a full check on the rest of the roof and attic space and found indications that we had other problems coming down the road, so we opted for a full roof replacement. We plan to likely sell in the next 7 years and considered this an investment that would help with the selling process. Elite's bid was reasonable and the preliminary process was clear and with good communication from the company representatives. Elite's crew, led by Eder, arrived promptly on time and completed the job quickly in just 2.5 days (instead of the estimated 4-5). The first day was a bit crazy with the all of the old roofing being cleared but Eder and his crew did a thorough clean-up each day, clearing the site so we (and our dog) were safe. They were respectful and considerate of us and our home. The new roof is wonderful! Nathan was the field manager for our project and visited the site daily. He also left us his number so we were able to contact him with questions as they arose. He was knowledgeable and did a great job of helping us understand the process and corrected misconceptions with good humor and patience. After our roof was done, our gutters just took one day to replace.. so in total, it only took 3 days to get a brand new roof and gutters!
