I've removed the other 2 stars due to the lack of response from Clayton L & Kimberly M. I agree with a Google reviewer that their pricing is not provided upfront. Since I'd never filed a claim on my homeowner's insurance policy before now, the water removal expert from Expert Water Removal told me that pricing negotiation is done between the insurance company and Expert Water Removal - and I didn't have to worry about a thing. He surmised that the water mitigation would be about $4,000. Then, I come to find out that the insurance company would only cover $3,000 and that Expert Water Removal will "settle" with me, but for the remaining total invoice that was over $5,607.56. I had already explained to Clayton that I was responsible for the deductible to repair the damage and asked if they would settle for the $4,120.52 the insurance company sent (i.e., $3,000 made payable to Expert Water Removal + $1,120.52 made payable to me). What was Clayton's response? I received an invoice for $2,607 - nothing else. I reached out again to Clayton - including Kimberly M this time - requesting a detailed breakdown of the charges and a repayment schedule for the $2,607.56. Still not response. I sent a final email today to Clayton & Kimberly, but if I don't hear anything back by Friday, I'm reaching out to the Better Business Bureau for next steps.

This missed delivery may have cost another month of delays due to the holidays. We don't have access to 25% of our house. I would strongly suggest you look deeper at reviews. If I could do it over again I would have paid more out of pocket and just eaten the costs to just move my work forward. My son is undergoing cancer treatment and the response to making sure we are communicated with and taken care of in less than favorable living situation has been underwhelming. Just such a bad experience. Except Steve he has been a ray of hope.
