Had a fantastic experience here for my first IV Drip. Booking online was super easy. I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff member who had me fill out very fast paperwork. The back area is stocked with snacks and drinks and the chairs are very comfortable. nurse Alex was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Bad business practices. They clearly advertise 10% off first time IV drips on their website (see attached). So that's what I booked. After the service was rendered I was then charged full price. After explaining that it was my first time and I booked the "first IV 10% off service" I was told by the front desk that they don't offer that. To advertise one price and then charge a higher price once the service has already been rendered feels predatory. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Super predatory too . They quick to sign you up and push the membership on you but then a nightmare to deal with when needing to cancel it . I've cancelled my membership and notified them multiple times via a text and email and got zero acknowledgement. Just saw a charge on my credit card for a new charge even though membership has been cancelled !!!!!!! Also the guy at front desk pushed a drip on me without giving me an Option to chose because I was a last drip of the day and I guess he was rushing to be someplace else ... when i called for an appt he asked which one I was considering and I mentioned I was maybe interesting in one but wasn't 100% since I wanted to see the menu once there . Once I got there , I was basically told my drip was ready and pushed it on me , and I didn't even had an option to choose . Super sleazy The Nurse there is super nice though . However the guy at front desk is terrible and quite frankly sucks at his job .... Hope the management see this and takes note of how poorly their biz is being represented by their employee. The front desk staff are extremely welcoming and made admission quick, efficient, and comfortable. There are many infusions available, but assistance in picking the right one for your needs is in good hands. I was post-operative, and appreciated the recommendations I received to help recovery. There was an NP off site and a highly skilled RN monitoring me at all times during infusion. I highly recommend this facility. read more

I went in because they offered a $50 of coupon and 10% off for new clients. I think the drip was great and it did its job. However it was still $175 with the discounts and I'm not sure the 10% off was included. The facilities are nice and the front desk man was nice and so was the nurse. However to pay that much and be rushed out by the nurse because she had a phone call was a little uncomfortable. She squeezed the bag and pressed the little insert in my vein down to speed up the process and it was just a little uncomfortable. There was still some in the tube and the bag when she unhooked me. Definitely going to try other IV bars and compare the price and experience. Convenient location but just not my favorite experience. read more

A friend and I went and had our first experience with getting an IV and it was awesome! When we walked in Gracey was at the desk to greet us. She got us all set up, showed us where they prepare the IV bags, and helped get us comfortable before our treatment. Hannah was the nurse who was also awesome. As someone who isn't a fan of needles she made the process extremely quick and easy. I did the Restoration and my friend got the Power Pack. The whole process took about an hour. The chairs are very comfortable and they also offer blankets! They have water and snacks for you as well if you would like. We both left feeling great and definitely would love to go again. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They made the experience very comfortable. 10/10 experience! read more

I am in town for work with my family and the DripBar is down the street from our hotel. We went in to inquire about the services offered and my wife decided to get an IV. She is in the medical field so she is very cautious and cognizant of cleanliness and staff knowledge. DripBar was great! The RN manager was awesome, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I have had such a great experience here, the nurses are excellent, they're very informative, and I left feeling absolutely transformed and refreshed. The nurse let me watch as she explained what she was adding to my IV bag. It was both fascinating and encouraging to see the transparency. I signed up for the three month membership because they have an awesome infrared sauna that you get access to, and it is such a great experience. Very nice staff but very over priced. They are happy to take your money but show very little interest in making it work for the individual. I'm very disappointed and out a cool grand for -8lbs in 3 months. Once you get off of it, you gain more weight than you started with!! This is a trap designed to take your money for a long time. This place is a complete scam. The lady for works at the front desk is super unprofessional. She's always on her phone, and charged me for someone else's service one time. Today, was the last straw with this place. I couldn't make it to my appointment, and the front desk lady started yelling at me on the phone. I asked where on their website does it state that their is a $25 fee for not making it to your appointment. Her response was, "idk" so I guess they make it up, and try to take your money.
