She told me to sign up for Aspire for the first-time Dysport reward, but when it didn't work, instead of helping, she basically brushed me off with, "Well idk, it's not working." No effort, no professionalism, no customer service. I've been a customer for years, and being treated so poorly honestly made me angry enough to not want to come back. It's unacceptable to be that dismissive to loyal clients. Suzy was excellent, but that front desk experience was beyond frustrating.

Fortunately Lilly, the manager was beyond awesome. Every place should have a manager like her. She was understanding, listened deeply, was kind, and compassionate, validated my experience, and took care of me in all the right ways that made this experience redeeming. And the girls at the front desk were consistently very nice and sweet. It's a place with good business and customer service values, but some of the practitioners should be more mindful to give their clients a better experience. Came here for a skin treatment and right away the front desk is very visually pleasing. I was greeted by Kristina at the front reception. Kristina was friendly and chatty and we chatted away about everything. I was nervous and she was comforting and reassuring. Nurse Christina did my procedure and she was very confident, knowledgeable and reassuring. She's knew I was nervous but reassured me everything would be ok. She stopped several times throughout the process to make sure I was ok and comfortable before proceeding forward. All in all I was well taken care of. The girls here are very good and very sweet. There's parking in a private parking lot, as well as a nice waiting area to lounge until you're called. There's a kiosk available for sign-in, and the space has actually been newly reorganized so that check-in is at the entrance. Love that! As for the lasering. This is my first time ever doing laser, and it seems different technicians give different time frames. At first, I was told to give it about 4-6 sessions, and then other techs started saying 6-8 as I was nearing my 6th. Maybe they all have different ideas or training, but it felt a bit uneasy at first, and I wondered if they'd keep moving the number as I continued treatment. I saw major results after the very first session. It took a second, and at first I thought it couldn't have worked, until 3 weeks in, I just so happened to realize my girly girl was almost fully bald! Haha, I didn't even realize! Then of course, some started growing back in, but that was an awesome result for a first session. Now that I've done my 6th session, I can say that it's pretty great and thorough, but I do have 2 stubborn spots. The annoying thing is that they have you shave before you come in, so you can't accurately show them the exact stubborn spot. I do wish they'd let me come in as-is and shave THERE after they located the stubborn spots, since I am basically spot treating now. They do have the time for it, as your booked window is 15 minutes, and the treatment part isn't even 5 minutes. Everyone is super nice, and people are clean. FYI, they will not do the inner part if you're on your cycle. This happened for my first session. I waxed before, and every wax technician allowed a tampon. Since lasering is less hands-on, and gloves are used, I assumed I'd be good to go with a tampon. But nope! She only did the top part, which I believe is why the inner area is more stubborn, because technically I got 5 treatments for that part, unlike the other parts. There are patchy spots on the top part too, so I know that's not the sole reason some parts still need treatment, but still. Just be mindful of your cycle when booking! I'll be back for my 7th session in about a week. Hopefully I don't need monthly sessions after this one. We'll see! It's definitely great value when using classpass, so no complaints there from me!

I got a treatment with Ashlyn Monk a few weeks back and I can't carry on my conscience letting her get away with this anymore. I've gotten this treatment done about 10+ times before in many different places w several different girls. The procedure lasts 30 min TOPS for one area. She completely lacks experience and it's very noticeable. Just another nurse that was able to get her foot in aesthetics but is not properly trained or seasoned. She took AN HOUR PLUS poking my face for one single area! It was torturous and I felt like a lab rat getting experimented on. I was sitting there getting stabbed and rubbed with an alcohol wipe that tore through my skin and under eyes so long that I left with new wrinkles!!! Before doubting her, i was trying to trust the process. I assumed for that hour that maybe it was just precision and she was doing some sort of art but when I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe how sub par and bland the results were. I have mature skin and never expect a miracle at all. I could've excused the results if I wasn't getting stabbed for over an hour. On top of all of that they had a special going on that took several hundred dollars off the original price. At checkout the girl tried to charge me (without the discount) which is not a crime but rubbed me the wrong way. Feels like lack of ethics to run a special and try to charge full price because the customer is not aware. On top of that a tip option for injectable treatments? You're a nurse, not a barista. Not worth the time or pain. Even it being discounted did not make up for it. I wouldn't do it again even if it was free. I have a high pain tolerance and know that beauty is pain but this was completely unnecessary. You would've thought I was getting 100 units of Botox with all the times she stabbed into my face. This place is not worth it. Many other good places in Burbank to go to. Don't waste your money.
