The owner, Jess Taylor has been my Pilates instructor nearly 4 years. After more orthopedic surgeries than I care to post, it is because of her knowledge, experience and caring approach to her clients, that I can do absolutely everything that I love to do in a body that is strong and balanced even with all the new parts.
