There have also been other days ive shown up at 4pm with my kids after school and the store is closed, we get food across the street to kill time for about 30 mins and they remain closed. Ive waited near an hour on more than one occasion for them to open up with no luck. It's currently 11:30 as i write this, the employee showed up 2 mins before 11 and still has everyone waiting outside. Edit: Around 11:30 the employee finally came out and when asked about the email which stated preorder time was 11 the response was "We're opening at 12" and she walked off after handing somone a flyer to head back in the store.

The store's ambiance could be improved though because it seemed like boxes were just strewn in the back and the decorations weren't particularly enticing. Value (3/5): The retro games here are quite expensive! Some of the Gameboy advanced games are $60 and the machines were especially expensive. For example, the SP was almost $200. I guess it kind of makes sense since they aren't manufactured any more and it's in a premium location.
