The man at the toy counter was patient while I as a parent was about to lose my $hit with the kids not knowing what to pick for 35 minutes with their tickets. The difference is hands down the kindest most helpful staff I've ever seen or dealt with at one of these. All of them every area we ventured too. The young man working on his own pulled up the information needed to find the old card and replace it for me. It's the little things.
