They sold me a 2006 F20 for 13k and claimed to have had work done on the motor, come to find out it had a 2004 motor, and the receipts to the 2006 motor was not what was in the truck, I had to rebuild the whole motor! My buying experience with this dealer was initially good, other than some slick attempts to sell me extraneous things. The vehicle had an alert to check the right front light when I test drove it, but the dealer said it was not in any crash. So my partner and I inspected it carefully and found it was obvious part of the headlight housing had been broken. Everything else looked great, so we assumed it probably had a minor fender bender that doesn't register on Carfax. Since purchasing it a year ago, it became obvious there was a leak in the rear driver side door. This is common in VW Golfs of this year. Whether the dealer knew and hid it or did not evaluate the vehicle is hard to know. The amount of water that has leaked in to 2 footwells, plus 2 alerts from the computer leaves me feeling skeptical. They did not register my car, did not inform me that it was a California vehicle and that there were outstanding registration fees due on the vehicle totaling to an amount of $800. I still do not have the title of the vehicle. They have not responded to any of my emails. Horrible communication and the salesman Ethan was very unpleasant. I just purchased a beautiful 2006 Ford Explorer from Russ over at Rev Motorsports. Nine out of ten car sales people piss me off by acting like a car salesperson. I had a wonderful pain free experience going through the sales process. The vehicle itself was the only one that matched my demanding search criteria in a 100 mile radius. Rev had it right down to the color and the heated seats. I really didn't think I could afford this nice a vehicle and they put it in reach. The Price: 1500 below my searched max price. My interest rate was the biggest shock. I didn't know rates went that low. Well at least not on Saturdays at 7pm. Mileage was 15000 below what I was hoping for. They made a little money. I saved a lot of money. That's the way it's supposed to work. As for the after the purchase experience, Andrew delivered on any and every issue that Russ and myself discussed during the sales process as well as a couple minor things that they had no business taking care but did anyway.(Thanks guys) As for the previous review my experience was much different. I bought my Mini Countryman from this dealership in November 2020. The first time I visited with my mother (I am a 21 year old female), we were both looking to buy cars. The salesman could not tell us anything about the car and we felt that we were not taken seriously because we were women. Because I wanted the car so badly, I returned to buy it before calling ahead to talk to Ethan, who people had recommended on google reviews. I show up and test drive the car again, with Ethan telling me everything works well in the car and I had read the CarFax report. Eventually I go to pay for the car and Ethan tries to talk me into an expensive warranty. He will not budge on the price of the car, claiming that he "won't make any money from it" and that they "never get Minis in their dealership". I have since seen multiple minis on their website at once. When I go to sign for the ownership, Ethan changes his tone and is very intimidating to me (a young woman), telling me that he doesn't want to see me back in the dealership if there are problems with the car (repeating this several times). WHO SAYS THAT when you are selling a 21 year old their first real car?! Against my better judgement, I signed for the car and got the heck out of there. I am taking the car in for service tomorrow and hoping I don't find any unexpected problems. The USB port for audio does not work, even though I was told that it did. Looking back on the experience, I still feel very talked down to and that the salespeople here were very sexist and do not take women seriously. Update: I also posted this review on google and got a pretty nasty response from the sales team. The sales agent at the time was unable to do our financing due the to office being close. This morning my credit was ran, I was approved for the purchase and told I could get the vehicle today when I got off work. Before I got off work Jason, the other salesman, sold the vehicle that I had put a deposit down on. The owner allowed this sale to go through, even though I had already done all the necessary steps to get the vehicle. His blatant unprofessionalism is sickening and why cars salesmen get bad names. I was told the car i bought had 2 keys. I was "accidentally sent home with the wrong key. Im sure to fool me, when I realized it was the wrong key I called and talked to someone about it and was told again that there was a second key. When I arrived I was basically told to go kick rocks and get my own key. The key i was sent home with was a 2015 Audi TDI key a $18,000 car which I could have stolen, but I'm an honest person. A new key is around $125 programmed at VW Ethen also told me that the car didn't need to be DEQ tested because its a diesel, later while talking to him on the phone about the key he mentioned that Oregon just changed their law and it now needs to be tested. He said he has been selling cars since he was 16 so Im sure he knows that diesel cars under a certain weight have been being tested for over a decade. I had to pay for the testing, this car has been on your lot since august 2018 so why wasn't it tested? $21 You claim that every car is checked before being sold yet the car had a headlight out before leaving the lot. After reading other reviews I'm starting to get the picture that you don't give a damn how your "employees" treat the general public when they are coming to you with money. Really 4.5/5. Ethan is an amazing salesman, and he's more than willing to over 100% customer service - I went across city to test drive a really nice low miles Toyota Tacoma. I left my wallet in the truck and realized I couldn't continue my sudden-half-work day w/o my drivers license!! Ethan, that guy! I called up having a panic attack and as smooth as can be, he took the address and headed out to me directly. He's now one of my point people when looking for my truck. Only reason half star off - the Rev Motors Lot does feel pretty crammed, but they've got a good selection of inventory. Don't pass these guys off, they're looking out for the little guy also, competing with the huge dealerships around them. I bought my car from them Oct 2020 - since I drove it off the lot it has been issue after issue - I have put almost as much as I paid for it into trying to fix it. I had a bad feeling when I was there and I should have left. The car was a MESS - not clean, torn interior, etc. I was told they were all cosmetic things and I was getting a great deal. I was even told that the oil had been changed - my mechanic said it hadn't been changed in years. I am a single mom that needs a reliable car and now I have an unreliable car and all of my money into this one. However, two days after taking the car off the lot the check engine light has come on numerous times requiring us to replace a valve. No oil change was done on the car, which isn't a big deal to do but I guess I kind of expected the basics to be taken care of after what we were told about their mechanics. Buyer beware think of everything you don't like about used car lots. That is this. They make a big deal about inspecting the cars but it is a load of BS. I was able to negotiate a good deal on a car but I feel like I needed a shower afterward. Make sure you have a mechanic go over the car. ALSO they will give you two keys for your vehicle but the second one will be battery dead and the key end broken. This is a scam. its not for your car at all so factor-in 300-400$ for a new smart key. Seriously, stay away. Better to spends a bit more at a reputable place. If you go to this dealership I recommend asking to see the CARFAX report FIRST! This dealership sells auction/repo vehicles with high mileage without disclosing that is an auction vehicle! Ethan kept reading to us from the CARFAX report but wouldn't show the report to us. After I bought the vehicle I requested he send the CARFAX to me & then I find out it's an auction vehicle! Right after purchasing it, I see that the other vehicle I had been looking at dropped in price to the same price that I paid for the one I bought from Rev. But, it was a premium model with 25 thousand less miles from a 5 star dealership. However, Northwest Motors was selling it which is a small one man dealer who does everything himself. Northwest Motors has almost all 5 star reviews & after reading reviews customers state that the owner goes over the CARFAX with you. I am disabled due to many rare genetic health issues so I'm on a very fixed income. We made Ethan aware of this. I am just starting to drive again & was wanting to return to work. I needed a decent, reliable vehicle. Now I'm wishing I had kept my '89 Escort with 69 thousand original miles because it was paid for, well cared for & actually like new! It was in better condition & cleaner than this auction vehicle! I believe they buy auction cars in bulk, don't inspect them & definitely don't show the customer the CARFAX or disclose that they are buying a auction/repo vehicle that probably wasn't maintained & once cars are put on auction because they were repossessed for who knows what reason it definitely lowers the value & because they aren't even inspecting or repairing them the customer gets a high priced, high mileage, neglected, vehicle that falls apart fast! Unfortunately I cannot leave less than one star. While test driving a 2009 Honda Civic today a large piece of plastic trim completely fell off the vehicle almost causing an accident on Canyon Rd. I was still willing to purchase the vehicle for full asking price so long as they replaced the trim piece. My sales person Ethan assured me this would be no problem. Ethan asked his manager for approval to replace the part and he declined to replace the part since he had other buyers who were also interested in the vehicle. I was shocked to say the least, at that point I got up and let them know that I don't do business with zero integrity slime balls. The POS manager would not even acknowledge me when I questioned why he was not willing to replace the part that fell off the vehicle during my test drive. In my 51 years I've dealt with a lot of shady characters, but these guys definitely take the cake! read more

Jason and Andrew were easy to deal with. There was never any real pressure, just their desire to sell us the right vehicle. They followed through with their promises to address cosmetic issues. We took a lot of their time to make our decision. We visited probably every dealer in town that had the vehicle we were looking at. It became apparent that they were not only the best price, but least assuming. Some dealers were expensive because they were located affluent neighborhoods. Others were not, for the same reason. Rev Motorsports is the latter. I'm not sure why people go online to complain about their unrealistic expectations for buying a USED car. Rev is selling used cars. As such, I expect that the USED car may come with some issues. The savings from not buying a new car will more than make up the difference when those issues arise. They let us take the vehicle for the day to have it inspected by both DEQ and a trusted mechanic. The whole process with Rev was more akin to a friendly hand shake between friends than your traditional high stress dealer sales guy. I can't imagine anyone believing that I intend to purchase a vehicle by a simple conversation over the phone. So, when our decision was made to purchase from Rev... I gave them a check to hold the vehicle.. so I could make the financial arrangements to secure the purchase. Their patience was fantastic. Had we financed the car, we could have driven home that day. But no, it sat on their lot for 5 days longer. Perhaps an imposition for them, but it was good old fashioned customer service for us. read more

Positives: They were flexible with my situation. I had just moved and didn't have an address yet so I needed to place the car on hold. I don't know if Jason had handled a situation like that before but he did what he needed to get it done. Negatives: I had asked them to fix a simple body issue (trim peeling off) before delivery of the vehicle. They fixed it but did a terrible job. Less than a month later, it's falling off again and it looks like they used chewing gum to stick it on. Also, I had issues with the car shaking not even two days after I bought it. They said it was the brake rotors but offered no solution. Jason said he would help with the situation but all calls made to him continue to go unreturned. They also said my monthly car payment would be lower than what it is in order to get me to purchase the vehicle since I had a limit on what I wanted to pay per month. No one really seems to care what happens and if you are happy. They got your money which is all they really want! read more

Bought a 2010 Jetta Wagon there and 3 weeks later we needed a new transmission. Jason, the salesman who sold us the car, promised us, after I specifically asked, whether or not the transmission was covered with the warranty he sold us along with the car. He told us that the entire transmission was covered. Turns out it's not. If you can get a hold of them (good luck with that), they'll tell you what you want to hear and then never call you again. BEWARE.... Absolutely NO work was done on the 2008 F350 that we bought. It broke down before we even got home. The tech at Ford said they cleared the codes so the warning lights would go out. The dpf was totally plugged so it blew a hole in the exhaust manifold. We live in Nevada and broke down in Calif., 4 days and $3000.00 later we finally got home.
