    Avoid this place at all costs…read more I bought a 2020 Audi PHEV about three years ago. The check engine light hit about an hour after taking it off the lot. I called to return it and the owner said to take it to Audi as it still was under the full warranty. It sat on the lot for nearly two years waiting on parts - finally having the entire electrical system replaced. I drove it for about a year then a couple of months ago it wouldn't start. I called Luxury Auto Plex and the owner told me he would pay any deductibles on my "fully refundable" extended warranty, so take it into the dealership. The repair was declined so I paid for it out of pocket. Last week it started making strange noises and I had enough so I lost about 6k and traded it in. As for the fully refundable GMC warranty? It's not cancellable or refundable upon selling the car - the only way to cancel it was to default on the loan or total the car. They told me to call the dealership, lol. Stay away from Luxury Auto Plex and DO NOT FALL for the GMC Extended Warranty. Not worth the paper it's printed on and you will not get any refunds.

They sold me a Mercedes that was…read moreincomplete for a complete car price. there was an issue with the transmission so they tried to fix it. They couldn't fix it so they took the Mercedes. They had the car for almost a month and I was driving a loaner well, I didn't find out until after that the suspension had been re-worked and there was no luxury suspension underneath the vehicle. It was lowering springs which is fine but the entire front suspension had to be replaced. Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty (still haven't received that contract)and when I turned the claim in, they said the car was only worth $2000., I purchased the car for $17,000 on top of that it took them almost 8 months to get my license plate to me which I ordered the Bee conservation plates. I received ordinary plates. I would have gone to a more reputable place had I done the research. I do recommend taking any car you're interested into an actual mechanic to have them look it over before you buy it. Don't get screwed like I did.

The…read moresalesperson did make it fairly easy to purchase from out of state but that is as far as the real service went. When I say doing the bare minimum I am talking about their used cars. They changed the oil, did a quick vacuum and wipe down with their greasy defect hiding liquid to make it shiny and probably a half ass wash at some point. When I picked up the car, it was dirty. The windshield wipers streaked so bad they were dangerous. The engine air filter was dirty. The cabin air filter was covered in leaves and dirt and should have been replaced a long time ago. The vehicle reeked from sickenly sweet smell to mask something else. When I reached under the front seat to grab something I dropped there were pretzels, M&Ms, Gummy Bears, crackers toys and assorted unidentifiable items under there. Something a decent vacuuming would have taken care of. These are all basic things any decent dealer would have taken care of. The vehicle was presented to me with less than 1/4 tank of gas and they refused to fill it or add any. It was an extremely disappointing experience for a used vehicle priced near $30K. I do not recommend this dealer and would not return even if I lived in the area.

The technician does a video of your car and explains the work being done. LOVED the video! They did a great job. Reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this dealership and service dept. Thank you Dalton and team! Well I had to change to a 4 star from a 5. If I didnt get home and look at my receipt and see they charged me a 2% credit card fee and didn't tell me. I hate that businesses think that it is ok to do to their customers. Yeah completely disappointed that they snuck that in on me. Be transparent and tell us when we make the appointment!     If I could give a negative star review I would. I even sent a letter to this dealership detailing…read morethe problems and timeline. To simplify a long story, my vehicle was towed to the nearest Cadillac location after a bad software update killed the high voltage battery. I blame Cadillac for releasing broken cars for that. This dealership though was unresponsive through most of the experience. They would not take phone calls, but rather only communized through text messages. The vehicle went in October 30th of last year and was not repaired until early December. We actually got notified from our charging app and that's how we knew to reach out and see if it was ready. No one informed us and probably were never going to. The car sat on some alternate lot somewhere in Beaverton for almost 2 weeks with the new battery on site. Additionally, when we went to pick it up they handed us a packet of papers, the keys and just pointed to where our car was. No customer service, not even a basic rundown of what took so long or happened to the car. I know repairs take time, but 44 days without my nice car that I spent a lot of money on has burned the bridge for me. GM never responded about the software breaking the car and the dealership for why it took so long to get repairs done. I would discourage anyone from buying a Cadillac until the company cleans up its quality control and as other reviewers have mentioned, go to Salem for better service.
