The process was painless, easy, and my skin looks AND feels so incredible. Tracey walked me through the process and the science behind this quick and easy treatment. I cannot stress enough how relaxed and at ease the process was. Upon arriving I was tucked into my cozy treatment bed. This bed was a huge perk, comfy blankets, and it's adjusted for comfort by remote (Tracey took care of that). I have been to quite a few Med Spas in the Twin Cities, and they all have differing opinions and recommendations on my skin. Tracey by far provided the most gracious and well rounded advice. She immediately assessed my skin, and did not inflate or exaggerate areas of improvement. I had such a great experience that I decided to sign up for their monthly membership. Which is a great way to save on ongoing facials, injections, products, etc. It's taken years, but I finally found a medspa that I can feel comfortable at! The good: easy scheduling The better: beautiful and comfortable setting The best: top notch owners who do not up-sell or pressure. These are the experts and I feel lucky to have found them. They both have years of experience and expertise & are constantly developing their tool kit, even pioneering many treatments such as SkinPen! I'll post an update upon my next procedure. I haven't yet decided what that'll be, but the Refinery offers the best of the best. I can't wait to try my samples! Great variety of medical products for your at home care routine as well!

Previously, the facials were given in one large room that was so bright you got a headache, blaring pop music and you were plopped on a bed like a piece of meat. They've since adopted a similar style as the other FFs where there's a separate front desk area as well as a darker room with beds further apart to give more privacy and tranquility. I was so happy to see this, as without this upgrade, this location would've been 1 star for me. I always receive the Sculpt facial and I've had varying experiences here. Sometimes I've been asked about my skincare or concerns, others I haven't. Same with being offered a blanket, water, to remove my shoes or preferred pressure. The estheticians I've had that have been great have been wonderful, but it's definitely a mixed bag.
