As a customer, I rely on your expertise when making those recommendations. In fact, At the time I came in Danny told me, you guys didn't have any lights similar to the ones I wanted, after my installation was done, then he told me he had ordered and received a stock of similar lights. Additionally, the installation did not appear to be done neatly. Some of the lights were coming loose from the dashboard, and others had fallen onto the floor. Even if the product wasn't ideal, I would still expect the installation to be clean and secure. I also noticed that the lights on the right side of the driver's area were installed differently than those on the left, which raised concerns about the overall consistency of the work. Furthermore, I had to return multiple times for installation related issues, which made the overall experience frustrating.

Took my car 6/9 at 9 am to have installed what we had agreed on, 12" JBL Arena X 1k w amp, 4 lens dash cam, at noon my car was ready and everything working perfectly. The service was great, the installation was nice and clean. The prices were very fair especially compared to some audio shops in Vegas that want to make a Yacht payment off of you... But when we walked in, there was nobody at the front desk. Another employee was sitting just a couple of feet away in the back on his phone. He made eye contact but didn't acknowledge us or say anything like, "Someone will be with you shortly." We were completely ignored. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

When I get in my vehicle, it tells me that I have to turn off Apple Car Play to record. That doesn't sound right. Plus, I don't believe the SIM card is formatted correctly since nothing has been recorded. I took the cameras down until I was able to go by the shop and ask Dan. I stopped by today and I was told he couldn't help me. It was a 2 week wait to get in. Really? During my appointment you took other potential customers. The amount of time Dan was telling me how booked up and busy he was for the next few weeks and all the other calls he was getting to do installs. If ever there were a perfect occasion for the slogan "Get hit by a rock?! Call Brock!", this was it. My insurance company initially refused to authorize OEM Mercedes glass and instead insisted on aftermarket Chinese glass. Their designated glass affiliate would not install OEM glass under my insurance plan. Brock advocated for me and made it happen. He knew how to navigate the situation, communicate with the insurance company, and ultimately obtain the OEM glass that I wanted for my Mercedes.
