They did an oil change and replaced a filter for me, the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Called them just to ask if they were able to fix what was wrong with the car. I was very specific as to what the issue was because I had already taken it to Toyota and they diagnosed it. He seemed clueless about what I was telling him. Then he started going on and on that he could not quote me until he had the vehicle. I told him I was not asking him to quote me at all and that I was just hoping that it would be less than what I was quoted at Toyota (the amount was not mentioned and he didn't ask). Took our vehicle to get a diagnosis of improper AC, they explained how they recommend 2 components being replaced and charged a cost of $4k..ok. BUT, returned a couple weeks later, because the problem still wasnt fixed, they took a 2nd look and found there was a leak in the line. The part was around $250 and the total cost out the door was well above $1k. So they wanted me in at $5k just to fix the original issue.... Got a 2nd opinion and saved huge money, I ordered the part new OEM from factory at only $140, and got it installed for $300. I get it, they're in business to make money and have lot of overhead by the looks, but I gave enough, and the original diagnostic was poor and a shot in the dark because that didnt fix the issue, anyone can just guess and replace everything to "fix" it. The other place i went to was ASE, legit and shook their heads at the cost dynamic charged me, especially how they wanted more after a 2nd look not fixing it the first time. Even making money off parts because i ordered it for way less, took 8 days to arrive.. The good news is i saved thousands by letting someone else finish the job correctly and paid half of the price on parts. Honestly, not going to be a return customer, take someone elses money. I had an coolant leak and engine overheating issue with my 2014 Smart Fortwo. After speaking with Jorge on the phone, I felt confident that Auto Dynamics Services was the most competent shop to take care of the issue. Although Jorge spoke extensively on the initial call regarding the price of level 1 diagnostic fee and the diagnostic process, I misunderstood what is exactly covered under the level 1. Luckily, Auto Dynamics Services kept all the phone conversations in recordings to revisit, and Jorge sent me the recording. Jorge and his team were 100% correct, and I apologized my misunderstanding of the technical automotive terms (block test vs compression test). Jorge was nice enough to waive the level 1 diagnostic fee and allowed me to pick up my Smart with no charge, even though it was my mistake. From this experience, I could tell how meticulous, accurate, and professional the Auto Dynamic Services team are. read more

I brought my vehicle to Auto Dynamic Services to diagnose a parasitic battery drain because they claimed to have top-tier diagnostic equipment. After a $700 diagnosis charge, they still couldn't identify the issue. When I picked up the vehicle, it wasn't reassembled properly, and the check engine and traction control lights were left on--issues that weren't there before. We brought it back to get that fixed, and during that time, they suddenly claimed to have found the issue, recommending a part we then paid for. They then charged an additional $700 to install our part. Over a week and a half later, with no communication from them, I called for an update. I was met with hostility from the owner, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. This entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. The lack of clear communication, accountability, and respect for customers is deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The engine light suddenly came on in our 2013 avalanche. We called and got in the same day. They diagnosed it within a day and had it fixed within two more. That was over a busy weekend just before Christmas. The detailing work was extraordinary. When a 2013 truck with 140,000 miles looks this good, they have to be magicians. Their customer service was beyond compare. You don't see Service like this very often. They kept us abreast of the progress and had it done just as promised, with quite extensive work. read more

I do not recommend this shop. I was initially quoted $1,500 for a sealant repair, but the final bill totaled $5,200. During the maintenance, I was informed that a fuel injector had been broken and was told it failed due to age. Shortly after, I received another call stating that all eight fuel injectors needed replacement for the same reason. Later, I learned that not all of the fuel injectors were actually damaged. When I raised my concerns with Jorge, he was unable to provide a clear explanation. At that point, he rudely tossed a disclaimer packet over the counter and was told I needed to read/sign it, which stated that I could not pursue legal action against the shop. Additionally, despite the shop advertising a military discount on their website, I was denied this promotion. We've been to Auto Dynamic twice in the past two weeks--with two different vehicles. They were recommended to us by another mechanic who wasn't able to help with my husband's truck. He spoke with Andrus a few times before bringing the truck in, just to get a feel for the place. We dropped it off on a Saturday for a specific issue, and they let us know they would do a full inspection first--the cost of which would be applied to the repair. We received a detailed text with exactly what they found and what needed to be done. No upselling, no extra issues--just clear, honest communication. They also confirmed when the truck would be ready (yes, they're open both Saturday and Sunday!). When my car's A/C went out, it was a no-brainer--we brought it to Auto Dynamic. Same great experience: dropped it off Saturday, got a text shortly after with a breakdown of the A/C repair (plus one additional issue, which we suspected). Again, honest communication and quick turnaround. We're officially loyal customers. If you're looking for a shop that's trustworthy, responsive, and thorough, Auto Dynamic is it. read more

BEWARE ! Went in for an oil change. They gave a complementary inspection. When I came to pick up my vehicle, They claimed that my stud and lugnut was cross threaded after showing that it broke off upon them trying to take the wheel off. They only offered to fix the issue after and only after I left a 1 star review on other review sites. I then explained that I respectfully will have to decline as I didn't know if I can trust a shop like that. The shop manager proceeded to reply to my review with my vehicle report (unprofessional). He also conveniently forgot to mention that their original quote for the work was $80 more than other shops in the area so not very competitive and that he offered to fix after he saw the review. read more

Took my Prius C here. They read the trouble codes. $75. Ok, that's normal. But then they said: "We need to read the secondary codes, that will be another $675 please." The secondary codes are literally another button push on the OBD2 reader. That is just predatory. I took it to another shop and had the entire problem fixed same day for less than this places "secondary diagnostic". You have been warned. Also, check out this guys responses to any negative review, its like a jilted teenager. Can't wait to hear what he says about me instead of addressing the actual issue. read more

It is incredible how bad people (family) can be. Very unsafe experience, they threatened my son and husband, they even insulted us when we just required to have our car back working just as it was when we dropped it. They intentionally disconnected a wire to have us pay for a complete reparation. Just wanted to advise not to trust their inspection that is basically nothing else than some nice pictures of the inside and outside of your car. read more

I am from out of town and lent my car to a friend for a roadtrip. My car randomly broke down and ended up here at Auto Dynamics. They were able to diagnose the issue, repair it and get my friends back on the road. They kept me updated every step of the way and regularly checked in. I was sent texts with links to invoices and diagnoses and able to approve all work and $ before they moved forward. They were the utmost of professional and I would happily use them again should I ever need it and am in Vegas. Awesome place ! Very easy to get something done here. I called in for a foot welll module needing a flash. I called every where else they quoted me way higher and turn around time was way longer. Probably the most disappointing encounter I've ever had with an auto repair shop. They quoted one price for a repair, but ended up charging three times as much (and didn't even fix the problem adequately). And somehow they told me they don't accept credit card (cash only) which I'm pretty sure is a lie. A disgusting establishment, better to stay away. read more

This place is a scam. I took my car to the shop a few days ago because the check engine light was on and I failed a smog test. I called beforehand and they told me that it was a $125 diagnosis fee. After an hour, I got an email saying that it would be $2,800 to fix my car. I was a little suspicious and decided to get a second opinion. When I went to pick up the car, they said that I owed them $375 because they needed to do something called a level 1 diagnosis. When I asked what the results of the level 1 diagnosis was, they weren't able to explain it in normal language. Then they told me that they wouldn't accept credit card, I had to go back home to get $375. I find this extremely suspicious. Never my life have I seen a major company not accept credit card like that. I imagine that the mechanics were high-fiving each other and pocketing $100 each. I ended up taking my car to another shop where they diagnosed and fixed the problem for $160 total. Also I noticed that my brand new $200 sunglasses were missing from the glove box. I called them about it and they said that nobody had seen it. The bottom line is this is probably one of the biggest rip-off companies I've ever dealt with. Maybe it's because I'm a woman of color that they thought they could fool me, but I'm no idiot. read more

I'm leaving 1 star because Steven was a nice guy but I couldn't help feeling scammed after picking my car up. I took my car in on a friday because I was loosing power. Told Steven, "hope its just a battery!" Steven told me they would check it out for free. Called me back within a couple of hours and said they couldn't determine what was wrong based on "the free diagnostic " and said it would require their level 2 diagnostic because it appears to be some electrical problems. $650. Ok. They work weekends. Called monday. After 3 days of work they tell me I need a new battery. Final bill...$1550. After speaking with Jorge he took it down to like 1250 but said he couldn't discount the $650. Tuesday they were still trying to find stuff after having my car 4 days. I could have just gone to the dealership if I wanted to be without a car 4 days and pay 1500 for a battery. read more

I've used them 3 times. The first 2 times were successful and I have no complaints. The 3rd time I went there, they replaced my instrument cluster with a refurbished one. The charge was $1,500. Right away, i saw an issue with the cluster. There was a warranty, so I went back. I explained the symptoms. and even showed him. He acknowledged there is an issue and said they'd have to troubleshoot to see if it's the cluster, or the car, but then he wrote up a ticket for symptoms I hadn't described or experienced. I asked him to change it to what I had told him. He refused and told me to go troubleshoot it myself if i didn't like it. I couldnt believe that response. We went back and forth until I gave up and left. Now a need to find a shop that will stand behind their work and start over. read more

My original review wasn't great. I was frustrated with the situation, not so much with Auto Dynamics. Went there to have something programmed which another shop couldn't do. In the process, they found a broken NOx sensor. The part was indefinitely back ordered. They tried to repair the sensor, but that didn't work. They even considered swapping out a sensor from one of their sprinters, but couldn't be stuck waiting indefinitely, either. I drove 10 hours home and waited 6 weeks for the parts to be delivered and installed by my local shop. They weren't able to do the programming, either. Jorge offered to do the programming for free and was sure he could complete the job. Unfortunately, I only have one start left on the computer's countdown until it goes into limp mode. Even if I didn't have to stop for fuel, which I would, any emergency requiring turning off the engine would result in needing a tow. I just can't risk it. I believe Auto Dynamics is honest, helpful and trustworthy. I recommend them. read more
