Well another dining disaster. My husband ordered the turkey sandwich That is the month my special and on a pretzel roll. When his meal was delivered it was not on a pretzel roll and being hungry had taken a bite. He knew right away it was not the turkey sandwich he order b/c it had mustard on it when he bit into it. Upon questioning the waitress she checked with the kitchen And of course they made the wrong sandwich.Ugh. She offered to have it made correctly but we of course had appointments to get to. However, the waitress made no effort to take the wrong item off our tab Nor did she send out the manager ( maybe he was not in the building) We should not have been changed for Their incompetence....food is way too expensive for mistakes and causing Inconvenience to the customer. They need to do better when they Mis-make an order and not charge The customer for their mistake. Reveille Coffeehouse Cafe is a locally owned, sourced and operated breakfast/brunch spot slinging a solid variety of breakfast, brunch and lunch classics. This particular location anchors a small shopping plaza at the corner of Brookstone and Stilesboro Road. It occupies the corner, which allows for a good sized dining room that is across a couple of levels. We got a table in the corner on the lower level, which was perfect for us given we had a toddler with, so being tucked away from all the activity was clutch. This was my first visit to the brand, but my friends have come to love Reveille and seem to visit on a regular basis for breakfast and coffee. I went with the breakfast burrito, while my friends when with a classic breakfast. The burrito was tasty, and the classic breakfast hit the spot. The food was good, standard, but good. Service was decent. Our server was friendly and helpful, not the most efficient, but he acknowledged that, so we appreciate it. Overall, Reveille is a solid spot. Great food and fast service. It's not fancy, but it's a nice environment and the people were friendly. I had the shrimp and gouda grits with sunny side up egg on top. They were delicious! It was served with a perfect biscuit that was light and fluffy. Yum, yum. Also ordered a cinnamon roll which oh so delicious. Such a nice experience for breakfast. We couldn't decide between the corned beef hash skillet or the blueberry lemon pancakes. So we ordered both to share. The corned beef hash (made in house) was delicious. We opted for it served in a skillet over fried potatoes. It was delicious, however the food must have been placed in a cold skillet because it wasn't hot like we like. The pancakes were all we hoped; lots of fresh blueberries inside and out with lemon zest and sauce drizzled over the top. I'm a black tea lover in the morning, and loved that they served hot water in a generous tea pot. Enough water to have three pours. Prices are mostly under $10 too. Yes, but... Up until today I had not had a mediocre meal here. Today was the exception. Omelet was what I call lazy. Pan cooked and let to sit, and filled items placed on coldish after. Folded over and slightly over cooked. I can't see myself ordering an omelet again. English muffin was not toasted enough. Potatoes were, well ok. Crepe was rubbery and technically too thick. Service was wonderful as always. Wonder if the kitchen is as stretched thin as the front of house staff. read more

I don't plan on returning to this locations in the future. The food was average not anything special. The prices were ok. The atmosphere was loud and noisy. The service was awful. The servers were rude and never once came back to the table to check on us after taking the order. The only time she returned to the table was to leave the check and then she just threw it on the table and walked away. The only options to pay are with a QR code or have the server take your credit card. I would have spoken to a manager but not sure that would have helped. read more

Easy to locate in Acworth off Mars Hill Rd. Plenty of free parking. You can dine in or out and to go is available. We were seated as soon as we entered with no wait. There is a drink menu on the tables with QR code to scan for the menu. Tim greeted us as soon as we sat down and said be right with us. We both got water. I decided to try the White Elephant Latte. Tim said good choice and I'd like it. Well, Tim was wrong...cause I loved it!! The yummy white chocolate and toffee flavor was delicious. Must try if you love a good Latte with some pretty darn good whip cream on top. Definitely would order that again. The food. Yes, cause that's why we weren't there. My son ordered the sweet cream pancakes with side of bacon. I went for The Kitchen sink. It was 2 eggs any style with a slice of bacon or a sausage link or you could get 2 of the same. I opted for two chicken sausage. It also came with potatoes or smoked gouda grits. I went for the potatoes. And last but not least add one pancake or a slice of french toast. I got the French toast. My son was in heaven with the pancakes. They looked so light and fluffy. Bacon was cooked perfectly. He definitely suggest you get some pancakes. My food was really good. The French toast was so good dusted w powdered sugar. I was little heavy w syrup. A mistake cause you don't need much. The potatoes were seasoned just right. My chicken sausage cooked perfectly along with my scrambled eggs. Tim checked on us several times to make sure we were good. Very attentive and friendly! All employees wore masks. So glad I finally went out! I have been hesitant to eat out let alone try new places during these COVID times. I have done a lot of take out but breakfast and brunch just isn't the same to-go. There are several locations of Reveille, and this one is near the post office I frequent. I often see people waiting outside so I figured it must be good! So on my birthday last week, my husband made me the leave the house and took our baby to have breakfast. I was super nervous but he said he already scoped it out and made sure they follow safety protocols. I was relieved to see that every other table was blocked off. They didn't mind us bringing in baby with stroller, and everyone had on masks. Everything seemed really clean and in order. The food was good. I was happy with my eggs but felt that it was missing a meat component. I asked for a side of chorizo and it was the perfect add-on for me. My husband enjoyed his corned beef hash although he wishes there was more corned beef. The Gouda grits were tasty and not overly cheesy, and the pancakes were great. The crepe was deserving of all of the stars! So yummy and perfect amount of everything. The wait time was a little over 20 minutes for us on a Saturday around noon. Our server greeted us nicely, and even fixed my order mistake when I changed my mind moments after giving him a different order- he still fixed it! Thank you! The turkey Dijon was very good, I got no cheese (personal choice). The only complaint was the Dijon vinaigrette was literally dripping out which had the bread so gooey. Other than that it was delicious as you can see by my picture after I ate it all. My boyfriend said the holidaise sauce tasted different on each one, and that two of them the bread part was very hard. But, nonetheless he still finished his plate. OMG!!!! I was truly surprised with this gem! I treated my Mom to brunch and this was one of my bookmarks. I was NOT disappointed. We waited roughly 20 minutes to be seated which wasn't bad at all. The coffees and lattes were fresh. I tried the White Elephant and my Mom had a Chai Latte. The OJ is freshly squeezed but the highlight of brunch was the Cinnamon Swirl pancakes...1st let me say I got my daughter 1 and ordered the stuffed French h toast foe myself...next time it's my own order of these pancakes! Served with a dollop of cream m cheese frosting with syrup on the side they were amazing! The stuffed French toast was really good served with fresh fruit and syrup you can't go wrong. My Mom had an omelet made with egg whites that came with toast and she was very happy. This is definitely a place to keep coming back to. read more
