We are new to Revel vet. Yesterday our French Mastiff (Chloe) had her first vist. We were impressed from the moment we walked in. Greeted by a very friendly woman with a great smile and very kind. We were then escorted to a room where we met the vet tech, Ismery. She was extremely nice. Got to know us some and of course got to know Chloe. We then met Dr. Sarah. She was super nice, actually got on the floor with Chloe for part of the examination and interaction with her. We absolutely LOVE this pace and will be bringing our other two mastiffs here! What I will also say and was very impressed with was we received a few hours later a summary of our visit with the Dr and vet tech we say, what was done, when blood work should be back in, etc. This right here is a great idea to send to customers to keep on hand. We were able to get into Revel last week to check out our new kitten Hoak who appeared to be abandoned by his mamma in our backyard. Dr. Liz and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They gave us the medication needed to treat his infection along with dewormer to help get him on the road to a healthy life. She recommended some food as well which he took to right away. read more

I've been using Revel Veterinary now for a couple years for my working K9 health and wellness care. This is as fine a non-surgical care facility I've found in my 30+ years of training and handling dogs. I've never been in when ANY of the staff is anything but excited to see us and ready to help make our experience efficient and friendly. This starts with the front desk staff and extends to all the techs and vets. Everyone has a role to play and they work together. The facility is clean, bright, and spacious. I've never really had to wait to get into an exam room around my appt times, but the waiting room is kinda divided in two, in case you have a reactive or anxious pet and you want some space. Probably self-selecting at a place like this, but all the staff really likes animals. They are doing a great job hiring the right people. Have never seen anyone just "mailing it in". What I really like is how well the techs and vets listen to the animal owners and engage in meaningful dialog to zero in on the pets health needs. The vets in particular are very knowledgeable about the latest treatments and local conditions (e.g., Giardia and Parvo). Have owned and trained working K9's for 30+ years, I'm able to always engage the vets about canine health beyond what a normal pet owner might be interested in. My last visit, we talked extensively about cruciate ligament health and vaccine titers. Solid understanding by the vet and she took the time to add significantly to my knowledge base. Unlike a lot of vets I've been to, treatment options here are fully developed and discussed including the option of continuing observation related to "do nothing", which many vets don't offer. The staff took my dog back and gave her a new splint. Dr. Liz was a breath of fresh air!! Down to earth and extremely honest. we have taken our pets to Revel Vet for a few years. on December 23rd one of our dogs had a stroke. I called to have her euthanized as she was failing quickly. They put me on hold and after 15 minutes I had to call back. They informed me they were extra busy and came across as it was an inconvenience. I said never mind I will find someone else to help me. i went to Arise Animal Hospital and they were amazing. I'm leaving Revel Vet. Never again. read more

I have had nothing but amazing experiences there. In fact I left another vet because they always quickly get me into a room and I never have to wait in a lobby. Waiting in a lobby with other dogs who may be visiting because they are ill is not always safe. I have never had to wait in a lobby and expose my pets to others, they always get me right in a room. They let my aspiring vet daughter learn to check the puppies heart rates and "help with the exams." I also like Revel vet because they get me in for an appointment quickly, and accommodate my needs. The send me vet records within minutes of asking. They always answer the phone and I'm never on hold for less than 30 seconds. Their customer service has been superb. They contact me next day after my visit to check on my dogs. They are the most friendly staff I have encountered in any of the medical offices I have been to here in a while. Before switching vets to Revel with Dr. Paige Magelky, I was watching my cats quality of life go down hill. He was losing weight, methimazole was causing him severe itchiness, and he was vomiting often. He seemed so sad and skinny. I tried everything I could. He developed a mass on his foot as well through this. He wasn't healthy enough to safely be vaccinated. I made the appointment with Revel to see if they could help him get healthy enough to get his vaccines. A few months later, not only has he gotten his vaccines, gained weight, hyperthyroidism is no longer present(referred and received i131 treatment), but his quality of life has increased so much. It's such a relief and exciting to see his health turn around. Dr.Paige pays attention to the details and tackles them with percussion. She's spent time not only explaining things to me, but talking to dermatologist and his oncologists to find the best path forward. The outcome of her dilligence is shown in how great his health is now. The tech Erika is amazing too. He has had so much bloodwork and she takes great care of him and even clips his nails if she notices one is too long and gives him plenty of head pets. This vet is truly a fear free practice. I'm so grateful for everyone here, for their knowledge, for their patience, the kindness. I don't think he would be doing so well if it wasn't for them. I couldn't recommend them enough. read more

While the medical staff expressed compassion and was generally accommodating, the administrative staff are atrocious. Not at all helpful, and got several things wrong, costing me time and money. One receptionist--not medical staff--offered to "go over" the test results with me, rather than connect me with the veterinarian. They lost my business and my recommendation. read more

The worst experience with VET I ever had!!! I brought my 2 dogs in for a first visit as we have always gone to Animal House VET in QC but since this one was a cross the street to my home thought I would give the a try. Worst experience ever. Let me explain BTW KODA was not being looked at on TONA Dr came in did the natural exam ( no issues here ) takes my dog out for x-ray's, blood work and the like. no problem. then a few moments later the tech comes in the exam room and says to me I need to leave the room as they need for other exams. I said I am about to pay 1200 dollars for all the procedural items that I agreed to and your kicking me out of the exam room? I don't understand So I complied, The receptionist tells me we have this great outside area you can take KODA while you wait for TONA to finish her exam. Cool Thank you a few minutes later a tech came out and said I cannot be there as its an employee only area and it makes the staff feel uncomfortable. Your A Vet office Really! So I paid tons of money to be told to sit in the parking lot waiting for my baby to be finished with her exams. DONT GO THERE!!!!! maybe the amount of testing they wanted to do was almost 2 hrs I get they may need the room but I paid for it. Imagine if your a MOM or Dad and they take your baby away and tell you to go sit outside? yeah right read more

Extremely expensive for an on par or average veterinary care experience at best. Customer service does not equate to the premium paid. There are definitely equivalent veterinary options in Queen Creek who offer much better customer service policies. After spending nearly $1500 in the last month for routine puppy care, I expected grace when we were 9 minutes late due to a traffic delay from a roll over accident along our way. Not the case... I gave them a fair chance, and even overpaid on four routine visits, because I too was lured in by the location and aesthetics. My advice would be to consider a more established practice in the area that appreciates loyal clients. This one seems to still be working out some kinks in their values. **Edited to add: our last appointment on 5/30 was at 9AM and we arrived at 8:48AM. I sent a photo of the puppy to my family at 9:21AM commenting that we were still waiting to be seen. I received the quote from the tech via email at 9:29 AM prior to treatment. Very quick visit. A previous appointment on 5/9 was at 2PM. We arrived at 1:54PM. At 2:19PM, we were still waiting to be seen. I received the invoice from the tech (again, they send this prior to treatment) at 2:38PM. But I'm not petty and reasonable....so we waited patiently with understanding. The response from the Business Manager on the importance of punctuality is apparently only a one sided expectation, without consideration for a client's time. read more

The best Vet practice I have ever been to. And very affordable! Treating your pets with as much kindness and compassion as you do shows how much they care about animals. Unfortunately my dog was very sick as he got older. They guided me through the difficult process of taking care of him and making him comfortable as well as giving me all the information to make the best call for him. I had to put my sister's dog down and it was so SAD. The staff was so compassionate and caring. They actually spent 2 hours with us talking us through the difficult decision. Dr. Kimberly Draper was our vet at Revel. She is fairly new at Revel but is a seasoned mature experienced veterinarian!!!!!!! I had my dog treated by her at her previous place of employment and absolutely loved her. I have followed her to Revel and I will always trust my dogs care to her. She got my dog through a very bad case of pancreatitis and was always there for us. I would also like to say the new REVEL vet practice is state of the art! Very clean and well equipped. As a retired health care person this is extremely important to me for my precious pet!! I cannot say enough about the veterinary practice and particularly Dr. Draper. THE BEST!!! read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND REVEL VET CLINIC. DO NOT GO HERE.! NONE OF THEIR STAFF ARE FEAR FREE CERTIFIED AS THEY PROMOTE! What comes out of their mouth is not true. They will tell you one thing then change it. Their skill level needs more experience and they need to learn more compassion toward pets, maybe this is why they lost staff because they don't know how to run a Veterinary Clinic.
