Granted the car is 14 years old, but I offered to send over a piece of the damaged fender so they could color match, but they declined, saying they get the color right almost all the time. First off I want to say, I am glad to go out of my way to give ReveMoto a review. I ordered a paint matched front bumper cover for a 2014 Ford Mustang. The color was Sterling Gray Metallic which is a color with a lot of metal flake and is a color that is very hard to match perfectly without seeing the entire car. I knew I was taking a chance ordering it but I did it anyway as it was a good price with free shipping. After I waited the allotted time for a bumper cover I received the item and it was a lot lighter than the rest of the car and was 100% noticeable. Since I was on a small timeline to have the car put back together, I had no option but to take the bumper to a local shop and have it repainted. I gave ReveMoto a call and their claims department was gone for the day so I left a message for the receptionist and she gave me an email to submit my claim to. ReveMoto contacted me the following Monday and told me that they would be more than happy to refund me for the inconvenience. I got them an invoice from the body shop that repainted the bumper cover and after submitting it to them, they refunded me the full price of $450 for painting the item. In the end, I just paid for the price of the unpainted item from them. While it was a little bit of an inconvenience to have it repainted, ReveMoto made things right and I cannot commend them enough for being so nice and willing to help me out! read more

On April 20th, 2021, I ordered the 2001 Ford Mustang Hood Painted with the Cobra Package. The OEM part number on the website was XR3Z16612BA, which I verified was indeed the Cobra hood. At this point you start receiving automated emails with order updates and instructions. I felt comfortable as they seemed very concerned about customer satisfaction. On May 24th my hood was "delivered" by R&L Carriers, and that's when the fun began. The driver drug the box across the street and up my driveway, while his "helper" watched. He leaned it up against the house and was leaving when I opened the garage door. The box was trashed, so I asked about potential damage. He then proceeded to rip open the box and try to remove the hood. One of the corner protectors fell off and he was about to drag it onto the concrete when I stopped him. He then turned and left. No paperwork, just a pile of debris in my driveway. That guy couldn't have cared less. I informed Revemoto of this and received an email with an apology and that the issue had been escalated to management. When installing the hood, I discovered that my Cobra Hood Scoop Assembly didn't fit. At this point it was obvious that it was not a Cobra hood, but the hood for an 03-04 Mustang V6. I again contacted Revemoto and was asked to supply a picture of the hood. I also sent a picture of a 2001 Cobra hood that was on Ebay for comparison. The response was a condescending lecture on what NOS means, and how aftermarket parts are different. I was also told that it's up to me to install the parts from my old hood, which is the problem. All subsequent emails were now pushbacks, like asking for my VIN. Very exasperating, but I was never given a resolution. After concisely stating the issue and no response, I found the Hood Scoop Assembly for the 03-04 V6 Mustang on American Muscle for $132. When I shared this with the "Claims Manager" (email sig lists multiple positions), he/she offered to SELL ME that part for $109, and throw in a 20% discount to boot! Now I'm just the guy who was sold a Cobra hood that's not a Cobra hood, and has a Cobra with a V6 hood. And I got the privilege of paying over $900, plus parts. read more

I ordered a new front bumper for my Toyota 86 in Pearl White K1X from Revemoto. The ordering process was easy and the customer service was great. The representative advised me that the paint matching would have a better outcome if I can send some samples sent in. I sent them samples and was highly convinced this was going to turn out great! A few weeks go by and the bumper was ready for delivery. Setting up the delivery with the freight company was easy and they communicated down to the minute of when they would arrive. The box was a little damaged but the bumper was completely fine with all the packaging they used. Long story short, I put the bumper right up to my car and could immediately tell there was a difference in the paint. The new bumper has a bright white Pearl, the color on my car is more of a cream white Pearl. I thought it was weird since I sent two samples of my car paint to them (Fender Garnishes). I called customer service the same day and was advised to file a claim. I filed the claim the same day, I have not heard much from the claims department since and I have called almost everyday trying to get ahold of someone and it goes straight to voicemail. It is frustrating since I have this bumper sitting in my garage taking up space without hearing any outcome on the situation & for $1200 I would expect a bit more post-sale customer service. He made sure to do a walk around my car to show me what work was done and to make sure I was happy with the repairs. They even cleaned both the inside and outside of my car! My wife backed into a dumpster and fouled up our bumper pretty badly. I went online looking for a replacement and was seeing some slightly cheaper options online, but reviews for those sites seemed like communication/service was not really up to par. So I went with Revmoto due to the reviews saying that it was a very personable company. Definitely true! After purchase I was contacted directly by them confirming the paint info for my bumper and telling me more about the shipping process. I actually ended up needing to go out of town after submitting the order, and Revmoto graciously held off on shipping my bumper until I had returned. When I did get the shipment, it was packaged extremely well (taking me several rounds of recycling pickup to get rid of all the paper and bubble wrap!) and the bumper was the perfect fit and color. My Ram truck bumper was a dented and dinged and I wanted to replace it with an aftermarket steel bumper. While shopping for that new bumper, I came across the website for Revemoto. At Revemoto, I could order an OEM bumper and have it painted to match the factory paint code. This is the way the truck came from the factory. I was certainly interested in keeping it as it was from the factory, but was unsure about the Revemoto company, their ability to do what they claimed they could do and if I would regret not buying the steel custom bumper. I read reviews like this one and found that there were many satisfied customers who sent photos of their repaired cars and trucks. That, and the cost of the paint match bumper from Revemoto was just about half the price of the custom bumper I was considering. I contacted Revemoto with what I wanted. They were quick to assist me in making sure I knew what I needed for my truck with VIN numbers and paint codes and the color matching OEM bumper was ordered. It took four weeks to get my bumper. Over that time, I received several e-mails from Revemoto that kept me aware of the progress of the work and finally a delivery date. I received the bumper nicely packaged to keep the bumper safe and it was perfect. Colormatched, unblemished and an exact replacement for my original bumper that has front parking sensors and foglights. Everything went well with installation as I had watched their videos that made my installing the bumper that much easier. Waited 28 days for a paper thin fender to show up. When it finally came is was 2 shaded darker than the rest of my truck needless to say how that looks... As for the part its self it is so thin that it creased while just bolting it on!!! I can see where it bolts on that there is NO PRIMER and only 1 very thin coat of paint! DONT BUY FROM HERE!! Scrap yards are a better bet for a decent part. read more

I did quite a bit of research both on this company and many others before deciding to go with ReveMoto to replace a front panel on my nearly new GMC. The process wasn't short, it took about a month to receive the part, but I was so happy with the color match and the way that piece was securely packed, that I wasn't even upset that it took so long. However, after a thorough inspection, it became clear that the part was damaged post painting, but pre shipping(as the packaging was pristine). A small but important corner of the piece was bent back and there is a paint chip about the size of a quarter. I immediately contacted them, they submitted a claim to their insurance, and when it was denied, they basically let me know that I was SOL. I'm not stuck with a damaged part, and I'll have to pay a significant amount to get it fixed locally, almost the same amount I originally paid for the part. I would have been better off going through my insurance, at least I know that they act professionally when a problem arises. Please do not do business with this company. read more

I needed a painted hood for my Grand Cherokee. At $600 for a new hood I thought Revemoto would be a good choice. Many many many weeks later(maybe one week was hurricane impact), I received the hood. It was very heavy. I took it to my Jeep specialist who advised it was heavy because it was steel and not like the original aluminum OEM hood. It was way too heavy for the hood struts so they had to fabricate new strut connections and put in beefier struts. It cost $500 to fit it this Revemoto hood, which should have been something I could have done. In retrospect I should have purchased a used OEM hood online as that would have been an easy fit and the cost of that was only $500 on line plus I could have had it in 3 to 5 days. Chances are that if your original OEM hood was a steel hood this would be ok. But the website says easy install..and that was a total joke in this case. Revemoto offered no refund. read more

Not bad. It took a little while, but the rear bumper I ordered matches color perfectly. The paint job is very good. It's an aftermarket part so it has to be muscled into the right position, and there are a few imperfections in the plastic but that's par for the course. Not bad for $400. read more

First off let me start by saying that their customer service is quite good and responsive and the final product is acceptable however don't begin to believe that you will get results equal to having a professional body shop repair your car. My experience involved getting a fender replaced on a 2012 VW CC. They had me send in a 6"x6" sample of my fender to guarantee a perfect match. Once they received my sample it took about a week and a half to have the fender back to me painted and ready to install. First issue is that the paint was not an exact match as my white CC had a slightly darker shade of white than the flat bright white one they sent me, but that wasn't the biggest issue as I did not expect a perfect match. The real problem lies with the quality of the actual part. There are some alignment and mounting holes for a mount to be attached to the fender where the bumper cover meets the fender, and unfortunately the alignment holes were not in the correct place and the mounting holes were too large for the stock hardware, making the fender most definitely not a direct fit. Fortunately I was able to make due with some nuts and bolts from my local hardware store and I simply cut off the alignment tabs from the stock mount. All in all the car doesn't look too bad however due to the cheap aftermarket fender, the install had a few hiccups that do show up slightly in the finished product. I did email them about my problem, but all I got was a canned response letting me know they would let their parts dept know of the quality issues instead of giving me a bit of compensation given I had to modify a few things in order for the fender to look close to being proper. In the end, would I recommend them? Yes and no. If you have some mechanical skills and don't expect the job to turn out perfect then yes, however if your looking to get that body shop quality repair job and don't have a fair amount of mechanical skills than save yourself the hassle and pay a professional. read more
