Like everyone else, I was worried about ordering a pre-painted part without them having the car there for a paint reference. But I took a chance and even though I chose not to send in a part for paint matching, it all worked out! I side swiped my own car while backing up a trailer and decided to do the repairs myself instead of going through insurance. Not only did I damage the top bumper cover, but I broke the lower diffuser as well. I had to contact Revemoto directly since they didn't have the diffuser on their site, but I gave them the part number that matched the options on my car and they sent me a quote for both parts. Their communication was top notch too. They confirmed multiple times that I had the correct OEM part numbers and when I asked for two paint colors, they confirmed again that's what I needed. After that, they called me to do one upsell which was the expedited service, but I declined since I placed the order on December 1st and knew I would be out of town for Christmas and I wasn't in a rush to get them back anyway. It was delivered via their private courier service since apparently I'm in an area where that's supported and the driver dropped off both parts on my front porch. Everything was wrapped excessively well and arrived with no damages save for two sharp corners that had poked through the foam wrap and suffered a couple of paint scrapes. I happened to have the OEM GM paint touchup pen so I was able to fix this issue myself and you can't tell now. Because I ordered OEM, the parts were exact matches and all the hardware I had to move over like parking sensors, crash sensors, reflectors, etc. all fit perfectly. Once back on the car, I was finally able to see that the paint color matched perfectly. All in all, I'm going to have to order from them again since the previous owner of my car drilled holes in the front bumper for a license plate instead of getting the proper plate holder, but I'm going to hold off for their next sale pricing. Lastly, for anyone wondering, I ordered my parts on December 1st and received them on February 14th, so they took just over 2 months for the standard service. read more

The item still took 15 days just to ship. When tracked, it was sent via basic USPS Ground, not express. When I demanded a refund, customer service claimed the "$100 Shipping Expedited Processing" fee was just an internal fee to "cut the line" in their warehouse, not for actual fast shipping. Ordered a fender flare for a 2023 Ram 1500 painted PXB. It showed up with foam marks in the clear coat likely from shipping before fully cured. Contact the company they try to send me a buffing kit. Seriously? no, you're supposed to send me a ready to install part. That's your shtick. So i send it back, they send me back a poorly wetsanded part with dust all over it. Ok I clean it up, and low and behold. 75% of this thing sitll has packing foam marks all over it. Do NOT waste your time/money. read more

I'm very impressed with what this company does, they will paint your part and ship it to you directly home. Although it took more than a month it's a fair amount of time considering I ordered a bumper. I finally got my bumper after waiting for more than a month ( I live in Colorado). Initially the paint color seemed to match, until I took it to the shop to get it installed, there the shop showed me that it wasn't a color match, this was a nightmare for me because I don't want to wait another month to have Revemoto color match and potentially still not match! So I told the shop to go ahead and color match it and I was expecting to suffer the loss.... HOWEVER! Revemoto emailed me asking how they did, and to review them, I sent them an email letting them know that the color did not match and I was going to pay the bodyshop to color match my part. What revemoto did was have me file a claim with them online, very easy and simple to fill out. What they did after it was approved they paid the estimate the bodyshop gave me for the paint job. This all happened in 2 days. So I suffered no losses and now my car is complete again and I would 100% use Revemoto again because you cannot beat their price and their customer service! They were great until my product arrived and the paint didn't match. I notified them of the paint not matching the next day. They asked for pics which I sent, pulled my car out of the garage in the sun and took a pic of the mirror next to the mirror that wasn't broken and next to one of the doors (but hard to see the color not matching). Then they didn't offer to replace the item. I told them I wanted to return it. That's when the hassle started. First they said they would not allow me to return my item where the color didn't match. Then they said they would let me return it with a restocking fee. I called BS on that. I could understand if I gave them the wrong paint code, but I didn't. I even sent them a pick of the paint code showing the same as what I ordered. Eventually they said they would let me return the item but I'd have to pay to ship it back to them, which I did. Then they hit me with about a 50% restocking fee. I don't understand why a company would charge a restocking fee when the paint didn't match. I wound up buying the item from a junkyard used of course for more than I paid for their new one. They make me feel like I returned the mirror for no reason. read more

I ordered Toyota 4runner hood to replace my dented hood. I found Revemoto after getting a quote from a local body shop, who quoted $800 just to paint the hood (with the hood supplied by me). Revemoto's price (including both the hood, the painting, and the free shipping) was only a little above that, so it was a no brainer for me. The hood arrived last week, I was impressed with the paint quality and the care they took to make sure the hood won't get damaged during shipping. The hood wasn't OEM, but it was a high quality replacement -- I would say exact match from my original hood. There was one chip in the paint at a sharp corner, otherwise the paint was perfect and matched my OEM paint very well. The hood was arrived in a huge box with lots of padding, inside the outer box, there was a custom box for the hood itself.
