I've visited Little Ricky's a few times now and have always had a great time! Located in the perfect spot in Blackstone, the rooftop is a great spot to relax and people watch the street below! The entrance is up a few stairs, hidden behind a corner just off the main street through Blackstone. Inside, it's darker with pretty chandeliers. Outside, the rooftop is fun for nice days. Earlier in the night, there's a more relaxed feel and plenty of seating available. Later at night, it definitely gets busy and louder, so you should definitely plan your visit based on which kind of vibe you're looking for! The bartenders have always been super friendly and even when crowded, have been efficient making drinks. They have a menu on the wall of their specialty cocktails, and I love the Jessie's Girl. With the cucumber, it's super refreshing and perfect for the summer. They have a slushy (a mango margarita I believe), which was super sweet and a bit cough syrup-y. I luckily did not order one and just tried it from someone, but I don't like sweet drinks like that and probably wouldn't order it again myself. Best location in Blackstone, bar none. Located on top of a building, you get fantastic views of Farnam, with people watching in spades. There's a lovely inside space with a wide selection of spirits, but the real reason to come is this rooftop bar. However, everything about this bar screams "craft cocktails" except the actual cocktails. Who puts a red plastic straw in an old fashioned other than Applebee's? I wanted to rush behind the bar and help my bartender. There no reason to put as more simple syrup in an old fashioned than a liter of 7-up. Please, please don't just throw all the alcohol in a glass with some ice... unless you're making Long Island iced tea. And a boulevardier should be enhanced by the Campari, not destroyed by it. Blackstone still has no great craft cocktails, but order a beer and enjoy the view. read more

I love this spot! I love the rooftop, it is heated during cooler weather and open during warm weather. It's in the middle of blackstone which is a perfect location! It's the only rooftop in the area as well. I love the coconut pineapple mojito! It's fresh and sweet(without being too sweet) and perfect for summer! I also love that it has fresh mint as well. Perfect ambience. Very few bars hit the bullseye in that regard. Very hospitable and attentive bartenders. Always great service whether a Sunday afternoon or a packed Saturday night. Note- on busy nights, it's very popular with young Omaha natives. Probably not your social scene if you're in your mid-30s. On a weeknight though, bring a group of friends and have a great time even if you're not in your 20s. Plenty of space for 6 or more friends to hang out. Bar staff and bouncers have historically done a great job of dealing with any unruly or just overly drunk people. Never seen any problems here. read more

My favorite bar to hit up in Blackstone. Though opening during covid times, they've done a good job at being able to keep the peace (and sanity) of the good ole Omaha folks. Theresa, one of the bartenders, is very welcoming and takes the time to find drinks that people would want to drink. They have drink specials depending on the night and 6-7 different beers on tap. My go to? White Russians! Only thing I would change- bring back Cider Boys on tap! They switched it with ShinerBock a few months back and things just haven't been the same :( Overall, would recommend if you're looking for a fun and new bar in Omaha! read more

Friendly staff, nice cocktails and if you haven't heard the serve the best cocktail in the world...the Boulevardier! Decor is amazing, love the lights! Unfortunately this was an all around bad experience. From the long wait for a drink to the overly aggressive security this place is not it. The bartenders acted annoyed when we greeted them with smiles. We witnessed a security guard putting his hands on women while "escorting" them out. His name was Quinn and as we were leaving there was a group of women calling authorities and stating that he had put hands on them. We witnessed him being overly aggressive. All around this was a bad experience and we will not recommend. read more

Beware of FRAUD! Two weekends ago, I visited this bar and ordered a vodka soda. After running my card and closing the tab, the bar tender handed me my card back without giving me a receipt to sign; the whole encounter was just awkward. The next morning, I looked at my bank account and noticed that ~$7 had been charged... no problem! However, after the tip was "included" and the charge was cleared, I was charged over $22 for one drink without ever writing in a tip or signing the receipt. The bartenders obviously think this is a good way to improve their tips at the end of the night. I will NOT be recommending this place to my friends. read more

After a few days I found out I had been double charged, as well as two of my friends. Additionally, one friend had one of the bartenders add an additional 15$ tip onto her 7$ ticket.
