    I am very skeptical about where I do my IV hydration. I found them through my friend. So I choose the Bombshell IV. And It was the best decision that I got. Mostly I was doing cleansing for three days at that time. So that it will boost my energy. I feel good after doing my hydration. Thank Revival hydration. Very convenient that they go to the house and I don't need to travel so far. Thank you to my friend Nicolle who gave me a referral, and mostly nurse DM is very friendly and lovely in providing us an IV service.

    I love this place! They come to you with incredible customer service. Super professional and safe. The immunity IVs really make a difference for my adventurous and intense lifestyle. Highly recommend to stay healthy and well with a go go go life!

    So awesome! This IV saved my life this morning FOR REAL. They came to my house within 2 hours of calling. Set up was super efficient she found my vein pretty quick and started the fluids immediately plus gave me extra vitamins and meds for hangover. The IV went very fast too it was maybe 15 mins tops for a huge IV hydration bag, They are friendly and so convenient in my own house I didn't even leave my couch. 100% will be using them again. I often need extra fluids and vitamins after bariatric surgery so I'm glad I can have this now in my house. Same cost as going to an IV clinic too.

During our consultation she was pretty much trying to "judge" whats wrong with my skin/face and wanted to upsell facials and other treatments. She was very pushy and I didnt feel comfortable continuing anymore since I felt like I wasnt being heard and she said "you cannot start the treatments without committing to facials" despite explaining that I have an actual derm I see regularly. The whole interaction just felt very uncomfortable knowing that this lady whos not a medical professional is giving medical advice?? I have gone to other medspas and I am a nurse myself so I see what she was doing. Super weird interaction, she seemed like a sales person just wanting to get commission badly..

Based on many of the positive reviews, I'm sure they provide good IV therapy. My review is solely about my customer service experience during the intake process, which ultimately led me to choose another provider. On Wednesday evening, my husband was feeling ill, and I decided to try mobile IV therapy for the first time. I completed the online intake forms, which included many questions about his medical history, medications, and other health information. Since my husband was asleep, I answered everything as accurately as I could but wasn't able to confirm every detail. After submitting the forms, I received an email that said: "Thank you for booking with Rev(IV)al Hydration. We have received your appointment request. Our team of medical professionals will review your submission and text you shortly to confirm availability and provide you an estimated time of arrival." Because the email said I would receive a text "shortly," I expected to hear from someone that evening. When I didn't, I assumed it was because it was after business hours and that I would receive a text first thing the next morning. By 9:30 a.m. the next morning, however, I still had not received a text, email, or phone call. Since my husband was depending on these services, I called the company to check on the status of our request. The representative explained that they don't send texts after hours, which I completely understand. However, I think it would be very helpful if that information were clearly stated on the website or in the confirmation email so customers know what to expect. He also told me that my intake form was incomplete. Again, I understood that could happen. What I didn't understand was why no one contacted me to let me know additional information was needed. During our conversation, when he learned that my husband is 75 years old, he commented that they don't usually take clients that age because it can be more difficult to start an IV. That statement surprised me because my husband has never had difficulty with IVs or blood draws, and it left me feeling that older adults might not be welcomed as readily as younger clients. Between the lack of communication about my appointment, not being notified that the intake information was incomplete, and my concerns about how my husband's age was discussed, I decided to use another mobile IV service instead. That company communicated promptly, made the scheduling process simple, and was happy to assist my husband. I hope this feedback is helpful. My experience may not reflect the quality of the services or care itself, but good communication before an appointment is just as important, especially when someone is seeking care because they are not feeling well. I also hope the company considers improving its communication during the intake process. A simple text, email, or phone call to let prospective clients know that additional information is needed--or that requests submitted after hours won't be reviewed until the next business day--would have made a significant difference in my experience.

Their treatments (supplements and IV) along with conventional treatment (surgery) helped me recover faster, likely combined with a whole food vegan diet (my protocol). They are a great team to have on your side during a cancer journey. Dr. Connie also helped me in 2003 with my severe pollen allergies (I was allergic to all flowers, grasses and trees). In short, after 7 years of allergy shots, daily prescription pill and steroid nasal spray, the manufacturer of the pill discontinued it. I tried a few other Rx pills that caused insomnia, headaches and acne. A friend suggested I try Dr. Connie. She gave me a couple of supplements and informed me of a diet change, basically low glycemic. Amazingly, as a result, I have been cured since of my year round pollen allergies. The bonus was my exercise induced asthma also disappeared. A few years into the diet change, I tried high intensity exercise without using my inhaler. I have not used an inhaler since then. I will continue using Dr. Connie as my primary doctor. I will continue with maintenance IV vitamin C therapy with Dr. Marcel to keep cancer from returning.
