Always love going to Creative Nails. Emily has been doing my nails for over a year and I always love my dip manis/gel pedis. Every now and then, we'll do a design, and they turn out super cute.

This was my first time at creative nails. I didn't have a reservation and walked in to get a full set and a pedicure and they were so nice and got me in a chair within 10 minutes. Tracy did my set and I was so blown away by her! She checked with me every step of the way to make sure I liked the design and was so nice. I'm obsessed with my nails! Thank you so much Tracy! Then Emily did my pedicure and did a wonderful job! It was so relaxing and I love soft my legs and feet felt at the end! Best experience at a nail salon, will 100% be going back!

My first experience here wasn't great but after my original review, the owner called to apologize and asked me to come back in to redo the manicure. He and the lady that did my nails the second time were so kind and attentive. I actually felt like kind of a jerk for my first review but I had such a bad day that day that started with a terrible haircut at another business and I think I was too hard on them. Lee and Tracy went out of their way to make it right and the manicure that Tracy gave me was absolutely incredible. I can't stop looking at it because she did such a great job and I've had 2 strangers compliment me on it and wanted to know where I got it done. One even asked if it was gel because it was so nice but it was just polish. The other thing I wanted to mention is that my second time in the salon, there were a lot of return customers and the techs and customers seemed like long time friends. One gentleman in the waiting area even said to me "don't you just love this place, they really are the best". I felt humbled by the experience and wish I would have called before leaving a bad review because they went out of their way to make it right. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Lee and Tracy for making me feel so welcomed and for teaching me a better way to handle things. I'll be seeing you again soon!

I have been coming here for years. I love everyone who works here. They are all so kind and treat me like family. They do a fantastic job with a relaxing atmosphere. My nail designer was Hanson. He shaped my nails beautifully and did an AMAZING job. I told him I wanted Halloween Disney theme since I'm going there later this week. I let him take creative liberty with one ask of a Mickey ghost & at least one Mickey Candy Corn. & he absolutely killed it! *AMAZING JOB!!!* I chose the shape/ length of nail and told him to do every nail different. I got a free orange juice (they do serve mimosas and other alcoholic/ non- alcoholic drinks as well. One drink for free of your choosing) I did get a pedicure as well. I did take off a star only because the nails were cut shorter than I personally like. But I also could've let him know prior to the consultation to keep them on the longer side. Overall, Hanson gave incredible attention to detail on both my pedicure and manicure and I highly recommend him! I will absolutely be returning. read more

Went in with my family for manicures. Made an appointment and there was one other person in the salon. They raced through, the shellac started coming off 3 days later. Also up charged on something that they offered without saying there was an extra charge. Then when it came to paying they said they would take the up charge off. But, still charged my dads card the full amount. I feel that they take advantage of the elderly. Also, when getting an eyebrow wax, the gal asked if I wanted my lip waxed. I said "no" and she kept saying I needed it. When I told I do my own at home. She ignored me and started to wax my lip!! It startled me and I asked for her to get it off. She said you wanted it. I think no means no. read more

Unethical and no sanitation in place . Staff has warts on hands and doesn't wear gloves , uses same file on clients , doesn't sanitize tools. Tries to charge for services they don't tell you cost more like cutting cuticle or nails shape. read more

I cannot recommend Creative Nails more!! I love getting my nails done here. Quality work, reasonable prices, calm atmosphere/vibe, and everyone is so kind. It's a great place to relax. It can be so hard finding an amazing nail salon that consistently does an awesome job! And am so grateful to have found Creative Nails! Evonne and Emily are amazing, as is the whole staff! So kind, skilled and detail oriented. Which is what you want from a nail salon. There is a great selection to choose from . The salon is clean and the vibe is relaxed and positive. Everyone who works here seems to always go above and beyond for all of their clients . So happy to have found my new go to spot. read more

I loved my pedicure here! We walked in and we're seen right away. Everyone is so kind and accommodating! Tracie is so sweet and I they even made me a complimentary Thai tea. They provide high quality service in a clean and calm environment. Their pedicures are especially wonderful, and my husband joins me for them regularly. Rude, pushy and expensive. I've came here many times over the past years and each time I've left a bit uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Do you want an exact design? They will tell you what they did looks better! Shape can be iffy often with them and yes the nails last, but when you're being disrespected in the process it's not worth it!! Not to mention for the first set, I was charged $80. And for a fill on it , $60. I broke a nail and she told me "It's not my fault it's yours" and definitely made me really uncomfortable for accidentally breaking a nail. My boyfriend and I were looking at eachother in shock! I went to get it fixed and it doesn't even match the rest. Ugh... Next!!! read more

I've been going to Emily at Creative Nails for three years. She is kind, caring, super professional and does an amazing job on my nails. She's done dip on my nails every two to three weeks for all three of the years I've been going and I've NEVER been disappointed. It's a relaxing environment and all of the people who work there are incredible. My daughter goes to Tracy and my mom goes to Lindsey. Amy has also done our nails on occasion. Every single one of them does a fantastic job. After every appointment, I've had people ask where I get my nails done and how nice they look. I highly recommend Creative Nails! read more

I love it here, they are so kind and they don't rush through their service. They take their time and make sure you are comfortable through your entire service. Staffs are friendly, the nails I request they turn out similar to what I ask for. They have drink accommodations which I think is wonderful. I gave it a 4, because when my husband and I went to get a pedicure, I believe one of the ladies were new. She scratched his foot I think and it bled a bit. But they apologized and took care of it. Overall, it's a decent place to get your nails done. read more

I absolutely love Tracy at creative nails!! I've have been to plenty of nail shops & finally gave in & came here with my sister & will never go anywhere else!! Tracy does an amazing job with my nails! She broke me out of my boring shell & gives me designs that I love but still fit me!! She's awesome! Tracy at creative nails is absolutely fantastic! She was so kind and really nice to talk to. I just moved here and can easily say that I will be coming here regularly. She was able to replicate the design I wanted perfectly and did it in a reasonable time frame. I absolutely love my nails and they were reasonably priced. It was a very small cut, so I didn't make a big deal out of it and let him continue. A few minutes later, while filing another nail, it burned so badly that my eyes watered. I even said, "Ouch! Maybe my nails are just sensitive today." Despite that experience, the customer service that day was kind, so I left thinking maybe it was just an off day. When my friend suggested we come back this past Saturday, I was hesitant but decided to give the salon another chance. I spent $150 on my nails because my daughter's birthday party is next Saturday, and I wanted to get them done early so I wouldn't have to worry about them during the busy week. We left for Seattle after my appointment and returned Monday. By Sunday--less than 24 hours later--my nails had already started chipping. I went back to the salon to have them look at the issue. Instead of acknowledging that something might have gone wrong, the first thing I was told was that "this gel doesn't last long." I asked, "Less than 24 hours?" I was then asked if I had been cooking a lot for my daughter's party. I explained that the party wasn't for another six days, so that wasn't the cause. During the conversation, the customer service representative rolled her eyes at me, which made the experience even more disappointing. My issue isn't the money. It's the lack of customer service and accountability. Sometimes products fail or mistakes happen--that's understandable. What matters is how a business responds. I ended up going to my regular nail salon, and the difference was night and day. As soon as I walked in, they asked, "Oh no, did we do this?" When I explained what had happened, they fixed my nails with care, kindness, and without making me feel like I had done something wrong. I believe good customer service is about listening to your customers and standing behind your work. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here, and because of that, my friend my daughter and I, won't be returning. My friends nail was also damaged and her finger nicked at this appointment but I will let her write her own review. UPDATE: THanks for the response again this confirms that they are blaming the client and lying. No apology about how I was treated. Your response speaks volumes. If you did stand to your 7 day policy I would have been treated differently from the start and this review would never have happened. Not the clients fault that you use cheap material.

They have several different options to choose from at different price points but they are all very reasonable, especially for the service you get! I used to think the jelly pedicure sounded silly but I suddenly felt drawn to it and I'm glad I gave it a try because it is soooo good! The powder dissolves in water and as you stir your feet around it turns into this thick, warm gel that is really satisfying. I was so disappointed when it was time to drain. Again, I don't do anything fancy on my nails, but the paint job is always consistent. The massages are generous, the chairs are comfortable, they offer complementary beverages (including alcohol, if that's your thing), and the staff are very sweet. It's a modern and upscale looking salon that is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and in a convenient location. I will keep going back! I came in on September 24th, 2025 specifically asking for an all over brown color over my blonde highlights. I showed an inspiration pic of a darker brown than my original root grow out with a tinge of red glaze shining through over the top of the hair. After 4 hours of filling my hair with a red, washing, drying, applying permanent color, waiting, washing, drying again. I came out RED. Yes, dark Merlot red. That is not what I asked for. I called as soon as I got home, seeing how it's not what I asked for and in the sun I am shining red, they told me the soonest date to fix it was a week out. I couldn't wait that long so I messaged a professional hair stylist and she told me to ask what they used on my hair to understand how to go about fixing my hair. I proceeded to call elite again and on the call the instructor told me they don't give out the formulas but they can get me in sooner to "fix" my hair free of charge and that it will be much quicker than yesterday after I voiced my concern about being home quickly because I have a child. I said okay and the next morning on September 25th I was at Elite to fix it. I arrive at 9:30 in the morning and speak with the instructor at Elite and the student who did my hair. They explain to me that everyone's hair takes things differently, explain the science behind it, etc and I told them I understand. The instructor told me she sees how's it's red and that she wasn't able to check in at the end of the service that day because she was out of office on an errand. I show the photo of my inspiration again and I ask "is it going to be still red after, will it be brown and not too dark?" I am told it will still be slightly red but it will definitely be a brown. Instructor told me I will be the same level that I was at and they would just be "neutralizing" the red. (I understand the red will still be in there, it wasn't a problem). The professional hair stylist I was speaking with messaged me to say "If they use a color remover on you & deposit a gloss to neutralize you i think it will be totally fine. Just make sure they dont just apply another color on top of that unless you dont mind being darker." Understanding this, I asked the elite instructor why can't we remove some red and then add color brown. Elite Instructor told me that they cannot remove the red since it's permanent. I asked repeatedly if it will be a brown and not black. I was again, REASSURED it would be the same level, and I'll just "feel" darker but that it would be brown how I wanted. After the 30 minute consult, the student starts applying 5N to my hair at 10am. After 3.5 HOURS of waiting, washing, and drying... my hair is now BLACK. Not brown, not a dark brown, literally pure black with red undertone.... It is NOT what I asked for and I was told nothing can be done about it that day, that I have to wait 2 weeks at least to reverse the color by BLEACHING if I wanted the BROWN I INITIALLY came in for. I'm told repeatedly by the student that she doesn't see black but a "dark rich chocolate brown". I'm not going to be gaslit into thinking my BLACK hair is brown. Learn the difference if you're working in a hair business. There was no sorry at all for ruining my hair and all the time wasted. I want a refund AND I urge everyone to just find a PROFESSIONAL to do it for you instead of wasting time and tears at this "Elite beauty school".

After being black mailed by my girl friend into going, I quickly realized she did the black mailing for my own good. From the knee cap down there is a tingle. My feet, legs and toes have never been happier with me. The ladies who helped us were amazing. Very friendly and kind. They could tell I was out of my element and offered explanations for things that were confusing. There were also refreshments which were delightful. Look. All in all. My whole opinion is changed and I completely Understand why people have this done. I cannot help but feel that the business it's self is responsible for my amazing experience. Lesson here? I hadn't been to a mail salon in a long time, prior to visiting Creative nails. I went through three different places looking for my spot and I have finally found it! I have a lot of anxiety so usually I feel really weird being inside a salon, but the great thing about creative nails is that the employees make you feel super comfortable and they even offer you a beverage of your choice! My Mom, Grammi and I have been coming here for almost 3 years now! Their service is always consistent and beautiful! All the nail techs are amazing and so friendly! I usually see Tracy but all the ladies do a great job. I get long acrylics and my mom and GrammI get dip powder. Their salon is so clean and comfortable and you always get a complimentary drink!!
