Justin came out today and fixed our circuit breakers. Two of them went out yesterday and one wouldn't flip back on, leaving two of our bedrooms without power. He responded to my texts super quickly and was at the house within an hour. There was no AI nonsense trying to get a hold of a real person and I appreciate that. He replaced one breaker right away, then ran to the store to get the correct part for the second one and replaced that too. Before swapping anything, he properly diagnosed the issue, checked the entire panel for other problems, and even temporarily moved the bedroom circuit to a different breaker to confirm it was the switch itself and not a wiring problem.
