Been coming here for years-Mario gives a great massage, the vibe is calming and staff is generally nice. However be aware that even though they ask you to cancel your appointment if you're not feeling well, they will still charge you the full amount of your session unless you cancel 24 hrs in advance, something to be aware of if you have a sudden onset of an illness like gastro distress from food you may have just eaten, for example. No consideration is given whatsoever for your loyalty or patronage over the years. I like to support local businesses but will be looking elsewhere for massage services. read more

The machines used here are top-notch, and I have always received the results discussed during the consultation. I was excited they provide Cosmetic Botox appointments when my boyfriend bought me a $200 gift card for Christmas, because my company already pays for massage through our Chiropractic benefit. They even set me up for an appointment for the following week when I called. Unfortunately that wasn't accurate because they called me back the next day to say the doctor isn't accepting new patients and it could be 2 months before I made it through their waitlist. I booked a massage for the first time here after finding this spa thru web surfing. I read the reviews of the therapists and saw that they did CBD massages and so I decided to give it a try. I saw that Piotr (Peter) had high ratings for deep tissue massage, and my goal is to find someone who can do a really thorough and deep massage on my neck and shoulders and lower back. So I booked with Piotr, and also booked my partner a massage with another therapist, Laura. As a first time client at a spa (that is priced above the going rate for massages), I expected the royal treatment. I did not at all receive that. Upon arrival the front desk person barely made eye contact with us and after asking our names, then instructed us to have a seat. No offer to help ourselves to water (tho the fridge was right there) no offer for tea. Piotr came and got me by calling my name and then quickly spun around assuming I would know to follow him. When we entered the massage room there was no introduction, no how are you doing, what brings you in, etc. He asked do you have any problem areas? (Which let me know he didn't see the information I submitted to book the appt) I told him, then he spun out of the room. He returned and begun the massage; with no oil or lotion. I waited a bit because I thought maybe his technique is to start without it (for some reason). Nope, about 15 minutes in, I had to stop him and ASK him if he can use massage oil?!? What massage school has ever trained a masseuse to massage WITHOUT MASSAGE OIL?? Then it just gets worse. When he was done working on my back, he just slapped the CBD cream on my back, no massage with it. Then he left the room saying he had to go wash his hands!! He was gone about 3 minutes- of my overpriced massage time- Unheard of!!! Where is that done? Apparently at this place! Then he gave a very weak leg and foot massage, a super weak shoulder massage while I was on my back, and then ended by saying "nice to meet you, you will be sore tomorrow, drink water" and he left the room. Never in my life have I had such a subpar experience with a masseuse. I truly wish I could get back the $190 I wasted on that falsely advertised CBD massage. I'm deeply disappointed in my experience, tho my partner had a great experience with Laura. read more

Oh. My. Lord. Irene was an exceptional masseuse. From the moment I walked in, she created a calm aura. Her technique was SO relaxing - and absolutely phenomenal for working out all of the stress tension I've had the last few months. Just when I thought prenatal massage being so gentle can't really do much to relieve the pain, the spots she did were so powerful. She was gentle yet took care of my upper back, neck and shoulder tension. You get massaged laying on the side, with a pillow between your legs for back support. I had a prenatal massage with Irene and it was WONDERFUL. She did many check-ins to make sure I was feeling comfortable, that the pressure was right, and that I was feeling good. The massage was extremely relaxing- she did an excellent job on all areas and especially the problem areas on my back. She also gave me helpful tips for home. The facility was very clean and all appropriate measures were taken for COVID- all staff wearing masks, hand sanitizers available, touchless check out, etc. Street parking was very easy. I especially like that I can book as-needed, as services are a treat and my work/life/family schedule makes it hard for me to commit to a regular routine. I unfortunately have recurrent back and hip issues, and Josh not only helps relieve my pain, but provides me with advice on how to take better care of myself between appointments. It's hard finding good massage therapists however I have never had a bad one at revive. There are multiple therapist, each has a different technique. They are all good but you might want to try a few till you find the right one for you. The facility is clean and the check in process is easy with a very friendly front desk person. I got both a prenatal massage and an oxygen facial. The facial was amazing, the prenatal massage was not good. I'm giving it 4 stars because I've gotten a regular massage here before and it was really good, otherwise I probably would have given it three. They don't have a prenatal massage table and had I known that I wouldn't have gotten one here. Laying on your side just doesn't allow for the same comfort, relaxation and pressure. The masseuse didn't ask if the pressure was okay, I had to tell her halfway through to apply more. And she only did my back and legs (I asked her not to touch my hips) - no arms, chest, neck, or head - and my feet were barely touched. Honestly I was really disappointed, especially since I'm 32 weeks pregnant and was really looking forward to and needing it. For the facial, I can't recommend it enough. This was my first oxygen facial. I had Jim and he was great at explaining everything, was gentle and listened to my concerns. I left feeling like it genuinely worked and my skin looked and felt really good. I would definitely come back for another one. read more

Even worked out a knot i didnt know was there that was affecting my bench press. This was the 90 min Swedish and it was great. Thanks Bill! Went back for our anniversary. My wife got Sara Busch for a Swedish Massage. I got Jake Birdsong for a deep tissue massage. We both did 60 minutes. We both wish we had gotten 90 because we loved every second of the 60 minutes we had! I asked Jake to really lean in and he did not disappoint. I just left Revive after a prenatal massage with Abby. I'm due on Friday and went in to relax and pamper myself before I never have the luxury again. Abby was amazing. She was very communicative with me and asked me questions before starting and explained what she was doing during my massage. Today was my second time going to Revive and I would absolutely recommend it! The first time I had a facial with Madeline who was just the nicest person and amazing at her work! She recommended products for me because I was interested in a face routine to help with my skin and after commenting on how much I loved her playlist, she brought over a post it to the receptionist that had the name of internet radio station she was listening to so that I could check it out.
