Being new to Kenosha and needed a haircut badly, found out they took new clients. It was awesome!! Felt like I had being going there forever. Before my hair was actually cut, they went over and showed me what they were going to do. It turned out absolutely what I asked for . Vibe is cool. Very relaxing in fact my daughter almost fell asleep when her hair was being blow dried, and I almost fell asleep on the couch waiting her appointment to be done so I could get mine. Price is absolutely worth it. Will be back. read more

I recommend Becky! She is the bomb diggity. I love my haircuts ever since coming here. It grew out beautifully, too, so it didn't matter that it took awhile to get back and do my FUN, super cool hair that she weaved four colors together. Combined a few with a metallic color. I LOVE it!! The salon is nice as well. They offer any hair service you can think of getting. Waxing. Make up. Nails. They are friendly and attentive. Offer you drinks. Today I visited In-Style Hair Studio to get a must needed haircut to remedy a very bad one. April the owner was able to trim my hair to a very stylish haircut. She was friendly, experienced and made me very happy. I would recommend this In-Style Hair Studio if you are in need of a really nice looking haircut. I plan to continue going to have April to cut and style my short , white hair. read more

I initially came to this salon since my boyfriend bought me a groupon for it. I had Tanya and had a full highlight service with cut and style. I wanted a change from my normal boring style and Tanya did not disappoint! I left with a great cut that flattered my face and hair type, plus kickass highlights that I LOVE! I will definitely go back and recommend others do the same! read more

So after a good 2 weeks, I still found myself frustrated with the color since it wasn't what I was looking for. I contacted the salon to let them know and they got me in immediately to fix it! I am not MUCH happier with the results!!! Thank you in-style for working with me!!! read more

If I could give this place zero stars out of five I would. I get there at 12pm on 9/12/18. And I get seated right away and she said she'll have to dye my brown-ish roots to match my blonde hair before going a honey blonde. I agreed. But she totally bleached my whole head and then she put the "honey" color in there and let it sit on head. Then the girl doing my hair, Becky, had another customer come in because she was there for her appt but Becky totally abandoned me for her other client. So I sat with the hair color in for awhile, and finally the owner April washes my hair and notices that the color isn't great. So she told Becky to tone it out. So she put toner in there and I waited for Becky once again. All in the meanwhile she is having cigarette breaks with two clients waiting. Becky brought me back to my chair and she blow dried it and asked how I liked it. It was horrible. It is platinum blonde with orange roots and darks spots underneath. So I told her to change it. April told us to tone it once more one. She did, nothing changed. April didn't even want to notice the orange on top and the spots underneath. I was there for 7 hours. I was ripped off and worst service I have ever experienced. They took advantage of my age and mistreated me. Worst mistake of my life. NEVER will recommend. And now the owner thinks she can comment on this and bash me once more? Horrible people. She really thinks I should've have paid to make my hair look like it was box dyed. If you want a good dye job, do not come here. She didn't make me pay and is acting like I left without waiting on her to say something. I played it nice. I really did not want to write this review because I really had a lot of faith in this place and thought maybe what happened to me was a fluke.. but I need to warn people. I went for the $60 partial highlight Groupon & April did my hair. I simply asked for thin blonde highlights with a more pronounced front piece. I was left with chunky orange highlights. I wish I took more pictures but I only have the one. I just got back from my normal hair stylist from where I used to live (yes I made the 2 hr commute to get this fixed) and we soon realized my hair was absolutely FRIED. I had to get so much of my hair chopped off and dyed back to brown because April literally fried my hair. There are pieces my hair dresser showed me that we're burnt off with bleach. Do not waste your money on the Groupon, I ended up spending an extra $200 to get it fixed. Not worth it. I have spent months growing out my hair and letting it become healthy again before I added more blonde and I'm already back to square one. Don't come here if you're planning on asking for highlights. read more

AWFUL experience with this salon! I had purchased a groupon so that I could try out a new place. Well, my first appointment I was running late getting there from not being able to find it, so I called to let them know. I was told that "she forgot to call me" (no apology though) to let me know that they were closed because of a fire. That was Understandable. I then had another appointment set for a couple weeks later, the day before the appointment it was canceled, this time (I was told) because they were moving back into the building. I make a Third appt. Canceled!! Finally I decided to try once more. I had an appointment today, I received a confirmation text yesterday, I get there(it's a half hour drive mind u) and guess what???!!!!! The person I was scheduled with wasn't working tonight!!!!! So ridiculous I'm beyond furious with this place! Very unprofessional IMO! read more

I had Emily, she does a great job and really listened to what I wanted. I felt like a new woman when I left. The salon is clean and very well decorated. I love how they don't have a bunch of different products to purchase, they only have the brands that they use and believe in. My daughter also went to get her hair done. She had Emily do her hair as well. Her experience was just as amazing. She has Celiac disease and they went above and beyond to get her hair products that are gluten free. I highly recommend going here!! read more
