Really living in this complex. Staff are great, especially David, really nice guy. Wish there was a little more information given on the amenities, such as hours open or how to access, we were a little confused for a few weeks. Or even a map of the complex with labels. But beautiful buildings and units, they keep the place very clean and maintained. There's a nice app to open the gates so people aren't just handing the code out to anyone and everyone. Really wish they had trash pickup, I've lived in less expensive places that had it, was honestly shocked when they didn't. The only things I don't like are really out of the company's control, such as the trash being picked up Saturday mornings. Super loud trucks parked outside your window for 5 minutes while you're sleeping on the weekend. Also in a certain section of the complex, motorcycles always coming in and out or driving up and down a side street doing wheelies. How inconsiderate. Or other residents with gigantic trucks squeezing into regular spaces. I don't ever see them hauling anything, why are they driving this monstrosity? Parking can also be a slight issue if you have multiple vehicles and are in a tight section of the complex. Uncovered spots are hard to come by sometimes and people leave their vehicles in them for days and days at a time. But overall it's a great place to rent, just try to be strategic in finding a quiet unit. read more

I've lived here for 3 years now and have always been happy. The grounds are kept impeccably clean, the amenities are always available and maintained, and the leasing office staff are all delightful. I've needed maintenance several times and they always fix the problem within 24 hours. They have great community events often and really care about residents. The only amenity I wish we would get is valet trash, that would make these rentals truly the best. After almost getting locked into a nightmare rental situation, they've been incredibly helpful getting me re-settled in a new unit and I can't imagine living elsewhere while in Vegas. read more

My elderly mom and I have been living here for 5.5 years now and I can honestly say it has been the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The office staff have always been friendly and have accommodated any request we had. The maintenance crew are equally friendly and have always been very efficient with the minor fixes we've needed, mainly mom putting stuff down the garbage disposal that shouldn't be in there and getting it stuck. Maintenance is on it usually within a few hours or, at the latest, the next day. The housekeeping staff keeps the common areas and amenities absolutely spotless. The amenities are second to none with two beautiful pools, one heated throughout the winter( mom is 84 and swims daily, year round.) I'm writing this review because it seems like people only write reviews when they are angry at a place, and usually the place is just doing their job and enforcing a policy that the tenant went against. Not enough satisfied tenants take the time to write a positive review about a place, me included, it's taken me over 5 years to write this one. It's something I've wanted to do for a while but I was just simply lazy. But today, I decided was the day to get off my butt and thank the hard working and under appreciated staff of Level 25 at Cactus. Lived here for 3 years and loved it. My neighbors are kind. The maintenance and cleaning staff keep the complex clean and orderly, which is probably hard sometimes because some of these residents are dirty! They offer free coffee and hot chocolate in the club house and the gym and pools are nice. I've never used the dog areas or bath area for the dogs since I don't have pets but they are kept clean i always see an older gentleman cleaning everything and walking around. Parking isn't too bad you get one pass for covered parking and they aren't assigned. Overall good, small, neighborhood and the office staff is attentive to your needs and hosts parties and breakfast/dinner throughout the year which is really thoughtful! read more

Picerne properties are beautiful and well maintained. I have lived in so many different apartments through the years and I have to say that the three Picerne apartments were by far the best in service and customer service quality. I absolutely loved my time at Level 25 at Cactus because the staff and maintenance were amazing. Any questions I had were immediately addressed by Ashley and Emily, and living here was quiet and convenient. My boyfriend and I loved being near Southern Highlands after having lived in Henderson for quite some time and we loved the convenience of all the amenities Level 25 offered, especially during soft opening after quarantine. Update review Aug 2023: Looks like I'm going into my 4th year living here at this property as a resident by renewing again. My review still stand's as I previous stated above with maintenance of course getting the job done with work orders and maintaining the property to look beautiful everyday, always being professional whenever you see them. My unit that I'm currently in I really love it because it's spacious and I'm in a good location which is the very front of the complex super quiet so no complaints with that whatsoever. Leasing staff from the front office I would say they are very attentive to any needs, always making sure the residents comes first, Property Manager and assistant manager always make time for a resident if they have any arising issues and they always find a solution to fix the problem. My only suggestion would be maybe having some type of game day with residents when having monthly resident events. Such as playing card games, bingo night, or having a resident movie night. Last but not least I would like the ginger bread competition to come back doing December definitely enjoyed that contest. read more

Ofc staff is great esp. David. Amenities are awesome but it's about the optics...most can only be used by you and one guest (1). Maintenance crew are polite and efficient. I like so many others loved the floor plan which showcases a huge island. My recommendations are to document,document, document upon moving in, during your stay and esp upon moving out. And TAKE PICTURES of Everything!!! This company will drain your deposit and find additional things to tack on. But will not compensate you for any inconvenience you may experience. I emphasize...everything; floors, cabinets, each room and closets for example strains of hair,fingerprints on mirrors. They expect you to DEEP CLEAN!!! upon moving out. I just moved out and I already miss my unit. I LOVED living here. I loved how this property enforced the rules. They are strict about some things and I sorta loved that. I was in building 12 on the second floor. We had tons of empty parking spots nearby. Some parts of the complex do have issues with parking but my area was great! I had zero complaints. I got lucky with nice neighbors and I loved that I was the first resident in my unit. The only reason I didn't renew my lease was because I moved out of state for work. I highly recommend this apartment complex but just be aware they have certain rules for a reason and they do enforce them. Im a non-smoker but just a tip if you want to smoke on your patio I suggest you find another complex. When I'm scrolling through apartment reviews I'm always looking for one thing, complaints about bugs and happily I am able to tell you, I had ZERO issues with bugs or scorpions in my unit. read more

Trash and Rodents all over complex, the stair well had trash and defies on floor for weeks after I put a work order in. Completed my lease and moved out asap then they charged me for a lil scratch on fridge $1000 , one area of floor had a cut they charge me $3000 to replace all of it, carpet was clean yet they replaced it and charged $2000, when your lease is complete they will charge you thousands. read more

This is a long overdue review. I stayed at Level 25 @ Cactus for a little over a year and the experience was good. I was the first one to live in my building, so everything was brand new when we moved in. The area is right by the freeway making it accessible for an easy commute. The community was great as the maintenance crew was always cleaning and tidying up the community. The gym is clean and spacious and the pool area is big for multiple families to hang out. If you have an EV car then there are three EV charging ports throughout the area. I would stay again at Level 25 if I were to relocate back to Las Vegas. read more

Moved here in July 2020 and fell in love with this place. Very peaceful community during the day & night. Great community for small families or even a single person. Maintenance is awesome & usually on top of everything. The amenities are my favorite 24 hour access to pool, gym, & fire pits. The rules given to you upon signing your lease are strictly enforced and that is what makes this place one of a kind. My only small complaint is that sometimes some residents don't understand you can only bring your household plus 2 guest to the Pool and they bring lots of family and friends from outside that don't live here especially on Sundays which makes it hard for the families with kids who do live here to enjoy the Pool. They used to enforce that rule more but now it kind of went out the window. Other than that awesome community and I would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10 read more

Visually, this place is nice. The maintenance staff is excellent. This is now my 2nd review. The issue is the property manager Robin, aka racist robin. I've had an encounter with her on property and have witnessed other racially motivated attacks on colored children, especially by the pool. She is racist AF. Picerne, if I'm going to deal with racist robin, can yall at least hook me up with trash valet. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment with luxury experiences. There is nothing luxury about taking the trash out. I pay over $1900 and gotta walk to the dumpster. I've been cheaper places in Vegas, and they have trash valet, and as much as we pay and what you guys charge ppl when they leave, yall need to do better. Robin is a Caucasian lady from the mountains of Caucas she needs to take a race theory educational class and a class for anger management she has serious issues. And no1 should be a witness to her wrath. read more

Okay, so we've now lived at Level25 at Cactus for almost a year and I think we can give a thorough review. First off, Ashley on the management team is wonderful! She was the first person we met when we toured here and since day one she has been beyond helpful. At our first tour she was informative, well spoken, accommodating, and just pleasant to work with. Ashley went above and beyond when we returned the following week to follow up on an available unit and to fill out our application. She stayed past office hours to help us get our app in and not once made us feel rushed. The property is immaculate. From the apartments, pools, grounds, & clubhouse, everything is held to a superior level of cleanliness and the maintenance staff does an incredible job of keeping things in order. We have toured MANY properties and this one is by far the most well maintained. The apartments are updated, very spacious, and clean. We have not encountered a single issue in our unit in the year we've spent here. After living at another "luxury" complex, where we paid nearly double the cost and constantly ran into issues, we are beyond thrilled with this complex. Also, parking is great! You do only get one covered stall per unit, but stalls are spacious and there is ample uncovered parking if needed. The complex feels incredibly safe and I have regularly taken late night walks or evening strolls with my kids and never felt like I was in danger or felt any type of fear. There is a nightly security patrol that walks the ENTIRE property throughout the night and they do an amazing job at keeping things orderly. We love living here and cannot recommend Level25 enough. Office staff is great, facilities are top notch, location is beyond convenient, and the property - just amazing. PS I have to add that just a few weeks ago I had ordered an amazon package and was notified that it was delivered overnight. The driver literally left the package outside of the complex behind the trashcan in front of the office. The next morning when I saw the notification I immediately ran to the office and realized the package wasn't there. I went in to ask the staff and was greeted by Ashley. Literal God send. She was quick to help and without hesitation started checking around and asking the other staff. She mentioned that someone from the staff had a package earlier and that they may have put it in the parcel room and to check if I'd gotten a notification. Literally, within minutes of that I got a notification and sure enough someone from the staff had put it in the parcel room for me to pick up. Thank you Ashley & staff! I am just so thankful for this incredible management team and the service they provide for residents. 10/10 Highly recommend read more

First and foremost I'm writing this review at 1:12am. My neighbors that live above me have been very noisy at all hours of the day since the day they moved in. My roommates and I have made numerous complaints about the issue yet nothing has been resolved. We have recordings of dates and times that shows them being loud at late hours of the night. It's unfortunate to have this issue because I love everything else about the complex; however, it's never quiet even at late hours like this. read more

The layout, space and quality of the apartments is amazing. Any time I needed service it's a convenient online request and service the next day. This Place looks good.. Managment is terrible with customer service and there attitude .. If they would clean up and have all new Managment that would be a start but sales team is always new employees.. The manager tries to push there weight around like no one has rental rights.. Plus side alot of animals on property ... pool and activities are great.. Conns... Alot of weed smoking on property place is starting to go down hill and security is never around at night.. Very modern and beautiful floor plans and apartments. The amenities are beautiful, but management is terrible. Parking is unassigned and there are limited uncovered spots for anyone who does not have the pass you are required to have. The leasing agents are very confrontational and have no regard to anyone's situation. In particular, Robin is a new leasing agent to this property and she has been trying to enforce some rules that I had never known about prior to her working here. She has threatened to fine me because my kids were riding their scooters outside. She has accused them of creating tire marks on the sidewalks which were already there prior to her being here. I have been living here for a year and she has been very problematic. People drive extremely fast here especially when driving around corners. The air conditioning system is also very loud and blows over the kitchen stove. read more

I have lived at level 25 on cactus for two years if you are thinking about moving in don't they will scam you I paid 1100 for my deposit when I moved out I even paid a cleaning company and carpet cleaning company to come in and clean the after I have moved out I went in and did a walk through after the cleaning company left. I had the carpet cleaned I went to turn the keys in and asked when could we due the walk thru I wanted to to due the walk thru with them so something like this would not happen the manger said she does the walk thru by herself. So the ended up charging me a cleaning fee charge for scratch on the refrigerator and a carpet cleaning fee so there is no point of cleaning after you leave because you will be charged either way even if it is clean and now all I have left from my deposit is 138.39. I also would not recommend moving in if you have kids this is not a kid friendly community my kids were on online classes and we we would get complaints because there teachers were having them stretching and doing yoga. There is never any parking. Also my wife and my car was broken into. read more
