"Margherita" pizza - not a real Margherita slice.

If you're from the NYC/NJ area, skip this place. Anywhere else, it's probably considered good pizza. Love the edgy punk aesthetic but otherwise a skip. Tables are super wobbly. Margherita pizza had lukewarm tomato slices on it with low quality mozarella. Crust was covered in cheese, so while it's good, it's not the right way. Pizza slices took 10+ minutes to come out. Husband got the sausage sandwich, his took at least an extra 15+ minutes. I was fully done with my pizza and his sandwich hadn't come out. They use the same sausage that goes on their pizza for the sausage sandwich. The bread is hard and dense. It's not a sausage and pepper sandwich. Really disappointing.

TLDR : Good food, wonderful ambience and great service We tried revolution pizza shop during our stay in Puerto rico. This was a wonderful place along the beach offering great pizza options and good drinks We sat in the area outside and enjoyed the sunset with garlic knots and beer.

Great pizza. Been here a few times when visiting PR. Elli or Alli (not sure name spelling) our wait staff person was very gracious and spent time talking with us about the Island and made us feel

Go the ready to die pizza and pepperoni, they were both a hit!!!! Perfect dish after spending most of the day in beach. It was very good considering I do not normally like BBQ pizza. This place may be the only place I will eat it from. I typically like to stay with the classic red sauce or white sauce if I'm in the mood. People were really friendly and music selection was good. Very open area to chill and get a nice view of the beach. Plus side is they also served drinks to go with a pretty good variety from well known drinks to local options as well.

**Takeout review** After a long day exploring the island, we just wanted to take some pizza home and enjoy a movie. We searched for a while to see what pizza place was near by that we could pick up some pies. We came across Revolution that has some good reviews and was really close by. Ordering was simple and once we were done we went straight there to pick it up. Our order was ready in a timely matter and the staff was real friendly. We got home quickly and enjoyed our pizza which was delicious and still hot. We got "Ready to die"which was meatball, pepperoni, and bacon with BBQ sauce. And a half Margarita and half Hawaiian. It was delicious. Not too doughy and the crust was crispy.

12/2/22: We were strolling through the many eateries at Luquillo Beach, and decided to stop by here for lunch. NY style pizza, made to order. We sat on the patio, which had a nice beach view. Parking lot is across the street. The beer was cold and our hostess gave us a plate with homemade bread with olive oil and vinegar which was pretty good. We had a pepperoni, ham and jalapeño pizza which arrived piping hot, and was really good. The dining areas and bathrooms were very clean.

Amazing experience and incredibly delicious food!! Thank you, Kevin, for letting us admire your skills!

OK, I know it seems weird to come to Puerto Rico and then eat pizza, but hear me out! My husband and I are vegetarians, so eating in Puerto Rico is kinda tough. On top of that, my husband is allergic to plantains, so it's even MORE tough for him to eat in Puerto Rico. We had heard about the Luquillo beach area and the many kiosks there which have food stalls galore that line the beach area. Out of all of them, Revolution Pizza was to accommodate our dietary restrictions. We opted to sit on the back patio near the water, in the shade and split a medium pizza (1/2 cheese, 1/2 olives) and it was delicious! The staff was super friendly, the pizza was thin crust (I wouldn't call it NYC style as they do though) and the drinks were cold and good. Like i said, weird to eat pizza in Puerto Rico? Maybe. Was it still good pizza? Absolutely!

They were addictive, it was hard to not eat all of them. They would also be a good dessert - reminiscent of beignets, but with less oil and sugar. For main I had the churrasco skirt steak with rice of the day. It was a generous portion of steak topped with a delicious churrasco fragrant with garlic. The rice was well seasoned and perfectly cooked texture. Server was enthusiastic about the food and providing suggestions. Though I suspect everything on the menu is delicious. Guests at all the tables around me raved about their meals. Indoor seating is cozy and comfortable. There's a small bar with counter seating.

The waitress (who was super cool) had to go and remind the bar to make my wife's drink. Then, she had to go and ask the kitchen why my entree hadn't come out when everyone else had been served 5 minutes prior. The food was good (especially the churrasco), but this was a very expensive meal. Like, "Holy hell is that correct?!"-when they bring you the check level expensive. We would go back for those drinks, but I would need to sell a couple of non-vital organs before we could afford to go back for a full meal.

Also, the mushrooms appeared to be from a can, not fresh. Perhaps I am wrong on that point, but that's how it looked. I don't know what kind of fish was used for the Carribean ceviche but it was very tough, very chewy, and sliced rather than diced. I've never had chewy fish before, and I didn't like it. They will not serve tap water, even though it is generally considered safe to drink here. If they want to be over-protective in this way, they should offer filtered tap water without charge. As others reported, service was rather slow - when we arrived there was only one other occupied table, and it took about 20m to receive two of our three ordered dishes, which were all salad or appetizer. Apparently the waiter forgot about the third, and I was actually hoping that she had, but she brought it about 15 minutes after the first two, with apologies. After presenting the check, I provided my credit card, and was asked how much I wanted to tip. That's odd. I told her (and tipped generously, because wait staff deserve a decent income). She went away and later returned with my card, without receipt. I asked for a receipt (of course I want to know the amount actually charged!) . She was unable to print a receipt at that point, so she printed out a register report and showed me the amount there. Really odd. The entrees are quite pricy $20 up near $50.
