We came here on a Friday night in January. Wasn't too busy inside, but I know they had a ton of takeout orders they were trying to fill that slowed down service. The food and drinks were disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you're nearby and just really need something to eat, though maybe pick something other than the pizza. Food & Drinks: We ordered a frozen piña colada, garlic knots, and a medium pizza (San Gennaro). Here's my review of each: Pina colada - Would not recommend. Unfortunately it was not very well blended (lots of thicker chunks of ice like a shaved ice) and had very little flavor (literally just a kiss of pineapple and coconut flavor). It was like drinking a La Croix, which I do enjoy, but not what I wanted. Garlic knots - These were just okay. The outside was pretty hard and it was missing a little salt to really bring out the flavor. San Gennaro pizza - This was such a letdown, and I'm not usually disappointed by pizza (I love anything from legit Italian pizza to Costco pizza). First, this wasn't really NY style pizza which they advertised - if that's what you're expecting, go elsewhere. That wasn't the real issue though. It overall lacked flavor and wasn't well executed. The crust did not have much flavor and was pretty hard. The veggies on the pizza were anywhere from cold to lukewarm and didn't seem fresh. Lastly, we had ordered the pizza with pepperoni added, but seems they just didn't write it down in our order. At that point we weren't going to wait another hour for pizza, so we just took what we got without complaint. Size wise, the medium pizza came with 6 slices and was enough for 2 people. Service: Service was really slow, however we were warned before we sat down that orders would take about 45 minutes to come out, which we were fine with. Drinks came out in 10 minutes, garlic knots in 25 minutes, and a medium Pizza in 1 hour. There was also a misunderstanding about who was supposed to take our order, so it took a while to get our order in. We sat around for 20 minutes before deciding to just go up to a server and ask them if they could take our order. They did apologize for the mix-up once they realized what happened. One of the only pizza spots in the area and it was pretty good. The vodka pasta with crispy chicken was very good and a great sized portion which was perfect to share! If you're from the NYC/NJ area, skip this place. Anywhere else, it's probably considered good pizza. Love the edgy punk aesthetic but otherwise a skip. Tables are super wobbly. Margherita pizza had lukewarm tomato slices on it with low quality mozarella. Crust was covered in cheese, so while it's good, it's not the right way. Pizza slices took 10+ minutes to come out. Husband got the sausage sandwich, his took at least an extra 15+ minutes. I was fully done with my pizza and his sandwich hadn't come out. They use the same sausage that goes on their pizza for the sausage sandwich. The bread is hard and dense. It's not a sausage and pepper sandwich. Really disappointing. read more

Beware of the wait time if you are seated in the restaurant. They seem to prioritize to-go orders more than sitting customers. The main irritant was the fact the even after waiting for more than an hour, we were lied to, saying our pizza was "almost done" when, in fact, it hadn't even made it to the oven. Staff Cudnt care less about folks, waiting and we even had to wait for water to be served. Garlic bread that we were lucky to have was just "ok" at best. Definitely not worth the hype. We have been to much busier and better restaurants and the one thing that differentiates a good restaurant from an OK one is the honest expectation they set with the customers. The 2 stars is only bcos of the OK garlic bread, else it would have been a 1 star based on experience. It is fun to watch the chef create pizzas from the street but overall ambiance is nothing to write home about. read more

Go the ready to die pizza and pepperoni, they were both a hit!!!! Perfect dish after spending most of the day in beach. It was very good considering I do not normally like BBQ pizza. This place may be the only place I will eat it from. I typically like to stay with the classic red sauce or white sauce if I'm in the mood. People were really friendly and music selection was good. **Takeout review** After a long day exploring the island, we just wanted to take some pizza home and enjoy a movie. We searched for a while to see what pizza place was near by that we could pick up some pies. We came across Revolution that has some good reviews and was really close by. Ordering was simple and once we were done we went straight there to pick it up. Our order was ready in a timely matter and the staff was real friendly. We got home quickly and enjoyed our pizza which was delicious and still hot. We got "Ready to die"which was meatball, pepperoni, and bacon with BBQ sauce. And a half Margarita and half Hawaiian. 12/2/22: We were strolling through the many eateries at Luquillo Beach, and decided to stop by here for lunch. NY style pizza, made to order. We sat on the patio, which had a nice beach view. Parking lot is across the street. The beer was cold and our hostess gave us a plate with homemade bread with olive oil and vinegar which was pretty good. OK, I know it seems weird to come to Puerto Rico and then eat pizza, but hear me out! My husband and I are vegetarians, so eating in Puerto Rico is kinda tough. On top of that, my husband is allergic to plantains, so it's even MORE tough for him to eat in Puerto Rico. We went in on a Sunday evening, drinks were prompt and the ambiance matched the outdoor setting. It was all great, until the pizza took 40 minutes to come out. During that time other tables got their food and we weren't even checked on by the waiter. If I can say I wasn't thinking I would get a NY style pizza while visiting Puerto Rico, but I saw the pizza being made right in front of this place and was captivated. Kevin was shaping the dough on full display and we decided to get a pizza to take back to the hotel. After thinking the Sicilian was a different way to go, it was $33 after it was totaled up and I steered back to a traditional Medium Ny style pie. Sure the Sicilian is more dense crust--like the pizza bread I saw going out several times while I waited at the counter. Either way, it was nice to talk to Kevin and get a mojito while I waited for my pizza. Plates, parm, red peppers and a sprinkle of oregano before the box was closed up and we were off! A delicious San Gennaro pizza with sausage, peppers and onions was enjoyed back at the Wyndham that night and the next day. Only regret: should have had them top it with arugula. So bummed I didn't get a pic before we dug in. But hey, I got a t-shirt and a couple stickers as a reminder to spread the word back in Chicago. read more

This was crap. Not even close to full. Seemed like one server for entire place others sitting around. 15+ to get service. Hour + to get 2 large pizzas. Told it was bc of size - maybe tell us that's the wait while we order? Final icing on cake is being there with 2 toddlers, asking for boxes and server talking w other workers holding all the boxes and had to go up and ask her for the boxes. I'm a patient person - this place sucked. We were also warned walking in to order ASAP which we did. Sad to see the kiosks not be as vibrant as they used to be, yet this place is still there. We went there with my two small children and had such a positive experience. The bartender saw my child trying to steal cherries from my other one and he brought out a cup of cherries for them which I though was really sweet. I had the breaded chicken with pesto cream sauce and it was delicious. My husband liked his Hawaiian pizza very much. The focaccia we got before our meals was very yummy. They had a vintage arcade game which my kids loved. And there was a cat they were playing with. We were so thrilled. And the service was better than most places in PR. The pizza crust had no salt in it, which means the rest of the ingredients needed to carry the flavor stronger, and you can't have huge swaths of uncovered, bland crust. Why 5 stars. We were looking out for a place to eat which was vegetarian friendly and had enough for meat friends. In Puerto Rico vegans and veges do have a tough time. Walking by we were looking at the menu outside when the chef ask us what we were looking for. To cut a long story short. He made one of the best garlic cheese bread we had and the garlic knots were equivalent to the best I had at Fratellis in Norristown that closed 10 years ago. 9/10 It was garlicky and olive oil is delicious. We had the spinach side and it came with rosemary slice bread 9/10 We walloped it's down and ordered another. It was also beautifully sautéed. Next came the Penne A la Vodka. It is brilliantly al dente and cooked to perfection. Often times in many outlets al dente comes with a slight undercook which I do not like. They also had a small side of tomatoes and small cut onions. Lovely. My partner gave it an 8.5/10. My other friend who does not like Al Vodka tasted it and gave it a thumbs up. Now the Spaghetti with pesto and side of Eggplant which only added $5 to the price and came with 2 humongous eggplant Parmesan. This is another 9/10 dish. It was al dente just right amount of pesto and so very delicious. Friends who had the seafood pasta and chicken also sang praises. Not part of my reviews coz I did not have it. Revolution Pizza Shop was delicious! We came here after the El Yunque rainforest tour (where the shuttle dropped us off for lunch). Since the shuttle dropped us off right near the entrance of this pizza shop, we didn't really bother looking around for more food options. In our 5 person group, 4 of us were vegetarian and we knew we couldn't go wrong with pizza. Anyways, we ordered 2 pies of pizza (1 veggie + 1 plain) and 1 plate of penne vodka, and everything was delicious and super filling. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. The only thing that I hated, which no one could do anything about since we were on an island, was that there were tiny lizards climbing up and down the poles and roof literally staring at me. I thought they would jump on me, and I honestly was scared for my life for the hour that we were there. Definitely recommend visiting! Great service + great food! read more

Out and about in the beautiful Puerto Rico and I found this pizza spot located in a small strip with lots of restaurants. I saw the reviews on yelp and decided to take my friends out for dinner. When we arrived the hostess told us that the wait would be 45 minutes so based on the reviews we decided to stay. We ordered some garlic bread and a bucket of beer that included 10% off our bill with a 6th beer for free. The pizza's come in medium and large and average prices are around $15 to 20 additional toppings are $1.00. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. When the pizza arrived I took my first bite and felt that the pizza was a little doughy for my taste and the crunch factor was missing. A friend of mine decided on the pasta and thought it was okay.
