    Canadian bacon sandwich
    ThuyVy N.

Wanted a smoothie after a wed morning run and this has been the best spot for smoothies we've found so far so close to the lake, got here a little after 8 and all the side tables were already filled up with people working and chatting. We decided to try a new smoothie than we did last time and to try a coffee and sandwich this time. Everything was really good and the service was really nice and friendly. After we ordered they informed us that they ran out of bacon and asked what meat we could sub with and offered extra cheese for the inconvenience, worked great with me bc I got Canadian bacon instead of normal bacon. The sandwich was really good, the cheese made it. 8/10. Would prefer this over one of the Starbucks mini sandwiches , not sure it would be as good without extra cheese tho Wild berry smoothie - 7.5, I think I prefer the mango but it was really good, it doesn't taste icy like other smoothies I get something. Really smooth and perfectly thick Marshmallow latte- 7, didn't have much of it bc it was my friends but good!

A small quiet café that's a nice ambience and good to work from home at. They have good coffee. I would not recommend their chai latte. It taste watered down and somethings off about it.

Unfortunately I did not read reviews before I ordered and drank my chai. When I opened up Yelp, I was shocked to see others agreed it was the "worst chai of my/their life", but m honestly - same. It was totally drinkable! But I would describe it as frothed milk with cinnamon and sugar on top. I couldn't have told you if there was chai tea, earl grey, or coffee in my drink, it really just tasted like milk with a shot of ambiguous tea. That being said - service was fast, and the folks behind the counter were very nice. They reported pastries and baked goods are made in-house and that the carrot cake is the most popular. There were very few empty seats on a weekend afternoon, but the ambiance was friendly and relatively quiet. I'd probably prefer noise canceling headphones if I tried teleworking there but it honestly seemed doable. I'm sure I'll go back again - but as you may guess, I will be trying a different beverage next time

The barista was working hard today! There was just one person and a stream of people. They were kind and efficient in addressing everyone's order as quickly as they could. The inside is nice for working or reading, though seems to be set up for larger groups with lots of 6+ person tables. The chaider (cider + chai) was good though and I enjoyed my time there.

    Poor sign choice

3 stars for decent coffee & (surprisingly today) friendly staff - but minus 2 for an extremely ableist menu. Like who the F can read this? Maybe paint a black background for help & keep the thing in focus? Add some shades??

Coffee is on the milder side, and there is no A/C, so it gets pretty hot and humid on hot summer days. I ordered a London Fog, but it lacked the flavor, as you always need to use two tea bags. Service was okay, indifferent. 2 pastries, one coffee, and one tea for 21 dollars, quite expensive for not a good quality. The place is not big, and the tables are too close to each other along the wall. I will not come back!

This sad ham sandwich was over $11

Pros: good coffee, nice music, and a good space to get some work or reading done Cons: my sandwich I ordered was a complete rip off. For NEARLY $12 you too can have a plain ham and cheese sandwich with no chips/sides! It was also supposed to have tomato and Swiss, and be toasted, but those elements were mysteriously missing. Parking was also limited/non-existen. Finally, service was slow because there was only one staff member running the coffee bar and kitchen (which led to a line and frustrated patrons)

    Carrot Cake & Iced Lattes
    Athena N.

The vanilla & pumpkin iced lattes are fantastic--just the right balance of flavors, not too sweet or bitter. I love the cozy vibe here! The carrot cake is also a hit, tasty without being overly sweet. And the view from the window adds a perfect touch to the whole experience.

Great artwork inside and fast service. Ordered a dirty chai latte and an Americano on a cold snowy day. Great little place in Greenlake.

Decent coffee but comically unfriendly baristas. Been on the receiving end of this but also seen others as well.

I love the arrogance and the taste but just a little unexpected pricey that $5 for plain 16oz one and additional $1.4 for oat milk.

But honestly? The energy worked. The staff was moving with that calm, unbothered flow only seasoned baristas have. Friendly, attentive, and somehow keeping the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. Respect. Light was flooding every corner; that soft Seattle glow that makes you want to pull out your journal and pretend you live inside a cozy indie film. Ventilation was perfect. Temperature was perfect. Seating options? Abundant. And not the awkward wobbly kind either. This spot is built for lingering. I grabbed a latte, sat down, and immediately fell into an art journaling trance. There's something about being surrounded by curated shelves of books and cute little treasures that just unlocks your brain. It's the kind of place where you look up after ten minutes and somehow an hour passed. This was my first visit, but it's already on my list of "places I'll actually come back to and get work done." A rare category, honestly. If you're looking for a café that feels like a creative reset button; this is a great one.
