She was giving me a hard time about passing safety check because she said something about a LED light cannot be used in front light and the front bottom dim light should start when you turn on the moped and the blinkers are supposed to be up by the hand brakes, but this is the way the moped was made, and it was bought new. She goes I'll pass you this time? I have heard from others she will not pass apex bikes and appears to be discriminatory against certain mopeds. Highly not recommended to use this business ever again or even to buy a bike.

I turned around to retrace my driving route in hopes of finding my wallet on the side of the road. For a couple of hours I drove around multiple times and walked on the roads including the entire Kipapa gulch with no luck. After I got home I recieved a call from my dad asking if I lost my wallet, apparently Billy found it and drove all the way to kapolei to drop it off after having to drive to haleiwa to help a client first. Larry got my 2003 Dyna Low running like a champ in about 1/10 the time and cost after numerous trips to the stealerships where they claimed to fix the carb issues and took my money. A younger gentleman that was so eager to help answer every question for me and my son. Took the time to explain the bike we purchased and its features. He was passionate during the process and it never once felt like we were a nuisance to him. And my dumbass forgot to tip him smh. But we will be back for my son's maintenance so I'll have the opportunity to do so. Back in the 80's when I rode mopeds to do my paper route, the bikes I had were not as technologically advanced like these bikes sold today. And at the same price point too! The inspection was completed in just 10 minutes! The service was top-notch, and the entire process was quick, easy, and professional. The clerk was aloha friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. After thoroughly inspecting the car, he made several recommendations for our classic car and explained the needs. We replaced a required lightbulb so the car would pass inspection. I highly recommend SMP if you need service for your bike or inspection for your vehicle. Parking is limited and difficult to find in the complex. Probably it's best to call for an appointment.
