Use caution. This company advertised free shipping on Facebook. This was false. When I made my purchase I left a respectable comment in the appropriate section. This company collected my money then put my order on hold for a week and a half. No email notifications or phone calls. When I tried to get in touch I was hung up on after being on hold more than once. I managed to finally get a representative on the phone. They claimed no knowledge of Facebook adds. They admitted my order was put on hold. They claimed they tried to call me. But the call was only after the two weeks and four voicemails and two emails from me. All if the messages had my correct phone and email. As well as my account that was set up. They claimed i left and incorrect phone number. False. Ordered a California legal Apollo 125 X16 May 28th 2024, had to do the credit card verification since I was shipping to a different address from the billing which was inconvenient but appreciated. Yes they asked for picture of both the credit card and drivers license. They only required the name and picture and the last 4 of the credit card, so i blacked out the personal info (no big deal). Received it June 4th 2024... built it the next day, put gas in it, 3 kicks and it started right up and road it around. Just like any dirt bike, it required a little suspension tuning. The quad starts and idles on choke when cold (smells a little rich), then, after running for about 2 minutes quad bogs down at full throttle, surges then dies. My husband adjusted the idle screw (but it did not have an air/fuel adjustment screw) but would not take adjustment. Then "Zora", our less than helpful customer service representative, sent another new carburetor, this time with an air/fuel adjustment screw. My husband swapped it out, and guess what?! Still, same problem. He then changed the oil for a third time!!!!!! Now he noticed metal chunks in the oil!! For anyone who knows anything about engines......... BIG PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Powersportsmax then responded with, and I quote.... If you call after 8:00 PM PST, you get "Americas Hottest Talk Line"!!! Who doesn't want phone S** (ex) when trying to fix your quad?!?!?!?!? Anyways, They offered us quote, "To show our appreciation as a valued customer, management would like to offer you $40 reimbursement to take care of adjustment/repair locally"..... (Yeah, its a brand new machine).... 2 - Please open the choke to start the atv, after 2-3 minutes warm up, please close the choke to run the atv, especially when the bike is cold (What?? Yup, got that.... we already explained the bike runs when on choke, but not after it warms up) 3- Please do not twist the throttle suddenly, kindly twist it and accelerate increasingly.... (Well it has a thumb throttle, so no real twisting is required, but, that's neither here nor there). 4- Please adjust the idle screw to make the idle lower or higher for a try... ( I already explained that in my previous two emails!!!!!!)" (end quote). In closing, this is a despicable company with no mind for the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from this co. The first time everything was great. I purchased a 2020 Taotao Lancer 150, which they shipped to me with no problems. They have a service which they call: MCO / Title Service: Expedited MCO Processing ($39.95 Value, Free Now) which I was told that I would get the title in the mail or at the latest, the driver would have the paperwork when he delivered the bike, which he did. I was able to go to DMV the same day. Got my plate ( was about $45) and was riding legally the day I got it. So, I bought another bike from them with the same deal as the first one. Rush Processing, and expedited MCO/Title Service which they say is only a $39.95 value, now free. I got my bike in just a little over a week but there was no paperwork. Nothing! About a few days later I get a voice mail saying I need to call them about my MCO/Title paperwork. Turns out they pulled the old bait and switch. They sent me a different bike that for some strange reason looks excactly like the one I ordered. But the lady I spoke with said since it's a different bike, I need to pay them an additional $232.05 or else she would not send me the title for my bike. Funny thing is that it says expedited MCO is a $39.95 value but I was charged $232.05 for the same, if not worse service. I ordered a chinese dirtbike from them. The shipping was a nightmare. They called a week after I placed the order and submitted the CC authorization, shipping company sets a delivery date of 3/5/2021. Order was processed on 2/25/2021. So I think everything is going smoothly. I stay home all day waiting for the truck, and nothing. I call the shipping company on Monday and they start giving me the runaround. I keep at it for days hounding them. They finally admit it's lost on Wednesday. I call powersportsmax and leave several voicemails, no response. So I file a dispute and demand refund from my CC company. On The following Friday, 1 week after supposed delivery, they say they've found my package and are able to delivery on 3/19/2021. So I say sure, why not. I've waited this long, what's a few more days. Same thing happens on the second "delivery date". I call the shipping company and go to town on the poor bastard responsible for talking to customers. Now they say it will be delivered on 3/22/2021. I'm not holding my breath, if it not here at 3pm I'm refusing any shipment and will gladly file suite in small claims court. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because I know the chinese bikes get a bad rap, but they're good beginner bikes if you're mechanically inclined. They're easy to work on and last a long time if you take care of them and DON'T LET THEM SIT. They're carbureted, so the jets get plugged in weeks. read more

The saying "you get what you pay for" is true when coming to this company. My son received a 50cc dirt bike for Christmas 2020 and we have had nothing but problems with it! One things after another has been broken and all they do is send you new parts! My sons bike started sparking, huge safety concern to me and they just want to continue to send new parts. I guess that's really our only option because the company will make you pay for shipping to send it back even though it's been broken since day ONE!! I brought a xpro 250 . it shipped on on the I received it on DEC 9 2023, By friday the 28th of DEC i had 70 miles on the bike. I went to start it up and it would not start. I sent a video to XPRO and they said it was the Starter Drive Clutch. After 70 miles i cant ride the bike. There so called 50 day (MONEY BACK) warranty is not honored if you road the bike at all. Its also no customer service number. You cant talk to anyone. All they did was send me a Part that may or may not work and now I might have to put out an EXTRA $1000 jus to get the bike running. The ATV I purchased had a crushed box. Upon arrival, the the engine oil had all leaked out. I checked and noticed the oil leak appeared to be from on top of the motor, possibly a busted seal or cracked manifold. The leak did not simply come out of the drain plug or dip stick. Also, two pieces of the plastic heat shielding was smashed, making it dangerous for my kids. PowerSports wanted me to completely disassemble the atv and find the problem myself. When I refused, they offered to pay me $100 to find a shop myself and drive it there. Of course, $100 would likely not cover this as mechanics in my area make $150 an hour. Do not engage with these people. I bought a go-kart for my son, and it arrived with a bent frame. Attempts to resolve the matter have been maddeningly frustrating. I sent a video of the unit failing to operate safely, and they didn't respond. When I followed up, they again evaded, saying they needed to call back (they didn't). When I followed up again, they instructed me to ship it back at my expense, with no offer to resolve the issue. No apology, no plan. Just send it back. This unit came on a pallet in a welded frame. It's not as simple as calling UPS for a return slip. Since they didn't seem to care about having sent me a defective unit, I did not trust them to receive the unit without claiming it was damaged in shipping, etc. They refer to their policy which states returns are at the buyer's expense. Evidently this applies even when they send you a faulty unit. Absolutely absurd policy and practice. When I challenged them on the phone, Juan let me know that "they get sued and contacted by lawyers all the time and the policy holds up in every state". That's a clue that would have been useful to hear before becoming a customer. Stay away. I have nothing but regrets about dealing with these guys. read more

Horrible experience! This company conducts criminal acts of selling damaged/unusable items. We even purchased a 12 month warranty, which was not honored. We received the ATV with a bent handlebar, wheel misaligned and cut electrical wires. We asked to receive a replacement or return the item for a refund. They wanted to offer us $50 as a resolution to have the ATV repaired locally. $50!!!! So far so good. I haven't gotten the bike yet but this is a pre-review of the experience so far, with a final review when the motorcycle actually arrives and i inspect it. I bought a 2018 Lifan KP Mini 150cc. Order was placed, sent to their warehouse and shipped within three business days as promised on their site. Their courier, R+L Trucking, has so far been prompt with getting it across the country and informing me of the delivery time and date, although i've seen many bad reviews of their service. Hoping for an undamaged crate with the product i paid $1,600 for, undamaged. Saw that sweet price, couldn't pass it up, now lets hope it is what they say it is. Keeping my faith strong in these people. Will return when it arrives. (FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS) These are all chinese made vehicles. Most of them are TaoTao. Look them up. They aren't THAT bad but they aren't great, certainly not Honda and Yamaha quality. You have to immediately remove all fluids in whatever you bought and replace it with what factory specs recommend. Check all hoses and lines, and also check bolts and screws. Any threaded point of contact make sure its torqued and locktite. You aren't getting Japanese quality here. Keep this in mind. Don't write a bad review because you thought it was kosher out the box. Instead, look up the model and brand you are prospecting and learn about how to maintain it, because chinese made power sport vehicles are low quality, hence the very inexpensive price, so you need to be handy with a wrench and a toolset. read more
