Hands down, the best harley purchasing experience I had is from OC Harley. I worked with Mario, Greg & Kevin. -Mario was my first contact with just simply calling in to see if they had the bike I wanted. He informed me that they don't have the specific color I wanted but can have the bike within 24 hrs. I asked him for the pricing on the bike since I was financing, and he quickly gave me the numbers. I then decided to come in the next day. Upon arrival, the bike was sitting out front, ready for me to take home. This alone was huge because he didn't have to get the bike, but he did. -I was greeted by Greg when I walked in. We had some small talk and just chopped it up. Which is nice cause who wants to go right to talking about $. Once we started talking, I wanted to add some things to the bike. Handlebars, Exhaust Etc. He made sure everything I wanted was exactly what I wanted. I, of course, had some questions in regards to the bars, etc, so he brought out his service tech, which answered all my questions. I told him where I wanted to be on payment and down payment. We'll guess what he beat it. Keep in mind I went shopping at other dealerships, and those other dealerships couldn't come close to these prices. I didn't even have to haggle on the price. That's a first! -Then i was handed off to Kevin for the financing extended warranty, etc. He was thorough with price breakdowns of what I was buying, & options for the extended warranty. The extended warranty was a little much, but it was still not over what I was expecting to pay. I told him this and guess what. He made it happen! Still under what I was expecting to pay. They advertised on the website a black '23 low rider black for $11.9K, it even captioned as the "actual photos", when I went to look, it's baby blue color. Then the sales manager told me it had some built in "accessories" like anti theft chip & paint protection that jacked up the price to $19K OTD. He didn't show me any paperwork indicating these "accessories". It made the price whopping $8k more then what I anticipated. Then the Mgr compared brand new Low Rider, said he'd "help me" by discounting the price so I would pay just $1k more. I was floored by this bait and switch sales tactic. 5 months after purchasing my first bike, I traded up to a dyna from my iron 883. Kevin hit me up and let me know there was a street bob worth taking a look at. Bought it that day and negotiated it down to a reasonable price. Kevin's a cool dude and a good salesman. Recommend asking for him when you walk in the door. I also really like Lou from parts. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. There's another really helpful guy from parts I spent some time with today but can't remember his name. Alex and Bill in service are really nice. They come across as honest people for sure. Shortly after purchasing the bike I noticed a few issues with it so I took it to get looked at. I purchased the ESP warranty but was told I would have to pay for labor. Long story short....Taylor from sales was able to dive into it and realized it was all a big misunderstanding. Warranties take a few weeks to get into the system. They offered me a decent amount in store credit above what I paid for in labor so I'll take that as a win. The entire issue has been resolved and was just a misunderstanding. My initial review of OC Harley from my first purchase remains the same. I recommend going and checking out what they got, especially as a novice rider. Never felt judged as the complete noob that I am and have even learned quite a bit from them. This place relieved so much stress I passed out when I got home and forgot to write the damn review last night so here we go. I bought my lowrider s earlier this year because someone told me there's a freedom you can only feel on a motorcycle, which was a true statement. But after awhile my damn engine light popped up and the SOB would go in and out of limp mode like a guy with ED. I called the dealership I bought it from and they said it probably would not be covered by warranty. So I've had looming anxiety and the inability to ride my bike safely for a month or two now. I brought my bike to OCHD and when you walk into the service department they have a huge sign that shows how much money they have saved their customers and for the first time in awhile I started to have a small glimmer of hope. Kevin got my bike checked in and got to work on it immediately. They were able to get my service done and the repair complete in a day. They also got the repair covered by WARRANTY which saved me over $1000. And if you know anything about what the active duty military gets paid, we get paid in cheese sandwiches with no cheese. So that's huge. Kevin was a huge help! Moose in the sales dept is a nice guy too! Instead of just trying to sell me a new Harley we had an actual human conversation which was surprising because 99% of the sales people I've met are just dicks. What this dealership lacks in size they make up for with their people. 10/10 will be coming back again. read more

Sales Department is excellent but beware of the Orange County Harley Davidson Service Dept. The Customer Service guy (Alex) on the front desk in the service section of this dealership is unprofessional and is unwilling to help. In three instances that I had to deal with him: 1. Alex didn't know anything about the 2022 Nightster as he said it's a new bike and there's only one person in the whole dealership that knows and/or was trained to work. I asked if I could talk to this person, he said at first the guy is currently working on a Deputy Sheriff's bike so he's busy and that is after he told me to wait (waited for about an hour.) 2. I went home and tried my luck over the phone and Alex had me waited for more than an hour because the "expert" guy was with another customer. I waited for almost an hour but still on hold so I ended the call. 3. "No Start" issues happened to me twice and when I went to the dealership to hve someone look at my bike, Alex said no one is available. I give him that because it's already 5:45PM. The mechanic that talked to me said to come back and the "expert" whose name is Kevin will be there on Tuesday (08/10/2022.) I went back but the only guy in OC H-D that knows about the future engine of Harley Davidson Motorcyle who turns out to be their head mechanic is not willing to take a minute off from whatever he is doing and talk to a customer or relay thru other personnel the possible solution for a valid safety concerns concerning my bike. Mind you that based on them, he is the only qualified personnel that I can talk to. I was not being difficult, I just needed help and they offered me no other viable options to address my concerns. They made me feel like they are always trying to get rid off me which is very different treatment when I was purchasing my one week old bike. read more

Blew a fork seal earlier this week on my Forty Eight. Steve came out to my house and picked up my bike and took it to OC Harley on Thurs morning. Bill called within an hour to let me know they were going to get the forks re-built. Pretty bummed as I thought I would be without my bike for the Labor Day weekend, but Bill called me Fri afternoon to let me know that my bike was ready to go!! Forks re-built and new brake pads put on the to fork oil leaking on them. Bike was cleaner than when I dropped it off to them. Fantastic job guys!! These people are so much higher than their surrounding dealerships. $197.99 for paint at other locations, here it's $227 Tires are 15% more than listed on Harley website while others are the same. Some dealers offer free install with purchase but these guys want $270 to change rear tire. This location needs to get inline with the Harley website and surrounding dealerships.
