I went in specifically looking for a U-lock for my commuter bike, and they had lots of options all priced as good as you'd find online. The staff was helpful but not intrusive as I wandered around trying to get my bearings. One reason I'm not quite at five stars is that it's still so new to me; I haven't had them work on any of my bikes, bought any big ticket items, etc. I lightly perused the bike selection which is pretty good, at least for right now in these weird supply-chain times. There's a big parking lot out front (rare for midtown) and it's easy to get to from the Plaza/Brookside/Westport. Recommend giving them a go and looking forward to updating this down the road after a few more visits!

Best best is to go onto the shop. If you are HARDCORE into mountain biking this is your local spot for Service & high end parts, Onestar had a LOT. Somehow they have parts you can't even get online and at a better price. Shop itself: It's a very small shop and there are party everywhere in kind of an organized disarray lol I just bought parts so I'm only reviewing this aspect. Parts: I was told he had a Carbon Revel Rascal Frame. He actually had a few! I asked about the frame (He was very knowledgeable) I needed a BB, sram cassette and a sram chain. I had to ask because it would have taken me a week to find the parts myself. But he got everything together and he gave me a really fair price. Cool knowledgeable guy with great parts at fair prices! what else do you need to know.

Not only did he give me plenty of time to explore the various treadmills at my own pace, but he did a great job giving me information about the different models without pushing me into something that I didn't need. I purchased the treadmill on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Tuesday evening at a time that was convenient to me. Eric was part of the delivery team. They brought the new treadmill in and assembled it, making sure it was in proper working order before they left. Not only that, but I was able to use my old treadmill as a trade-in. They took the old one away when they delivered the new one. I will definitely return to this PPP for my future fitness equipment needs.

They told me I should just fix it, and to their credit, gave me some tips. The thing is, we're moving, selling our house, packing, etc. and I'd rather they just help out with a seatpost or offer to schedule a time for me to have them fix it. To me, it felt dismissive. I then inquired about a new bike, something I've been excited about the past few years and saving up for. I told them my budget for it which is on par for a small car, and they said "We aren't gonna have anything in that range." I was a bit shocked, and they clarified it's more due to Covid disrupting the supply vs demand. I know that's an issue, but again, dismissive to be shot down when I have the cash ready to go for a good new road bike. Overall it felt like they couldn't wait to be rid of me in the five minutes I was there. I got to know the folks are two now defunct bike shops and actually enjoyed going in to them. This one definitely didn't bring it for me like the past ones. I get it, they're in a high dollar area and can afford to get by without the friendly neighborhood shop feel, but it's not for me, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I went to him looking to replace my 11 year old Elliptical and after he showed me the Arc Trainer, I was sold! I have difficulty with my knees so I'm always looking for exercises that don't put additional strain on my joints. This equipment is really amazing - there are so many different ways you can work out on this machine to target certain areas and you get an overall awesome workout! It's commercial grade so I know it will last a long time. Also, want to give a shout out to Craig, Adam and their team that delivered the Arc Trainer. This wasn't easy, as the machine is over 400 lbs and they had to take it down 16 steps to the basement! They were all very friendly and accommodating. They have also been very response to my follow up questions. If you're looking for exercise equipment, definitely check out the Arc Trainer and talk with Craig at Rewind Fitness!
