The story: My fiancé and I were moving out of a rental house this week. I came down with a horrible cold and wasn't able to help very much. We had never planned on using a cleaning service but at the last minute we both agreed it would be best to do so. I did what we all do best these days and I consulted my best friend in the whole world... Yelp! Reyes Cleaning was one of the top results I found. I scanned the reviews and voila! James at Reyes Cleaning answered my request for a quote very quickly. I didn't need the entire house cleaned since we had only been there 4 months and only used the bottom floor of a 2 story house. I explained the girls only need to vacuum the top floor and then deep clean the bottom floor. We had to be out of the house on the 30th so that only left Wednesday or Thursday for the cleaning. Luckily, they had room on Thursday and squeezed us in! I got a call on Thursday from James once the girls were there and he informed me the electric was off. I had completely forgotten I had it scheduled to disconnect on the 30th. So I jumped through hoops to get the electric turned back on so the girls (Maria & Marta) could do a proper cleaning. The review: I stopped in and looked at the house a little before the girls were done. It looked fabulous! My fiancé stopped in later that evening and was so pleased he told me to ask about their rates for weekly or bi-weekly maid service. The process: After you book your cleaning you receive a 1.5 hour window of when the cleaning team will arrive at your location the day before your cleaning. On the day of your cleaning you will receive a text message about 15-20 minutes before the team arrives along with a link to a GPS tracker showing their location. When the team is there you are asked to review the cleaning about 30 minutes before they are done. This allows them the ability to change anything that needs correcting. It was all very simple. Bottom line: I loved the service I received from Reyes Cleaning and will be sure to check into their maid service prices. The first time I used Reyes, they were great, even though they broke an expensive glass without telling me. But I still decided to continue with their subscription service since the clean was good, MISTAKE! I feel like I got completely scammed!!! I asked for the same ladies that came first time, they said they would accommodate, day of service comes and its a different crew... ok fine, I would've liked the heads up if they couldn't accommodate like they said, but fine. I had to leave after they started since they were more than an hour late even though I was scheduled in for the first clean of the day. I gave them the payment and tip in cash, just like I confirmed with the scheduler I would so they wouldn't charge it on my card, ANOTHER MISTAKE! They did both! They completely rushed the clean bc I wasn't present and left, it looked nothing like how a professional cleaning service should leave a house. They were in and out in 45 min for a 4 bedroom, 2 story house... you can't even clean a hotel room properly in that time! The next day I kept seeing more and more how they did not do a proper clean, mirrors weren't wiped, stairs untouched, floors not mopped or vacuumed, not even straightening hand towels. It was more and more infuriating finding areas that were completely untouched after I just spent this money with them and signed up for continuous service. I contacted them about how unhappy I was next day and it was like talking in circles with their customer service rep EDDIE. I kept telling him how bad the clean was, and he could not give me any type of solution, just kept being dismissive and repeating that he couldn't do anything about it. He even hung up on me and lied about it. What kind of customer service is that?? I wanted to have the first ladies who came to re-clean it, but after talking to Eddie, I decided I didn't want anyone from their company in my house anymore and wanted a refund so I can get a reclean elsewhere. It was clear to me that they only care about taking people's money, not about providing good service. It took daily follow ups from me and over 2 weeks for them to finally release a refund to the card I have on file with them, but when I went to look at my statements, I realized that they had charged my card IN ADDITION to taking my cash day of service! Double charged me for the half of a clean they did! I also didn't authorize a CC payment so it was essentially theft! Jackie who's supposed to be managing things, is also never in the office according to Eddie, so all complaints go unanswered and unresolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Hired them to do a move out cleaning. Came during the beginning of pandemic shut down with no masks. I let them begin and kept my distance. They started in my guest bathroom which is very small. They were in there for 30 minutes and I heard banging sounds which I found out later was a long pole with brush on the end they use for ceilings. After being in there for 30 minutes one of the maids came out and motioned me to come in there (neither one of them spoke any english) She showed a crack in the bottom part of my toilet tank that was leaking water on the floor. Mediocre clean, for what they call a "deep cleaning." Floors were still sticky, and they barely move the furniture to clean under. I had to redo the floors myself because all they did was mop without vacuuming or sweeping. They call it a deep cleaning, but they even clean inside the cabinets, didn't clean the mirrors, clean inside the closets, or cleaned the balcony floor. Hired these guys for a move out cleaning. Was only a 1 bedroom 900 square foot place. They did really well. They arrived in the window they said they would. I recieved text updates which I could respond to and get questions answered. I felt the price was very fair. $150 for the cleaning. Another $110 for shampooing the carpets. I got my moneys worth. Calling, their billing practices and customer service is nothing I can even put in words. I have never had a company tell me a window time, not show up or call and still charge me over $200 for no service. It took over 2 weeks to get my money back. The number you call is people who work from home who can't point you in the right direction or give you any information whatsoever. I will never suggest this place. To be fair, excellent maid and service. However scheduling system is total chaos. In-law used it arrived late but for us arrived 1 and half hr early. Wife left work drove there in 25 mins I talked to the maid on Blink asked her to wait. Saw she left and learned they went to next family. Wife waited until 5 pm arrived "on time" scheduled 2:30-5pm. Very poor service and very disappointed. Used something abrasive on a week old toilet lid and seat causing scratches. Left shower head on and point out of the shower so when we turned on the next day it sprayed water all over our bathroom. Picked up pillows and blankets off floor and placed on our beds (visibly dirty items). Counter tops were not touched and dusty items pulled from under bed placed on top of clean items on on foot of bed. Still no contact to refund us in any way after providing photos. read more

I paid for a deep cleaning 290.00 however, after starting the job, 3 hours into cleaning I get a text message from someone saying the cleaners needed more time to complete the job and I needed to pay more money. I contacted Reyes cleaning at about 1pm and scheduled them to come clean my apartment the following day between 1-4pm. All was set but then something personal came up and i had to cancel the service which i did the same day. They still went ahead and charged me $50 for cancelling even though i cancelled the same day. First rule of service business is to cater to your customer. Not only have you lost a customer who would have been a long time customer but you have lost all business that would have come with me spreading the word. Needed a move out cleaning after 7 years in a rental property, with 2 dogs. They did a wonderful job, from light fixtures, interior windows and blinds and bathroom. Cleaned out all drawers and cabinets, even the oven and refrigerator. Best of all, unlike another service used previously, they brought all their own cleaning equipment and supplies. Once again I have been taken advantage of by this company. I called to work out some way for both parties to be happy. They never returned my phone call after receiving my complaint and saying they would "check with the cleaners and get back with me." When I called again they said that they would not refund the money. They want pictures of the dirty home. Which is fine because there are tons of areas of proof that no cleaning service was performed and I was still charged over $300. So now I will photograph the hair in the shower, my black bare feet from the dirty floors, the spider webs in blinds and baseboards, the hair and dirt on stairs. BEWARE. The cleaning was mediocre, the business was terrible. They send you a verification text with expected time they will arrive to clean. Cleaners showed up 2 hours before and notified me 15min before arrival. I was not home at the time (expecting them 2 hours later) so I had to call the company and give them the garage code to get it. Had I not done this, they would have cancelled my appointment and charged my card $50 lock out fee because they chose to show up early without proper notification. Fees are not set- also beware. I paid for a 2.5 hour deep clean with 2 cleaners on a small 1300 sq ft home. Mind you, the house was completely empty. No furniture, no mess, no tenants. The cleaners obviously took their time since we weren't home to supervise and went over the 2.5 hr mark by 30min. THEY CHARGE EXTRA PER MINUTE. Of course they took their time, they're getting maid by the hour! Absolutely ridiculous given the size of the home. I would not recommend to anybody, especially those with a larger home. God forbid you have a two story they would be there all day. I was impressed with Reyes Cleaning Services from the minute I called them. Seriously -- it was almost a "you had me from 'hello'" moment. Our Tuesday morning started out ROUGH. I mean, it was one of those mornings where you leave the house and pray you somehow magically come back to a perfectly coiffed beachside condo with a mai tai waiting at the doorstep at 6p. It didn't matter where...you just didn't want to come back to the same place. Enter Reyes Cleaning Services! I'll be honest -- I thought about giving a previous cleaning service another shot since our first experience was...meh. However, being back in Irving I had a feeling that I would end up incurring some crazy travel fees, so I Googled "cleaning services in Irving" and came across Reyes. I figured no matter who I called, it was a long-shot to get anyone out to our place same-day, but it was a risk I would GLADLY take to restore order in our domain! First, I checked their Web site. Neat, professional, up-to-date...OK, they passed the first inspection. If I don't have a personal referral, I need something to actually get me to dial the phone number. A good-lookin' UP-TO-DATE Web site will do just dandy. I called and James answered promptly. I went through the rest of my qualifications: do you service my area, and would you consider me crazy if I asked for availability today? James was AWESOME for the entire phone call. He took my information, gave me a quote, and said he would call me back shortly to let me know if they could come out that day. Within five minutes of hanging up, James called back and said they would be able to clean that afternoon. I could have danced! He sent a confirmation e-mail detailing everything they would do, so all I had to do was sit back and count the hours until I got to go home. He told me I would get a text when the crew was on their way. Awesome -- I like that. Not only did I get a text when the crew was on their way, but it was the COOLEST application EVER. I got a link that actually allowed me to track their GPS location real-time as they drove to our place! I even saw that they took a wrong turn into the wrong apartment complex at first, but no harm done -- they quickly figured it out. But it was so darn cool to watch! Anyway, geekdom aside... The crew finished up right before we left work for the day. The moment I walked into our apartment, I felt like I maybe COULD have been at my magical beachside condo. Everything was perfect -- ceiling fan, entertainment center, television, air vents, blinds...all dusted. Dishes done, baseboards cleaned, beds made, toys lined up - check. My bathroom grout was white again! The ONLY thing that was missed [and I'm too short to notice anyway] was the top of the fridge wasn't dusted. Oh, and I didn't have my magical mai tai, either. As my family was ogling the serenity of our freshly-cleaned domain, my phone rang. Though it was after-hours, James called to make sure everything was in order and follow up on our satisfaction. I contracted Reyes Cleaning Service for cleaning 2 homes. This was a move-out/move-in cleaning service. I had a very bad experience with them. Both of the homes were not cleaned properly, oven marks, windows were not touched at all. The balcony was not touched at al. I've been trying to keep our 4-bed, 3-bath home clean basically by myself since we bought it a year and a half ago. I have a full-time job, my husband works 60+ hour weeks, and the dog and cats have very demanding nap schedules so there isn't a lot of time for cleaning. We had a BBQ with some friends last Sunday and afterwards as I stared at the backsplash speckled with barbecue sauce, the footprints on the shiny wood floor, and fingerprints on all the stainless appliances, I couldn't handle the possibility of spending every last minute of free time for the next two days cleaning it all up again, so I reached for my phone. They have great Google reviews so I filled out their contact form and got a text back shortly saying they'd call me on Monday when they opened to schedule, which they did. They were able to send a crew out for a deep clean on Tuesday, and deep clean they did. They were here for about 3 hours and did a really great job. I work from home and they only came for me twice - once to see if I had a preference for what they should use on the wood floors (I did, Bona all the way) and again so I could inspect the job and sign off on their work. The place was sparkling, smelled great, and nothing was out of place or missing. They even did some stuff I wasn't expecting, like putting dishes in the dishwasher and sweeping and mopping around the cat boxes (yuck!). If you request for their service, they would probably leave it in a horrid state , clog your toilets and leave cursing in Spanish. I had an appointment today (Friday, July 9, 2021) and was told they would be at my place at any time from 11:30a.m to 1:30 p.m. It is now 2:00 p.m. and no one came. I had earlier called to ask if they could change the window of time from noon to 1:30p.m. but was told no, so I had to change plans to be home at 11:30a.m. I have tried to reach them at their number, waited almost 1/2 hour without success. The home required hospital-level cleaning and sanitizing because it had not been cleaned for some time. They accomplished and completed all tasks in a professional manner. UPDATED Review: I've been a customer for a few years now getting regular maid service. Tomorrow will be my last time using them as their billing practices are becoming a little shady to me. I haven't been home in awhile so I haven't needed maid service in the past couple of month. I booked my latest service and was told I should a deep cleaning. I agreed not realizing I haven't been home for much to be cleaned. The deep cleaning is $50 more than the usual monthly maid service. Today after coming home I decided a deep cleaning is definitely not needed. I called and asked if I could switch to regular maid service and I was told the price they quoted of $150 is the lowest they could go so there was no need to switch. I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden their prices for regular maid service jumped by $50. Since they charge $50 for cancellations I'll keep my appointment but will look for a new service. read more

2 stars = "Meh. I've experienced better." To start, Reyes cleaning is very responsive when booking an appointment. Upfront, their communication was encouraging. One day prior to the day of your cleaning, they will give you a 1.5 hour time slot of when they plan to arrive in the coming day. On the day of, you will receive a text with a tracking on the cleaning service providers that includes their estimated time of arrival. I had paid for a "deep cleaning" which included two ladies for 4 hours at a price of $280. The "deep cleaning" was to include vacuuming, mopping, wiping window sills, scrub and wash shower walls, vacuuming underneath and behind furniture, clean inside of refrigerator and freezer...among many other things. Additionally, they asked what areas I would like them to focus on, I said the master shower and the laundry closet. On the day of, Friday, the 2 ladies arrived. Both were friendly, spoke little English and went straight to work. After them being there for about 2.5 hours, they said they were almost done and asked me to do a walk through. First thing I did was go to the laundry closet (one of the 2 small areas I asked them to focus on), which is literally a closet that only fits a washer and dryer. They hadn't even wiped the floors, let alone "focus" on that area. I tried to communicate to them, and a few minutes later they asked me to look again. There was still lint everywhere, but they had wiped down part of the floor. Not all...part. I understand that I could have tried to communicate that it wasn't done to my satisfaction, but I didn't have the time (or patience, unfortunately), to walk them through every area of the house. And after seeing what they did after I expressed concern with the laundry room, I opted not to complain about anything else. They were already ready to leave before 3 hours was up, when I paid for 4. This was not a deep clean. The master shower walls had not been wiped down, the inside of the refrigerator/freezer had not been touched, the floors were not what you would expect from a deep clean and when I moved the couches, they had not been vacuumed underneath as promised. The ladies did work hard, so part of me thinks the company did not communicate to them that it was a deep clean and was supposed to last 4 hours. The service was fine for a standard cleaning, but it was not a deep cleaning, which is what I paid for. On the following Monday, I received a text asking me to rate my service. After saying I was unsatisfied, they said "Also yous shouldn't signed on the job until you were satisfied. ....." [sic]. I understand that, but I don't have the time or patience to walk through the entire house and nitpick these ladies work. The most optimistic thing I can say is, again, that the ladies were possibly not communicated with that this was a deep clean. Victor offered to have someone come back and clean to my satisfaction, which is great customer service. My first cleaning was good. My second was ok. I tried a third and this is the one that shocked me. After the girls left, I noticed one of my pens (one that would catch ur eye) was taken off my desk. I let it go. The next day, I was in one of the bathrooms. The tub/shower has the sliding glass doors. I closed the door and the whole glass panel broke into 1000's of pieces. The door was off of the track. I got glass all over me, floor, toilet, drain...etc. I called Reye's and they said they had to "suspend" my cleaning to c what happened with the 2 ladies who cleaned. We hired Reyes Cleaning for a move out clean of our apartment. They were very responsive during booking and made the booking process easy. I received the arrival time the day before the cleaning via text, and had my roommate plan around that time, as I was already out of state. However, on the day of the clean, I got the tracking text more than 2 hours before my provided window. I was told this was because of a cancellation, which understandably happens, but my roommate was still on his way back into town. We were thankfully able to arrange other options for them to pick up a key. The quote I agreed on was for 2 cleaners for 2 1/2 hours. However, only one cleaner was present for the clean. I spoke with James on the phone, who assured me the time would be adjusted for only one cleaner instead of two. The total time for cleaning was around 4 hours (with only one cleaner). When my roommate went to sign off on the clean, the final charge included additional time past 2 1/2 hours, totaling $60 more than the quote. He addressed this issue with the cleaner, who did contact the office but still wanted him to sign the higher final price. After some back and forth, he was provided with a final price $10 more than the quote to sign, which we were okay with. This company is a sham. I received a text message from Jackie stating that my house was about to be finished for a move out cleaning so I should go check on the work. I live 30 minutes away from the house and she knew that. I showed up to the house being cleaned and the 2 maids had spent 5 hours cleaning only the second story of the house. They told me they needed 2 hours and 30 minutes more and to come back at 9:30pm. I asked them multiple times if I would be receiving a text message 30 minutes prior so I can come check their work and lock the doors, and they confirmed that Jackie would text me. I asked them for their phone numbers as well but they would not give them to me. Not only did I waste a hour driving there, I drive there again and arrive at 9:15pm. I had not received any text messages like promised about when to arrive. I called Jackie and texted her multiple times between 8pm and 9pm, but did not receive any responses. So I show up at the house at 9:15pm, and the maids had left with both the front door and back door unlocked. On top of that, the house was NOT cleaned. I reached out to Jackie that night with photos of the mess, and I did not get a response. I call her the next day, and she offered me $25 off my NEXT cleaning with them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not only did they charge me an additional $120 for the 2 hours they said they needed to finish up but now they wanted me to pay them more to come fix what they did NOT CLEAN THE FIRST TIME? Trust me, you do NOT want to hire this company. They basically took longer than needed to clean (probably on purpose), charged me an extra 2 hours to clean the rest of the house, did not even clean properly (toothpaste stains all over the bathroom counters, hair all over the counters and floors, closet shelves had dirt and hair), left with the house completely unlocked and without any warning, and then their customer service response is for me to pay them more money to fix what they didn't clean?? We have had Reyes Cleaning Services doing a bi-weekly service on our apartment since the end of May. They have done an excellent job at a very reasonable price. My husband and I have schedules that don't allow a lot of time off together so the extra time afforded to us by being able to enjoy our rare moments off together instead of having to clean means a lot to us. I am rather picky(being in the hotel business) so I know what clean really means. Reyes Cleaning has exceeded my expectations and what few little issue I had they addressed immediately. Diana was great. She showed up on time and was ready to work. I used this service to do a move out clean. I had injured my back and was unable to clean before turning the apartment back over.
