I wanted help for unloading my stuff from a truck. So I contacted them for help. They were quick to respond and were available immediately. They are pretty reasonable and professional. They are based in Tacoma and they drove all the way to Redmond for my job without charging me anything extra for the trip. Very friendly.i highly recommend fabian and his guys. DO NOT USE THIS CIMPANY! They do NOT deliver on their promises!! I hired Fabian to move my mom out of senior living facilit. I was told they do this all the time and they will show up with boxes, packing supplies, a truck and movers. They arrived on time with a truck and movers but NO BOXES OR PACKAGING SUPPLIES!! I was asked to go get boxes for them and when I could not (needed to care for sick mom) Fabian went to complex management and asked for boxes ... all she had was trash bags SO... they moved ALL of my moms belongings in trash bags!!! not wrapping any item! I still haven't found a few items and several items were broken!! The TV remote was covered in butter! I could go on and on! They also ripped 4 large holes in the new linoleum floor. Fabian tried to say they didn't do it then agreed they were responsible. Fabian did refund some of my money and when I asked how he would pay for the floor he stopped communicating. I have given him several opportunities to work with me to make this right. He said he fired one of his workers due to this poor move and has yet to contact me regarding payment of the floor. Today is my moving day. And I will not moving. Reyes Moving "stood me up". Here's what happened: I found Reyes Moving on Yelp and based on the reviews, I decided to book my move with his company. This was booked well in advance of our moving date. After talking with Fabian (the owner), he asked me to text him my name, address and moving date and he would text back what he quoted as confirmation. I did not get back that confirmation text until 10:30 that night and all of the quote was completely different. I told him and he said he got it confused and would honor what was quoted. You should note that Fabian said that after the move, if I would leave a 5 star review on Yelp while he was there, he would discount the rate $50. He also said he wouldn't change tax if I paid cash under the table. Four days prior to my move, I texted his number to confirm. No answer. Next day, texted. No answer. Left message on Yelp. No answer. Third day, texted, no answer. Called. No answer and his voicemail box was full. I was completely stressed by this point. And, as of today, no one showed. No one called. Yesterday we were frantically looking for another mover (we got great customer service from Olympic Movers and Adam's Moving Service!) because I cannot count on this company. We had to change our move day and now will be paying even more than anticipated on double rent. This was the worst moving experience!!  You would be wise to steer clear. This was all very stressful and shady. read more

On time and hard working! I just moved to Tacoma from Denver, CO. I had a U-pack delivery my stuff and I needed help unloading the truck. They arrived on time and ready to work. At first I was frustrated with the 3 hours minimum because I knew they would finish in 2 hours or less. Before I could complain about it, they offered to setup my bed, help unpack, and rearrange furniture for the remaining hour. That's pretty awesome in my book! I highly recommend to steer away from this company. 1) they are not insured 2) they are not skilled 3) they exersise bad judgement in moving/loading and transport of your items. They did show up (late) and the price charged was as quoted. They ruined 2 persion rugs, scratched the top of the wood furniture by stacking other furniture on top of it without covers. Destroyed a office chair and desk. How did th is happen? They didnt wrap the furniture. Didn't have enough pads because it was raining so they used the furniture pads on the truck floor instead of the furniture...I can go on and on. They did respond to my complaint and came out to view the damage and did not dispute it. Rather he laid blame on one of the workers that had since been fired (despite the fact that he personally oversaw the move.) The offer of resolution was that he'd give me free stuff from other people to make up for it. (what!?!) Of all the furniture moved every piece but one had damage.Without insurance I had no recourse to persue and recoup losses. My bad for not sussing them out better. P.s. I expect they will comment to this post and say it was a difficult move and was raining heavily and there were other workers at the condo--- Does't matter. Bottom line- most the damage happened with the loading, lack of straps and blankets. Blame cannot be passed to anyone else for that and not having insurance and bonding is a fact. I called and they were nice setting things up. However, I haven't heard from them since. I texted a week before and the night before and after they were late with no response. Attempted to call, but the voicemail box is full. Ended up going with another moving company THE DAY OF. Hope this isn't a pattern they repeat! read more

Initially was very responsive through Yelp and I made a reservation over the phone for a Saturday for two men to help unload a rental moving truck. The owner sent me a confirmation text with confirmed date and agreed upon rate. However, on moving day no one arrived and the owner neither replied to my texts or phone calls. I and my two friends ended up having to move multiple heavy objects alone. I still have yet to hear from the owner after leaving multiple messages and texts. I would not recommend this company. read more

We hired Fabian and his guys to move a new aquarium that we bought from Sammamish to Lynnwood. The aquarium with stand and canopy is very heavy and big in size and is extremely difficult to move. We tried two different moving companies before and those two companies gave up due to the degree of difficulty. We are about to give up on this aquarium when we contacted Reyes moving as our last try. Fabian and his three guys were able to move the aquarium and set it up in our house without any issue. They were all very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Reyes moving company and would definitely use them again for our future moving needs. Great job guys and many thanks! read more

I was satisfied with my whole moving experience with Reyes moving. When I sent a request through Yelp for a quote the owner called me within 30 minutes. Apparently he used to be a used car salesman and it came through in his pitch but his rate was easily the best I'd found. He's licensed but not insured, though he puts insurance on the truck he rents to move your goods. He assured me he would personally cover any damages to my property and I accepted those terms due to the price which was two movers and a truck for $99 per hour flat rate no proration. He also gave me the Yelp offer of $50 off the final price. His three hour minimum was no problem with my move which required him to pickup from three locations. The one thing that he overstated was he promised his "best guy" would be helping him with my move and said he was a strong football player and I'm pretty sure he indicated the guy would be exmilitary...instead he came with a friendly and hard working high school senior that had to be given constant directions from his boss the entire move. The kid was more basketball player than football player, but his inexperience probably only added 10-15 minutes to my entire 6 hour move and he was very hard working. They arrived on time at the first location and made decent time loading the truck before we moved to the next location. I should note that the owner drove the truck and followed me to my next location and drove five miles below the speed limit which was annoying, though he did increase his speed later in the drive to the speed limit. At the next location they loaded furniture and boxes quickly, though unexpectedly the owner began to take apart a metal bed frame instead of loading it straight into the truck. This is my 8th move so I knew it didn't need to be broken apart due to the size of the truck and once I asked about it he said if I was willing to take the risk of my stuff being damaged if the frame fell he'd load it assembled. This seemed weird to me but was the only strange incident of odd packing, everything else he packed reasonably and carefully with blankets, plastic wrap, and rope. Next location they emptied a 1/4 full storage unit in record time proving they could talk and work hard at the same time. Next we drove 30 miles on I-5 to the delivery site. I was worried it would take forever with the terrible traffic and even more worried after we got separated. But even in a 24ft truck they got there 10-15 minutes behind my sedan making what I considered excellent time. Unloading my boxed was a snap for them but I think the owner was getting tired because he kept using phrases like "Awesome sauce" and got a little cheeky which most people wouldn't mind 99% of the time but is hard to take on moving day and all that inherent stress. It was when they got to my last big pieces that some very minor and expected damage was done to my walls such as a few dinged corners. The worst damage was they stretched my brand new vinyl in the kitchen when they brought in a stand up freezer (a buckle sized stretch I was mostly able to press back into place) and put a nickel sized hole in the wall at the top of the stairs. The worst part was that the owner saw the hole and saw me looking at it and didn't acknowledge it. While I understand not wanting to get in trouble for the damage I would have still expected an apology from the owner. Still Reyes moving did do a great job with my move and took good care of my things. They were mostly very pleasant and helpful and I would absolutely recommend them to my own family and friends for their moving needs. A couple of things kept them from getting 5 stars from me but don't be dissuaded from using them. I've described all of the things that kept them from a perfect score. read more

I am so glad that I hired Reyes Moving! I moved from Oklahoma to Washington and I had to get my U-Haul unloaded. On the same day, I was able to call up Reyes Moving and an hour later, two strong guys showed up at my apartment and moved all of my furniture to the rooms that I wanted without breaking anything! They also went the extra mile and assembled a bed that I had. Overall, these guys are AWESOME! read more
