Had some wood flooring damaged after a pipe burst in my home. Decided to go with wood looking tile…read moreinstead of wood this time. Thought I got a great price ($15K) on the flooring I chose. Tile was beautiful, the installers not so great. Left a hole (missing piece by my staircase and when I pointed this out to them, they said the carpet would cover it. WHAT?! NO!!! Then the grout used would come off a bit every time I cleaned my floors. Went back to the office to speak with Dave the owner. Sent pics, kept saying they would handle it. Nothing. Then stopped accepting my calls and wouldn't return any calls. This went on for a couple of months. Finally took to small claims. Judge ruled in my favor. They sent out another company from Rainbow or Bonsall to fix their mistake. When they showed up, they were told the job was a lot smaller than KC Floors told them it was. They were not happy either. Save yourself and your money from the scam, go elsewhere. Not good people, not good business.

Response time with text/calls was minutes! The craftsmanship is 10/10! All the workers were punctual, polite, and professional. (Jose, Connor, and Michael's! .. thank you guys!) Ben made the whole process flow smoothly. We chose to do real stone and Ben called over to Arizona Tile and they had the stone slabs (6 total!) pulled out and waiting for us to view. I made several changes to the design [like changing drawers to cabinets, adding more pull outs...] and they accommodated all my requests without any hesitation. They even coordinated with Pacific Sales with our appliances and made that process stress-free for me. Our custom island is like a beautiful piece of furniture! Our custom vent hood looks exactly like the inspiration pic I provided them with. All the materials are top of the line and our kitchen now looks like a timeless masterpiece! They had the best and most reviews compared to the other companies we looked at, and the best pricing. Johnny went out of his way to purchase the sink, faucet (both Kohler), and garbage disposal from Costco and passed the costs directly to us with no markup. The demo, new countertops, and all plumbing hookups were completed in about six hours. Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. Not having a working kitchen for that long would have been a huge inconvenience. Inland Cabinets made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

We've used three different tile/granite co's in the past and were very disappointed with demo, tile work and poor cleanup, and housekeeping. We immediately liked Moudy and read reviews on Google and Yelp. It was quick for scheduling maybe a week or so lead time. We were only going to do one bathroom countertop at a time, but Moudy pointed out we would use and waste half a slab. The demo team was so gentle in dismantling our countertops. They papered off the cabinet facing and the mirror frame. They made a great effort to be clean and gentle, and always nice and tidy at the end of the dau. We've had some very rough demos in the past where they knocked giant holes in the drywall. The result was that we had to replace all the drywall where they removed tile. With Giza, we didn't have to repair any drywall. As it turns out, the demo team is the installer as well. They were such nice guys. They asked questions on my preferences for things such as caulking, etc. Very, very nice job. They even did the first sealing for me. I highly recommend Giza and will only call them for my future work.
