She is not only thorough but she is compassionate. My first appointment with her was a follow up after an emergency room visit. First of all, she introduced herself as Karin, not Dr. Ulstrup. She asked great questions and actually listened to the answers. After hearing what a difficult year I was having she stopped what she was doing and said, "I'm really sorry you have been going through all of this." It was very genuine. She is also good with following up. I was supposed to go the dermatologist and had gotten busy and forgot. Her office called to remind me to make the appointment. My husband has now made an appointment with her as well. I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Ulstrup (I still prefer calling Dr.'s "Dr.").

She is very honest and told me up front finger tattoos can be VERY stubborn. With her precise work and the Picosure laser I've had very good results. I believe I have had 6 or 7 sessions and the tattoo is almost completely gone. I've seen considerable progress after each session. I haven't been here in a little while due to my budget, but as soon as I am able I will be returning to finish the removal. The office is very clean and they are always sanitary pre and post treatment. Highly recommend for tattoo removal!
