I had a small leak happening so Jesse's team came out and checked it out and decided it needed to be resealed. I have a flat roof, and these things happen. A week or 2 after the work was done, a water spot formed downstairs in my ceiling and I called them right away. They came out as soon as it stopped raining to check it out and fix it. They found out the problem was not my roof, but on my neighbors, so there's nothing they could do, right? Wrong, they worked out a deal to help us get my neighbors roof fixed immediately so that the problem would not get worse over the next 3 days of rain we are expecting I have no patience for dealing with home related problems, and I try to find companies that care about their reputation and the quality of their work for this exact reason. I'm sure I could have had it done cheaper, but no cheap labor is going to care enough to go as far above and beyond as Jesse and his team have. The jobsite was kept clean, refuse removed daily, and totally examined after completion to make sure there was nothing missed. The quote I received was detailed and specific with materials and I had the option of accepting parts or all, as I deemed needed. The work was done every day until finished except for a few heavy rain days. The work area was tarped if not completely done at the end of the work day.
