I came in at 12:38, and the sign-in sheet was gone, and the mirrors on the desks were covered. I was only going to pick up some glasses and have them fitted. I'm chronically ill, and it is hard for me to get out, and I explained this to the staff member. The staff member who waited on me was extremely cold and obviously didn't want to wait on anyone else today. It took about 5 minutes to have them fitted correctly, and he was outright rude. I asked about getting new progressive glasses and progressive sunglasses. He said there wasn't enough time. Meanwhile, my husband had parked and walked into the store and was greeted by actual scowls. After being rushed out, I realized the bifocals were wrong. The next store confirmed that when I was purchasing new progressive sunglasses and progressive transitional glasses, which took 20 minutes from the time I sat in the chair. But now I have to go out again and return the bifocals, wait for them to be corrected, and then go back to have them fitted. It is very hard for me to make appointments due to my health. I don't want to give them any business at all, but the glasses have to be replaced, and I'm not going to pay for them again. My husband and I were both treated badly. I'm handicapped. He is Black. I have been going there for years, and every year their service has been on a consistent decline. Waited 8 weeks for glasses when I was told 2-3 weeks tops, and never received any calls from them, I had to keep calling for any and all information. They have that big box store feel now where they just care about their profit margin and don't value their customers anymore. They made all sorts of promises to make it right and didn't follow through on any of them, I will never go back.

Worst office staff ever any where. Wait times have been in the hours for a pressure check which…read moretook 3 minutes. Nobody who knows this place or has been a patient here knows exactly what I am talking about. The MA's change every time you go in and they are ruder and ruder these days because they cannot keep no help. They do all the work now. The dD does not even check your pressure anymore the MA's do. Dr comes in room looks at text result tells what she thinks and out she goes. 2 minutes max. Constant new people with only a certificate from Ross Medical sticking instruments in my eyes over and over. Just not for me. Go some where else seriously.

Dr. Craig Lewis, L. O. Eye Care Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon…read moreHe was super friendly, kind, listened to my concerns, and checked the cyst on my upper eyelid. Dr. Lewis said he could remove it with a minor surgery, and it wouldn't be a problem. My next appointment was the surgery where he thoroughly anesthetized the area, quickly cut away the cyst, and cauterized the small wound. I was given a prescription for an eye antibiotic to use for the next few days. I only had pain for about 3-4 hours and took an Advil - that was it. I was amazed. The wound has healed and there is a small scar. I would go back to Dr. Lewis without hesitation if I needed another eye surgery. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has surgical expertise. I'm so thankful that God led me to Dr. Lewis, a person that really cares about his patients.
