Took my car 6/9 at 9 am to have installed what we had agreed on, 12" JBL Arena X 1k w amp, 4 lens dash cam, at noon my car was ready and everything working perfectly. The service was great, the installation was nice and clean. The prices were very fair especially compared to some audio shops in Vegas that want to make a Yacht payment off of you... But when we walked in, there was nobody at the front desk. Another employee was sitting just a couple of feet away in the back on his phone. Vitaly came out to look at my setup and he fine-tuned his recommendation after seeing my home and hearing my use case in detail. Instead of selling me the most expensive equipment he could, he explained why it was overkill and recommended one that was perfect for me. Ihor installed it and did a phenomenal job. At the time, I wasn't provided with guidance on which product would be most suitable, nor was it explained that these lights might not be the best option for installation. As a customer, I rely on your expertise when making those recommendations. In fact, At the time I came in Danny told me, you guys didn't have any lights similar to the ones I wanted, after my installation was done, then he told me he had ordered and received a stock of similar lights. Additionally, the installation did not appear to be done neatly. Some of the lights were coming loose from the dashboard, and others had fallen onto the floor. Even if the product wasn't ideal, I would still expect the installation to be clean and secure. I also noticed that the lights on the right side of the driver's area were installed differently than those on the left, which raised concerns about the overall consistency of the work. Furthermore, I had to return multiple times for installation related issues, which made the overall experience frustrating.
