I've had physical exam's before, so I'm familiar with what it consist of. She did not do a head-to-toe examination. She did not check my ears, nose, throat or eyes. She did not check my abdomen or my reflexes or balance. All she did was listened to my heart and lungs and recommended vaccinations. We were waiting and we HAD to call back. POOR service and then the manager HANG up!! It's sad because I was referred by a friend and was excited to go but talking to ELLA the manager who has no compassion and didn't care that we wanted to see the Doctor! Constantly minimizing her symptoms and fears in her final years. Advising over-the-counter remedies, change in diet, etc., never taking her symptoms seriously or ordering the proper tests/scans that could have prevented so much suffering. We begged her to get a second opinion, but she was so convinced he knew what he was doing. By the time the family got her to another doctor, it was too late. Please take your loved ones elsewhere for their care!!!

Dr wouldn't listen to our problems, and then doctor walked out the door and never came back. We have issues that needed his attention!!!!!! My husband's memory is gone and he can't hear in his right ear and all the doctor said "you have wax in your ear" Then he said "we shouldn't take the wax out because then he'll need a hearing aid". WTF.! My husband has dementia and the doctor wouldn't listen to us! he also is a cancer survivor and they never asked any questions relating to his colon cancer. Then they said they're gonna take blood, but they did not tell us when we would get the results. The whole purpose of this particular appointment was to a get A. Get a physical B. Get the results of the CT scan C. Address the constant urination problem, He walked out the door before we could finish any of these issues and never came back. I need to have two doctors signature in order to use my long-term care for my husband, but this doctor just walked out the door and didn't do anything about it‍ my husband is 76 and they never asked him any questions. I'm young and stumbled across some growing thyroid nodules that my drs and I have been monitoring for years- it's been such a hassle to find a good endocrine dr.... my last one told me to leave and he couldn't help me. My mom just had her thyroid removed so I really felt the need to monitor mine. After my last Ultrasound I was in a panic thinking the worst.....I called so many and finally stumbled across dr Olsen- they were able to get me in way sooner than thought. Him and his nurse were ON it.... he literally showed up with my records I sent them the day before and had notes on everything. He sat down with me and ACTUALLY listened, was not rushed at all and took his time to answer my huge list of questions, reassure me on the workings of a thyroid and even took me to a mirror and showed me what he saw.... for peace of mind he had me get an fna- Who was done by another incredible referral. Litrally a day after the fna he called me early in the morning and his first words were Lauren, good news..... thank you- finally someone who knows people panic...
