It has a great location with plenty of parking, (great coffee right in the plaza). The studio is welcoming, warm, clean, with plenty of space. I've been consistently going here for a few weeks now (because they have an amazing introductory offer) and have thoroughly enjoyed the classes. I've only taken the hot power yoga classes, but have taken it with several different instructors and liked all of them. Each instructor is unique in their approach and the poses they have us go through, but for the most part they are pretty similar and have all been great. They always stick around at the end if you have any questions. I also took a private yoga session here with Caitlyn where I was able to meet with her one on one. I am still very new to yoga and wanted to know if I had the correct form for some of the poses and Caitlyn was really great in helping me through that. They offer other yoga courses too like restorative yoga and hip & back yoga, but I haven't gotten a chance to try those yet. I've had a couple of questions since joining and have reached out to the studio via email and they are always quick to respond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and all the people who work here. Yoga has been my new outlet and this studio has been really good to me. Highly recommended for anyone interested in yoga whether you are a beginner or not !

Once I got there, I was warmly greeted by the instructor. She knew it was my first time, and personally walked me through where to put my belongings, gave me a quick tour of the facility, and showed me where to find the items needed for the class. I felt right at home. The class itself was everything I had hoped for; calming, restorative, stretchy, and I left feeling amazing. I worked up a sweat and enjoyed my time (provided I get a seat b/c that one was NOT comfortable) and looked forward to coming back the next day. Since then every class I even think about signing up for is cancelled. I used to leave the house after signing up earlier in the day, now I just wait for the class to be cancelled online, not even getting ready for class. When I asked the owner why he says he won't hold class for 3 people. Well if those 3 people purchased unlimited monthly subscriptions than he very well should. I understand the times but he shouldn't be selling classes he can't commit to.

After some research I came to discover Mind Body Barre. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!
