i came in with my own keys as he didn't have the ones needed. my previous key was worn down really bad so he had to make a copy from the ignition key cylinder. he had a lot of trouble with my car and it took him a while but he didn't give up and managed to make the copy's. he's a really good genuine guy even offered to do the job for free since it took him much longer than he expected. even with me trying to pay him he still refused but I insisted. he stayed late to get the job done. really appreciate what he did for me. 10/10 guy would go back to his store for more service if I need it. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would very unprofessional. I went there on a Saturday morning around 11:30 am store hours said they were open. I was in the front of the store owner was getting into his car and store was locked up. He asks me from his car do you need help wtf?? I am like yes I need 3 keys to be made and he says sorry I can't do it not even saying I will be back at this time or nothing. I somehow misplaced my community mailbox key, and found Rialto Lock & Key on the Nextdoor app. I called around 11a, spoke to someone who said the locksmith was on a call, and would call me back by 1p at the latest. He ended up calling about thirty minutes later, and was at my house about 25 minutes later. Twenty minutes after that, I had a new lock on the mailbox and a set of keys. So thankful for the quick response, as it only took about an hour and a half from the initial phone call to the completed job ! Also, I found out that the post office is no longer replacing locks, so definitely call them if you are ever in the same predicament that I was in. I will hopefully never misplace keys again, but if I do, I will definitely use their services again ! read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I just had to give Thomas Baca all the credit for everything he's helped me with tonight. Long story short, I somehow locked myself inside of my apartment during the process of trying to change the lock to my front door. I was so stressed out and thought I was going to have to call the fire department if no lock places were open.
