During ordering I learned the deal is only for bone in wings- but they would take 20 minutes. Boneless are always cooked up and ready. There were 2 people who already ordered when I entered. The staff must have had lots of online orders because many people came in after that. I waited 35 minutes for my wings and mac and cheese. The kitchen seemed to have one full time worker, then my cashier was also assisting in the kitchen. The poor woman didn't seem like she could keep up. I feel the delay is likely due to lack of staffing, they both did not seem to slow down, but nonetheless this was extremely frustrating and disappointing when I specifically paid more for the boneless to save time. For the food- these wings are fine. Nothing special, not bad either. I got the awesome sauce and sweet chili. I appreciated the chicken was real, not mashed up and formed. They were cooked well, and the sauces were good. The Mac and Cheese was very disappointing. I expected at worst overcooked diner type of Mac and cheese and hoped for something better. Instead the cheese was so watery it fell off the noodles and had no flavor. For $23 you can get a much better meal somewhere else, I likely won't be back.

The street corn was by far the biggest disappointment. The service was prompt, place was clean, and it's in a great location. While we weren't impressed this visit, we'd be willing to come back and try one of their sandwiches before writing them off completely. For now, though, Wingstop is still our preferred choice.
